We don't know whether it was Apple that changed things or the credit card processor tightening things up. But you can comment to Apple via their feedback pages, if you wish:

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :

I am very frustrated and find it difficult to get the answers that I need. Again, I just recently got my credit card bill. On the bill were to charges from itunes, of which I am not responsible for. There is roughly $60 charged to my credit card, charges I did not make. Could someone from apple please contact me. Could someone please help me to correct this error?

What to do when Adobe is wrong about a credit card being inaccessible?
That is the full question. Adobe says there is something wrong with my credit card for their monthly payment and yet there is nothing wrong at the bank. But Adobe makes it impossible to just call them and find out why. They just send to to one of their robot pages where they want you to change to another payment method. I will not do this unless they tell me what the problem is. I just need a direct connection with their billing or payment department to find out what they see about this card that they can't use.

I create my apple id from my boyfriend macbook and its says that I have to review my itunes information , when I get to the credit card number info etc. Its keep asking me for that I dont have any credit card and I dont want to put any , what should I do?
You cannot use that ID without a credit card. You did not create your account correctly. There is very specific way in which you must create your account if you do not want to use a credit card. If you don't have a credit card, you will have to start all over again.
1. You will have to sign out of that ID before you can create a new one. Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID>Sign out.
2. You cannot use the email address that you used for the first ID that you created. You will need to use another email address now
3. You have to download a free app in order to start the new Apple ID process.

Is the card registered to exactly the same name and address as you have on your iTunes account ? Thanks for the question. Based on what you stated, it seems like you dont want to use a credit card with the Apple ID and it wont let you. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help you isolate or resolve the issue.
