Any advice??? i Have 25.00 credit on my apple id idk what the problem is.
Contact the App creator for support and inform them that in-app purchases are not working,..
But make sure that your settings for restrictions are not preventing you from doin in-app purchases first

Try resetting the password, even a number of times, until it takes. It took the third attempt on a family member's iPad before it was successful!

You can contact iTunes support by going to this page, selecting iTunes > iTunes Store and sending them the details. Just so you know, the people on these forums are just other Apple product users like yourself, Apple does not generally answer questions here.

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1You will need to do what it says, contact iTunes support. Click the Support tab above, then the Get Started link in the Contact Apple Support area and you'll be guided. We are all just fellow users here and so have no idea about the cause of the issue nor any ability to resolve it for you.

wow wrote that in the wrong place. First time using this forum thing. Question is still the same. I don't think I'm looking in the right place. It says, "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction". The reason it came up is because I added a credit card to my account. Do I have to just reset my password completely and all my security info and re-enter it?
