Says that i need to download Flash 9, but i already have done so!!! PLS help! x

Basically i desperatley need this to work for research and
revision etc.
Firstly i clicked on a website asking me to download it, so i
did so, i then went back to the corresponding webpage and it didn't
register that i had done so.
I then decided to restart both the internet and my computer
to see if this worked. it did not.
i then decided to try and re-download the content, several
times, changing settings as i went. Nothing seems to work!
I have Windows Vista, Home Basic and the new internet
explorer thing. I have also enabled ActiveX programmes etc.
Please help if you can!

This is the same problem i'm having. I go to youtube and
flash works, I got to adultswim (this is a cartoon webpage, not a
porn site) and falsh doesn't work. When i go to the flash page,
flash won't download.
This doesn't really help you any, but just to let you know, a
lot of us are having simalar problems.

I recently had a new operating system installed on my two-year old windows computer. iTunes wants me to authorize my computer (again) and then says that I already have five computers authorized. Should I deauthorize all? Would that affect my iPad and iPhone? I may have old, non-functioning computers that are still authorized and should be removed.
Your past purchases are not on the computer. By choosing download all, those purchases will download to the computer.
Once authorized to your iTunes account you can control the computer.
When syncing the iPad the first time you will get the warning " this iPad is synced with another computer, syncing will erase all contents and replace with the contents of this computer"

Yosemite still saying that I need to download it even though I've installed it twice
I just bought my Macbook Air yesterday, and I was told to update the software. In "Purchases" it still says that I need to download Yosemite after I've already installed it twice. When I click on "About this Mac," it says I'm running Yosemite. I don't understand why I need to download it again and again.
You do not need to download again if About This Mac shows you are running Yosemite.
What the App Store, Purchases is showing you is that Yosemite is available for download, not that you need to do so. You can just ignore that button. -
when i plug in my iphone to my macbook it says i need to update itunes to 11.1 but i've already downloaded it and installed it. it still says that i need to download iTunes. what do i do?

You will probably want to download the newest version of iTunes (iTunes 11.1) directly from Apple and install it on your computer if you are having issues updating. The link for the download can be found here:

I have found a person who has a driver software to connect Labview with a general PCI card. But he says that i need to download a freeware software from NI website to configure the PCI card. But you have mentioned that freeware is for GPIB boards. Is it correct ?? Is there any other way out ??
I would ask the person who told you about the freeware software to help you find exactly where it is. I am not aware of any freeware software for configuring motion PCI cards but maybe the person you know might be able to help you locate it.

My ipad2 can't open a program in the explorer. It says that I need to download windows explorer 6 or higher. It opens other programs. How do I download windows explorer 6 or higher?
That is because whoever programmed the web site used Internet Explorer extentions. These will only run in Internet Explorer. So, use a computer with Windows to use that web site.

When i tried to download iOS8 on my iPad Mini it told me that I needed to connect my iPad to iTunes, I have done that and now it says I need to restore my iPad. How can I get my iPad working without losing everything on my iPad? I don't want to lose my apps and photos!
Help would be much appreciated!If you are getting the connect to iTunes screen then it's too late to take a new backup and/or copy anything off it. Prior to starting the update did you take a backup, either to the cloud and/or to your computer's iTunes ? If not then have you recently taken a backup that might have your photos and apps content/settings in it ?
As long as the apps are still in your country's store then you should be able to redownload them via the Purchased tab in the App Store app (and the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes), and if the apps store their content on a server/cloud service then you might be able to get their content back from that - if they store their content on the device then you will need to have a backup.
For our photos you could try doing a search for programs that claim to be able to recover content from a device - I haven't used any so I can't suggest one. -
I downloaded the recent Pages update but now I can not open some documents done in the past year. I get an error saying that I need to download a newer version of Pages. I am running version 4.3. Do I have to purchase an update of Pages?
You are not on Mountain Lion anymore, right? You are on Mavericks and have downloaded Pages 5 and then created docuemnts in it which can't be opened in Pages 09.
No, you don't have to buy a newer Pages but you have to be particular about which version you use. -

Change how it syncs by enabling Manually manage music and videos, then you can drag and drop the music that you want on your iPhone. Revert it back to test to see if that resolves the issue.

I have a PC with a internet connection through a modem and ever since i have had it i have had no connection to the itunes store. And even if I try to update anything it says that i need to check my connection, but my connection is fine. What should I do?
This almost always indicates your firewall or anti-virus utilities are preventing iTunes from contacting the iTunes Store. Here is an exerpt from "Can't connect to the iTunes Store": http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1368

Firewall issues:

The "hosts" file may be blocking the iTunes Store
Microsoft's article How do I reset the hosts file back to the default? has instructions and a "FixIt" to have Windows try to reset the hosts defaults for you.
Note: Some workplaces may put internal resources in the hosts file but may also use it to block iTunes Store.
To create a copy of your hosts file and replace it with an empty hosts file, follow the instructions for your operating system below. -

Did you try downloading the movie from iTunes on your iPad? I know it takes longer but I'd try that.
Also try to reset all settings.
Settings > General > Reset. Reset all settings.
