SC items status "Contain Errors"

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with shopping card items, after replication from PM order the status of it is "Contain Errors". Do you know maybe what can be wrong?

HI All,
when I am trying to clear a G/L account in F-03, for a document I am getting the error
'No appropriate line item is contained in this document'
I can see the open item in FBL3N and this is not a special G/L item
what can be the possible reason. Please let me know.

Hi All,
Let me explain the situation a bit more clearly.
The document contains 4 line items. with g/L accounts A, B, C, D .
In F-03, I am entering the document number and G/L account A .
Then when I am trying to clear I get the error, ' No appropriate line item is contained in this document'
I checked in FBL3N. I entered the above document in selection criteria and entered all the 4 G/L accounts.
In the output I can see 2 items. One with G/L account A , with a RED DOT and other with G/L account B
with a TICK Symbol.
There are no clearing documents linked.
So please throw some pointer as to what can be the possible reason of the error and the corresponding
solution.

When we create SC with items from the old SC the message appears: "Items in template contain errors, only correct items are transferred". I checked SC, there are no error messages. I found that field SOURCE_REL_IND in the table BBP_PDIGP is initial. Can it be the reason of this error message?

I think the old items from the old SC will be validated, and therefore you got this error message.
I would suggest to uncheck the 'Validate Product Data' (In Additional
Functions in product catalog tab) for the external catalog in the
following path:
spro -> SAP IMG -> Enterprise Buyer -> Master Data ->
Define Catalogs. Select the catalog, and then 'Goto -> Details'

Tables containing item status procedure used in sales documents

Hello experts,
I need make a query in order to know the status procedure used into items of sales documents.
Example: In some items of sales orders I have status procedure CRMORD_I and in some items I have Z_ORDR_I. I need make a query in order to clarify it.
What table contains the item status procedure linked to each item into sales documents ?

If you want to know the status profile(CRMPRD_I or Z_ORDR_I) attached to a particular line item, you can obtain it from knowing the item category type(ex TAN). The satus profiel are attached to the item category type. The item category value is available in the field ITM_TYPE of the item structure (ET_ORDERADM_I).
once you know the item category type you can obtain the obtain the status profile from calling the FM CRM_ORDER_ITEM_TYPE_SELECT_CB, the ES_ITEM_TYPE-USER_STAT_PROC will have the status profile value.

Please make sure that catalog item/customization is properly maintained including OCI field
NEW_ITEM-EXT_PRODUCT_ID. Make sure that these items exist.
Could you kindly UN-CHECK the 'Validate Product Data' (In Additional
Functions in product catalog tab) for the external catalog in the

Dear experts.
I am trying to do a Vendor clearing through F-44. The vendor line items display shows 2 line items as open items. These 2 documents have been posted with a special GL indicator.
With the required specifications when I try to clear the Vendor line items, the error message "No appropriate line item is contained in this document", what could be the reason for this is not to appear in F-44 while clearing the vendor lines.

Item Status can be controlled for open Sales Order

Hi All,
Is there anyway we impose restriction on changing the status of the item if there are any open Sales Order against it? Example: If an item A is in Active Status and has a Sales Order with Awaiting Shipping Status. Before the order is booked if someone changes the item status to Inactive, is there anyway we can prevent it from changing the status if there are any open Orders against it?

Thx for the quick update. I have tried to update the status of an item to obsolete when Sales Order Line exist against the item. It is giving the following error. I have tried with Custom Code off. So my assumption is there should not be any personalization. Can you please look into it further.
This is quite urgent, pls.
Error: "This field can not be updated as there are either Open Sales Order Lines or Pending Delivery Transactions"

Delivery group 001: Item 000020 contains no confirmed schedule lines

I am getting following error message when i try to save sale order
"Delivery group 001: Item 000020 contains no confirmed schedule lines"
The item is a BOM itam and when i checked Deliverygroup for all items in BOM, it is the same for all.
Pls let me know how can i save sale order??

hi srikky,
delivery group stands for:
for example you have entered a BOM item in line item 20.
and it contains plenty of components in that BOM
then if you assign these delivery group at transaction level then it will combine all the components material available dates and gives one single Material availability date basing on the components feasibility.
so coming to your issue, here that delivery group's 001 is not having confirmed material availabilit date so it is throwing an error on schedule lines.
i think you should go to OVZJ and check FIXED DATE AND QUANTITY against the salesarea.

I am using this BAPI BAPI_CONFEC_CREATE to create confirmations locally in SRM for a PO. I am following Documentation available for this BAPI. But when I excuted with below data getting error " INTERFACE DATA CONTAINS ERRORS"
I am passing these data:
Hedaer: Ref_doc_no - PO Number
              Description:
             Process Type: "CONF"
Header_cust: parent_guid : PO GUID
Item: Parent: PO Header GUID
        PO Number: PO number
        PO GUID: PO HEDAER GUD
        PO ITEM Number: PO item Number
       PO_ITEM_GUID: po item guid
Account:
               Parent_GUID : PO Item GUID
               G/L acct : Po G/l acct
               cost center : PO cost center
what are the data sholud be passed to this BAPI?
Am I missing any input data to this BAPI? Please let me know.
Am I using correct Function Module to create a confirmation for a PO in Stand alone scenario?

