Says I cant download on an administrator account
Hey! Welcome to the community! :)
Locate the Spotify icon on your desktop (hopefully it is there) and right click on it, select Properties. Under the Compatibility tab, you can tick the run in Compatibility mode box and select windows xp.

After downloading the installer, open the folder you downloaded it to (usually this is your downloads folder).
Right click the installer and hit "Properties"
Look at the bottom of the properties pop up menue for a paragraph that says "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer: Unblock" click the unblock button.
Hit apply. Then hit okay. Then double click the Spotify installer app in the downloads folder.

Thanks!The Firefox browser doesn't run on the iPhone or iPad or iPod Touch. There is a Firefox Home app, but it isn't a browser.

update IOS 7.1 came to my phone today and it says it cant download needs 1.9 GB of space - I have 4.9 GB of space on the phone
If you have not set up iCloud backup or backed up using iTunes, all data on the phone was lost once it entered recovery mode.
Your only option is to restore it and start new.

I have downloaded mac 0s x 10.8 however when I go to download iCloud it says i need version 10.7, i wonder if its because i went straight from snow lepeord and didnt download and buy lion.
Click on the Apple icon on the left side of the tool bar and then "About this mac" - what operating system version does it list?
And you don't "download" icloud - icloud is a service that you turn on or off from System Preferences>iCloud. If you don't have an iCloud icon in preferences, then you don't have Lion or Mountain Lion (10.7 or 10.8). -
My son can't remember his passcode for his iPod touch and for some reason every time I try to restore it, the software gets updated and it starts processing it then it says there was an error and to try again later. Later, it still does and says the same thing. Is there any other way to unlock it without the passcode?
The only way to clear off the passcode is to restore the device. You could always try the restore process on another computer that has iTunes just to get the iPod working again, then you could plug it back into your comptuer to sync all of his content back on the iPod.

One work around is, if the Kindle app allows, make a screen cap of the page and print that.
Hold down the sleep and home keys and relase them together....kinda like you'd press the shutter of a camera, a joint quick down and up
You'll see a white flash and hear a shutter sound. Then look in your photos app and you'll see the images. You can print them just like you'd print a photo. -

Have lost my Administrator account - can no longer make any system changes
Since I had forgotten my Administrator Password on my son's Mac, I inserted a Leopard DVD, restarted the Mac while holing the "c" key and used the utilities menu to reset the password on my Administrator acount.
After following the on screen steps to reset the computer, when I rebooted the Mac my administrator account was now completely missing.
All that is left are two standard user accounts that work fine but do not allow me to install new hardware becasue they are not administrator accounts. What did I do wrong? and can I recover my Administrator account or promote one of the remaining standard user accounts to adminstrator level?

You can use the appropriate one of these User Tips to promote one of the existing ones:
I lost my admin user (Mac OS X 10.4 and earlier)
I lost my admin user (Mac OS X 10.5)
Be sure you use the right tip, and also to make the appropriate username substitutions. -

In diagnostics my iPad 2 have a panic.plist
Before upgrading my iPad 2 from 6.0.1 to 6.1 it work perfectly, once upgrade was done, the iPad crashes and reboot with no reason, in diagnostics i can see a lot of panic.plist logs. i assume that is a hardware issue, but why i don't have it before?
