SBO Add-on Crystal error

Dear All,
I have installed Crystal Add-on completely. But when I'm going to start Crystal through SAP Business One. It gives me error which is as below.
"Reterieving the COM Class factory for component with CLSID {3EBB7859-E4E3-B673-C6E5AD529CCI} failed due to the following error.80040154"
Can any body help me in this regard?

Add-on Conflict error while installing add-on LOCIN release 100

Hi experts,
I want to install the add-on for India Localization for IS-Utilities i.e., LOCIN release 100. I have downloaded the add-on and also the CRT(SAPK-10001INLOCINISU) required for the add-on.
we got an error while installing the add-on it is
"OCS package SAPK-10001INLOCINISU does not match the current software component vector"
if we remove the CRT from the queue and start the installation then it will give add-0n conflict error.

I had somthng like this recently with SCMEWM....
1. Clear out your EPS/in directory
2. Download the latest version of the add-on and all the patches ===> the latest CRT's will be in the patches.
3. Unpack them and try import again.

SP01 PL03: Click on Grid Link button, add-on disconnected error occured

Hi Frank,
I upgrade my add-on to SP01, there is an error when click Link button which in a UDT bound grid, the error shows 'System Message' with three option buttons, [Restart Add-on],[Log off the current company] and [Continue working without this Add-on], this error does not occur on SAP 2005 PL7,PL8, PL9 & PL10, but occurred on SP01 and SP01 PL03.
The grid Link button link to master like BP, G/L Accout and Item.
Hope there is a workaround way.

Was it done with 2005A SP00 PL?? ?

Problem: While trying to register domain on domains.live.com it gives error that it contains a protected word or inappropriate language.

From the path statement it appears you are using some third party application. Therefore I can't be of much help other than the error number indicates:

If you can open the report using Crystal Report Designer and Verify the database that may fix the problem. Otherwise please contact the company that wrote the software you are using. Be sure to make a copy of the report, they are version specific and if designed in CR 8.5 or earlier and if you open the report in CR 9 or later then the application will not be able to use the updated report.

SBO Crystal error in SAP 2007

Hello Experts,
We've SAP BO 2007 SP01 PL05 in a 64 bits Server and we have Crystla Reports por SAP BO installed and was working fine.
After some windows upgrades on a Server that works as terminal services we have the next error when we want to connect Crystal reports:
SAP Crystal AddOn
Automation error
Library not registered
In other clients it´s working ok. We try re installing all Crystal report addon and SAP Client in this terminal server but still the same error. Have you had a similar error? I´ve check forums and SAP notes but haven´t found a similiar error.

2007 version support will be ending soon. Have you considered upgrade your version? New version has integrated CR that works better.

Please take a look at note 819501 on the steps to clean corrupt installation of add-on(s).
For XLR clean remove, follow the steps below.
1. Un-register all addons from Business One> Add On Administration.
2. Log into the company again to refresh it, uninstall process will continue.
3. Close Business One, check from Add Remove Programs, if XLR is still shown, delete it.
4. Delete following files from B1 installation folder
-> by default itu2019s C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One
*AddOnsInstall.sbo
*AddOnsLocalRegistration.sbo
5. Delete folder C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\AddOns
6. Open SQL server, Delete Database IXMetaDataSBO.
7. In company database, delete all tables starting with ixt and ixv
8. click windows Start> Run> type '%temp%', rename SM_OBS_DLL folder.
for example 'SM_OBS_DLLOld' or delete it.
9. Open Register, delete XLR foler if it exists under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SAP\SAP Manage\SAP Business One\AddOn\
10. Delete folder iLytix from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE.
10.Reinstall XLR
In addition, it's not recommended to remove Addons from Add and Remove programs. You can remove AddOnsInstall.sbo and AddOnsLocalRegistration.sbo.

Add-on connection error (-105) Access to company database is not permitted

Good day,
One of our clients have upgraded to 8.8 PL 11 (from 2007A PL 41).
Somehow the SBO-Common became corrupt and SAP suggested that we reinstall the SBO-Common.
The problem is that now the add-on (developed by us) is not connecting.
The add-on connects to UI API and DI API, but when trying to connect to the company with SAPbobsCOM.Company, an error is returned (error code: -105).
I am also confused about what the error actually is, bacause according to the SDK Help file, error -105 is "The observer.dll init has failed.", but the error message returned by the add-on is "Access to company database is not permitted; log on to SAP Business One and sign end user license agreement (EULA)"
I have tried resigning the EULA, but no success.
I have also tried deleting the content of the %temp%\SM_OBS_DLL, as suggested in another post.
The version of the OBServer.dll is 8.80.229.0 - I believe that this is the correct version for 8.8 PL 11?
Please advise.

My apologies.
I have discovered what the problem was - and it was me.
I did not realise that the connection I was making was not to the same database that I was connected to.
Therefore, I had to log onto the other database and sign the EULA.
The error explained exactly what I needed to do, but I wasn't paying attention.

How to troubleshoot Crystal Errors

Please note I have been working with the developer on this and we have not been able to determine the cause.
It also is worth noting that this is not reproducable on their TEST BOX with the same code.
On their Production Box it works, then stops, we re-submit and it works again. I dont know if you are able to review what I have pasted here but here is a snippet of the code. We have been troubleshooting this for 3 weeks now so any thing you can advice would help. Also, does SAP have a Pay per Use support? If they do, are the support reps at a level that they could help us to debug what is going wrong?

follow below procedure
start->my computer>cdrive>program files >sap>sap business one> remove these two files 1).AddOnsInstall.sbo and 2).AddOnsLocalRegistration.sbo and clear all ur %temp%Files,prefetch,recent files and restart and open sap then u will get connected to xl reporter add on.

I have installed ERP 6.0 IDES version in Windows 2003 server with DB2 LUW 9.1 / FP5.
I have selected "Row Compression" and "Deferred Table Creation" during installation.
Now when I am importing add on BI Content 7.03, I am getting error during Movename tabs phase.
Error in phase: IMPORT_PROPER
Reason for error: TP_STEP_FAILURE
