Says I have the current update but i don't!
I just tried to update my iPhone to the latest version and it says that I have the latest version 1.0.2 and there is no update available... any suggestions? Thanks!
This is almost certainly because you have a older version of iTunes. I don't think any iTunes < 7.4, the latest is 7.4.2.2. There is some information about this on <a class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://">http://personafile.com/Apple-iPhone-8GB-P885909100178.htm.

You updated your Netflix app without seeing if the new version was compatible with your ios version. Had you not updated, then you could still be using it.

i have a Iphone 3G, and want to upgrade it to IOS 5, but itunes upgrades say i have the current iphone version 4.2.1. I use ITUNES 10.5.1 which it says on apple is the itunes to download IOS but now what, i eel like iv gone through all the tutorial pages and forums but nothing about not being able to actually pick it up, I feel my phone is way out of date iv tried to restore it to see if it would then pick up a new upload, but still nothing...............Please help meYour headline says iPhone 3GS, but your text says 3G.

When I try to update my phone to ios 7 it says i need to update my itunes to 11.0.5, when i check my current version in help menu under check for updates it says I have the current 11.0.5 version. Even the downloader for the update doesnt show that i need to update.Help plzz????
There is some kind of error. The new version of iTunes is 11.1, which although is not available via updates, it can be downloaded from the Apple website here:

After updating iTunes to the newest version you should be able to update your iOS

I am so sorry I am frustrating you. This is the first time I have used this community and am leanring as I go. I am not able to see the entire post that you leave, unless I look at it on my phone (email)--I am so sorry. You have no idea how much i appreciate your help. Yes, I see that I can get the later version of OS software, but its not availabe for immediate download. My only options appear to be having it shipped, or going to the store to purchase. And if you know of another way that I can access all of my itunes library music on my new phone withouth using itunes, I would love to hear about it.--thanks and again i am so sorry for frustrating you.

Bridge 5.0.2.4 with camera RAW 8.4.0.199 ON a MAC 10.10.1. Trying to update to camera RAW 8.7 to get my canon 7dMK2 raw files to work. But the updater say I have the latest update! Witch I clearly don't have . And my Photoshop have to different camera RAW plug-ins. The old 8.4 and the new 8.7. But it doesn't work. Have removed and reinstalled several times. What is going on? Why can't I update bridge to the latest version 8.7 or read my raw files from the Canon 7dmk2?

What about the notification looks like it will switch over to the creative cloud? I'd avoid it until you get a good answer to your question.

Usual way of software update does not help.
Keeps saying you have the latest update .To get beyond 10.7.5, you must go to the App Store and purchase an upgrade.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

You probably have a 2G iPod and those can only go to 4.2.1. If 8 or 16 GB it is a 2G. A 32 GB can be either . To identify yours:

iCloud storage doesn't affect the available storage on your device. It's for backing up your device and syncing your data, so you can recover the data if needed.
You probably need to import photos/videos to your computer or another destination (like a photo kiosk & burn CDs), and then delete them from your device. Or, delete some unused apps from your device. -
i just got an ipod touch secondhand. when i try to go to itunes its says "request cannot be completed" then when i search for apps on the internet and try to download them it say I need to update my itunes, but then when I sync my ipod to my computer its says I have the most recent update.
I think that the message is telling you that you need a newer version of the iOS on your iPod. If the computer has iTunes 10.5 installed then your iPod is maxed out.

A window will open with a warning.

Type "js" (again, minus the quotes) in the search bar at the top.
In the results you'll see "pdfjsviewer disabled" with a value of "true".
Right click "true" and toggle it to "false".
Close the configuration window.
In Firefox options (Tools>Options for Windows - Firefox>Preferences for Mac), under the Applications tab:
Locate Portable Document Format (PDF) or Adobe Acrobat Document(PDF)
Click the drop down on the right and select Adobe Reader as the app to preview in Firefox.
This will disable Firefox's built in PDF viewer and enable Adobe reader's plugin for viewing PDFs.
