Troubles with sb0570 and sb0410 ca

Hi Friends
i bought two sound cards of sb0570 and sb040 and i installed the first one in dell precision 670 and the second one in dell precision 650. for the sb040 i installed the drivers from creative cd itself and for sbo570 i dowloaded from creative labs sounblaster audigy support.
after that i dint find any sound from both computers and when i checked whether sound card is present or not yes they are present but i dont know whats wrong i tried my level best but i was unable to get any sound so i am here hoping someone will help to get out of this trouble.
SB24_VTDRV_LB__04_0077.exe is the driver i used for sb0570 if its wrong please let me know and i found it is really painful to find drivers with sbo570 on net or even creative support page as the product range is so vivid and they did not separated with model.

I dint checked the digital output, i will do that and there are no conflicts as i already changed the pci slots, i will again check with msinfo 32 i tried all were suggested by customer service like using trouble shooters mentioned online and even after sending 2 times the exe file they asked again they ask for the same as this time another guy is answering my question, its sad they dont do the follow up
any how this will be my last resort and if dont works then i dont have any option except to avoid creative wholly and to move back to my original diamond
i felt bad as i spend money on two of my cards sb040 and sb0570 and both are not working of different computers

There's a work around that may help you. The Mac OS X has "accessibity" features installed that can assist in viewing text.
Open System Preferences then select Universal Access then select the Seeing tab.
Zoom settings are available there.

If you are not aware, when viewing Safari webpages, you can press Command + (plus) or Command - (minus) to adjust the size of the page.

Hello All, There is a problem with Windows7 and my Adobe Flash causing my computer to freeze. So, Skype, videos, etc will not work. Have tried many things to solve problem. Can Oracle VM be used to run a different operating system...such as XP or Vista where Flash will work properly? I would hate to have a new operating system installed on a new computer. thanks

You can contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department at no charge using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your problem to them.

You can't buy the part from Creative as a spare.
I'm not sure how compatible other parts might be, but that would be a question for someone who really knows a lot about this area of electronics.
The Creative repair for this is likely to be expensi've, but the problem is most likely a broken solder connection than an actual new headphone socket. So if you know someone experienced in surface mount soldering you could probably get it repaired just with this.

No; but then, I've not had occasion to use TDM. I've been using firerwire drives for over 10 years, both FW400 and FW800, with no issues except a bit of instability using a B&W G3 machine.
TDM should be safe. Using cautious, manual copying of files from the Target machine to the Host machine should not result in unexpected loss of files or damage to the Target drive's directories. It should behave exactly the same as if it were an external (to the Host) firewire drive.

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
If you have done this like I describe above and the problem continues I suggest you contact Apple Support or make an appointment at an Apple Store and have your iPad examined by a technician.

I thought maybe you had a restriction set to Accounts but if you can get to the final screen that's not it. I'd try resetting the phone. First do a hard reset. Turn the phone off then press the Home button an Power button at the same time and hold for 10 seconds or so until the logo appears. If that doesn't work go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. That will basically restore the phone to a like new condition but keep your data, music, photos, etc. intact. Do a back up first though.

I was prompted by Firefox to update my adobe flash player on 12/23/11, which I did. Ever since then the web site has frozen and/or crashed. I run a internet business and can't have this continue. I uninstalled the flash player and the problems have stopped. I would like to reinstall the earlier version of adobe, since that didn't seem to impact the web site.

Diamond Plus and shutdown problem *resolved*

I am just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. There is one other fellow on another forum that just built a system around this board that is experiencing a similar situation.
I am running windows (32 bit) and using the original bios (no issues so far, except this if it is one)
Approximately 60-75% of the time when I go to shut down or restart it acts like I didn't click it, but when I click it the second time it functions normally then.
When I installed this mainboard it replaced an Asus A8N SLI board, I needed to save some E mails that I had forgotten to save so I did a repair installation of windows. I just attributed the shutdown "glitch" to that. I am about to reformat and reinstall windows fresh this morning, maybe this will solve the problem. (but my gut tells me it probably won't) Also I installed the SW-ide drivers and the NVidia firewall, which I won't be installing this time.

Yes I do a little overclocking, 2.6Ghz - 217 FSB but SuperPi and Prime 95 stable at that speed. I just reformatted and the problem is gone, Like I had mentioned I had done a repair installation when I installed the board from an Asus A8N in order to retrieve some E-Mails, I didn't have the chance to reformat until today. Performance and Memory Problems on OSX

Firefox seems to have some sort of memory leak. Even once I remove all the add-ons, and no matter which web pages, after about a day, Firefox is slow and I have to restart the browser. When using the diagnostics within Mac OSX, Firefox is consuming twice as much memory as Safari and is consistently the biggest CPU consumer. It would be nice if someone profiled the code and actually made sure it was optimized.

We are with the same problem. We read a lot about the vm in the RHAS 3.0. The vm was improved but, with bugs. We found a lot of inactive pages that, after the clean state, does'nt deallocate properly. This makes the thread kernel "kswapd" works a lot, taking all the cpu in the io process.
There is a known bug related to "kswapd" thread in the RHAS 3.0 kernel. The RedHat promess to solve the problem in the nexts releases (I really doubt it, because there was already 3 releases after its announces).
We have checked some strange behaviors too... The machines with Linux RH AS 3.0 + Oracle products (OracleDB and OracleIAS) are freezing randomically. We think that the shared memory are allocating kernel space pages, but we didn't found any evidences yet.
The workarounds (not tested yet):
- Upgrade to the latest kernel.
or
- Use the hugemem kernel (even when using less than 16GB of RAM, some guys reported that this solve the problem)
or
- Compiling a clean kernel directly from kernel.org. In this case, we don't have support from Oracle, but maybe the problem could be resolved until RH publish some bugless vm code with your kernel.