I'm using the same FM but it's not working. Can you please share what data you are passing in the FM.
After debugging I found that my confirmation is getting created but it's not getting saved.

Item Status Cannot be Changed

I had an existing PO with an item on it that was flagged as not being an Inventory item by mistake. It appears the system allowed the creation of the PO while the item was flagged this way. A Goods Receipt PO was generated from the PO and all products on the PO showed an increase in Inventory except for the one item, which seems to make sense but I would have expected an error message for trying to receive that item. The quantity received for that item did not get placed in the warehouse. We realized this was probably due to the fact it was flagged as non inventory. If we try an modify the item to say it is an Inventory item we get the message "Inventory Item status cannot be changed due to the existence of either postings or documents." How do I find what is preventing this change and what can I do when I find it? Using Drag and Relate I have no open documents with this item on it.

To find all those problematic PO is easy. Try:
SELECT T0.DocNum, T1.ItemCode
FROM OPOR T0
JOIN POR1 T1 ON T1.DocENtry = T0.DocEntry
JOIN OITM T2 ON T2.ItemCode = T1.ItemCode AND T2.InvntItem='N'
Howeve, once you created any marketing document that includes those item codes, Inventory Item status will no longer be changeable.

Attribute for user contains errors. Inform system admin

We've got an issue with shopping carts created by a user that was deleted from system. When trying to see in Monitoring Shopping Carts header or item details of a given sc. A web error occurs:
The URL http://srp.srm.gruposalinas.com.mx:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpsc11/! was not called due to an error.
Note
The following error text was processed in the system SRP : Attribute for user contains errors. Inform system admin.
The error occurred on the application server srm-pro_SRP_00 and in the work process 2 .
The termination type was: TH_RES_FREE
The ABAP call stack was:
Form: OUTPUT_EXPRESS_MESSAGES of program SAPLBBP_SC_UI_ITS
Form: EXTERNAL_SCREEN_DETERMINE of program SAPLBBP_SC_UI_ITS
Module: EXTERNAL_SCREEN_DETERMINE of program SAPLBBP_SC_UI_ITS
We've cheked SAP NOTE 312058-BBPPU99: Error: Attribute for ... is missing. Inform ...
But it seems that none of the information applies to us, since this issue is only present for Shopping carts that were created by this deleted user.
So we tried to re-assing one of this sc, chaning PARTNER_NO,ADDR_NR
ADDR NP data in table CRMD_PARTNER according to a new given user, but it didn't work. So we need to know how to re-assing this sc or perhaps how to find what specific attribute is missing.
Any advice is welcome.

Which SRM version are you using ? This is an SRM error message.
The manager role should be enough to change user attribute. The transaction is BBPATTRMAINT. Employee role should have BBPUM02 or BBPAT05 to change their own attribute.
Please check whether the User ID you are using to Log into BBP_PD (and seems to be assigned in the org structure also)is consistent and has no errors in tcode USERS_GEN. You should check the user, it's not set up properly in USERS_GEN Transaction, Else repair the user.
To maintain the user attributes you must have the Administrator role.. Your user should have role SAP_BBP-STAL_ADMINISTRATOR and be integrated in the org structure. your user must be integrated in SRM organizational structure. To see which attributes are missing, you can click on the user in PPOMA_BBP to see details, and go to last tab "Check". This will list all required attributes depending on used scenarios (so you may not require all of them). You can also use transaction BBP_ATTR_CHECK to check user's attributes for a particular scenario.

I have set up a simple custom HCM process and Form regarding Infotype TO CREATE AND CHANGE POSITION. I have checked the process and form consistency and it seems fine. Now when I run the process from HRASR_DT it generates a process number but it also gives an error workflow could not start.I get following error (SWIA log - Step history)

Change Open item status to GL account

Hi,
I have tried to execute the program z_RFSEPA02 to change the Open item status of a GL account.
Before executing this program i make that account balance as zero.
But while executing the program Z_RFSEPA02, I am getting the following error.
Message No:FH099
"Line item totals doesnot tally with account balalnce"
Please suggest a solution to resolve this problem.

Mapping of element contains errors

Hi experts,
I was doing a complex mapping for creating a Sales Order (Items, ItemsX, ...)
Everything worked fine, I added 2 simple Types to the Data Type xsd file, redeployed and still worked.
Now all of a sudden I can't seem to map anymore, with a problem: "Mapping of element x contains errors".
When I start mapping, either I get an exception (and NullPointerExceptions) that he can't find the root element of my context anymore. Or I just save, and all my mappings dissapear and I get a screen like the screenshot bellow, with broken mappings.
All the failed mappings get the value "TaskOutput".
Another detail is, that when I delete all those broken mappings with the value "TaskOutput".. close and save, the broken mappings appear again.
Tried solving with: creating new .xsd file (same data), created new process, new UI component.
