Says, "Illustrator is downloading now..." but does not download.

Whenever I attempt to download Creative Cloud, the download does not launch. There is not button to press to force a download. I tried downloading photoshop, but it did not download either. How can I download Creative Cloud?

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. Start by signing in to your account on the website, download the Creative Cloud app, install it and sign in, then install the software.

I am using Mac OSX 10.6.8 and Firefox 29. I do know that the certificate itself works because i can use it on another machine. I tried deleting both CERT8.db and SECMOD.db with no success.
I hope someone knows how to fix this because i need to file my taxes!!!!

ITunes says syncing song cover photos but does not show up on my iPhone

Everytime I have synced my iPhone onto iTunes it says it is syncing cover photos. It is the same ones over and over again but they don't get put on. Is it iTunes or my iPhone?

I'm a bit unsure from your post which playlist is missing from where. If you deleted the "Purchased" playlist in iTunes it will be recreated next time you make a purchase. You can add your previous purchases into this list, and select it to be synced to your device. The "Purchased on <Device>" playlists are locked down and cannot be edited.

Navigation bar not working cannot add a new one says there is a warning but does not indicate what kind of warning

In the space where you would add a widgit there is a warning so a new navigation bar cannot be added. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that did not help. When I pulishedd my website the navigation bar did not work. It only linked to one page but I cannot fix the problem because of the warning.

Are you creating a manual menu and while adding another menu item you are facing error ?
Please elaborate more as what are the steps you are taking and upload screenshots of navigation bar that you are using in design mode , if site is published then share the url.

Firefox tools shows "Sync now" but does not respond

I tried to upload my Firefox data to the sync server but may have made a mistake in the verification box. The tools menu has "sync now as its only sync option but nothing happens when this is selected.

Try to clear the cookies from sites that cause problems and also make sure that you aren't blocking cookies.
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems (e.g. mozilla.com and mozilla.org):
*Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

PRESARIO C700 SAYS 'PLUGGED IN AND CHARGING' BUT DOES NOT CHARGE THE BATTERY

I have a Compaq Presario C700 (3 actually), one of the 3 has a problem and only works when on battery power although it is plugged in and states it is charging? I know the batteries are ok and the AC as they both work fine on my other 2 systems. The laptop will not work off mains alone and has to have the battery connected. Any ideas before it goes to the computer grave yard?

In your downloads you will find CreativeCloudSet-Up file . Install it on your computer.
You will be prompted to sign in into Creative Cloud.

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.

I typed Aperture into Spotlight and sure enough it did show up.
It looks like it is supposed to be in Apps.
But it is not there.
So I clicked on the spotlight Aperture and it opened up the App!!!!
But I do not know where it is to move it!
How can I find it?
While Aperture is running and you are seeing it in the Dock, ctrl-click (or right click) the Dock icon.
You will see a contextual menu. Click on "Options", then select "Show in Finder".
And check the "keep in Dock" mark, so you will not lose it from the Dock.

I've been working on this all day!!! I've tried everything I know of and can't get it to load either. Sounds like lots of people are having problems. Here is what I have so far...I have uninstalled EVERYTHING on my pc from apple and reinstalled itunes to no avail. I have tried all sorts of things I've read as fixes online. NOTHING has worked. If you have iTunes 11 on your computer then you can enable the left-hand sidebar on it via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC - when connected (and if your computer's iTunes is up-to-date) your iPad should then appear on that sidebar under a 'Devices' heading :
If you select the iPad on that sidebar you can then use the Movies tab on the right-hand side of the iTunes screen to select and sync that film to your iPad's Videos app.

You appear to have a second generation iPod touch, not a third, and those can't be updated past 4.2.1. Apple sold 8GB second generation models at the same time as the third generation ones.

Thanks for this; my issue is that I have now supposedly purchased a retail version of Acrobat X1 (i.e just spent more $$, after the upgrade attempt to Acrobat X1 failed), and while this feigns an OK install, it fails in someway to override the "Upgrade Acrobat X1 version". E.G. once I load up to read an acrobat file the "upgrade version" executes/intercepts and ask for serial numbers and check for a previous qualifying version which I do not have, (BUT what I do have is the current retail version of acrobat X1 which is not recognised)
Do I need to uninstall and start over again? (I am reluctant to do this as I am sure serial number issues will arise, as I assume downloaded file will be cleaned up etc, and I am not spending more money trying again!)
Any suggestions?

I am not entirely sure what you are looking for, there have been some changes with Firefox 4 compared to Firefox 3.6
The menus have been re-worded slightly. The file menu toolbar may still be displayed if required. The bookmarks library/manager is still available from the firefox button, I think it now says 'open all bookmarks' rather than 'organise bookmarks'.
If you say what menu items you are looking for, and say what action you are trying to perform, maybe we can provide a better answer.
