  • HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2060 K110 all in one printer. unable to scan to my computer.

I have issues with my HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2060 K110 all-in-one printer. I used to be able to scan from my printer to my computer without any hitch. Yesterday however, I started receiving a message that my computer cannot detect my printer's "scan dialogue". So I can no longer scan to my computer. I still can print and copy documents just fine though. I've trfied the HP Print & Scan Doctor but my issue still persists. What can be my problem?

Hi Rocky_Balboa, Welcome to the HP Forums!  I see that you can't scan with your Deskjet Ink Advantage 2060 K110. Are you able to make copies with the printer? In the meantime, please take a look at this guide. Windows: HP Scan Software Does Not Open or Scan on a Printer Using a USB Connection. If you are using a Mac and not Windows, please let me know, and I will provide the proper guide. Hope this helps, and have a great day!

  • HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2060 K110 All-in-One : A4 Borderless Printing

Description: Good day, I recently bought HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2060 K110, and I'm having problems with printing an A4 borderless picture.
I tried to print an image in Adobe Photoshop using an A4 glossy paper, I wanted the print to be borderless - but what came out was a picture with white margin on all sides.
The image at hand has an exact A4 size (595x842 pixels). Then in the printing page setup, I set the paper size to A4. I tried to play with "Scale to Fit Media", when enabled, the preview shows a margin on both left and right side. When disabled, no margins are displayed, but the program warns me about how clipping may occur, which I didn't mind.
So, with "scaled to fit media" disabled, I started the printing. When it was done, the output was not something I expected.
I tried googling a little bit, and found out that some hp printers are not capable of borderless printing. I'm not sure if my printer is one of those.

  • Hp Deskjet Ink Advantage 2060 All-in-One K110 series Bad Print Quality

Hi! I am an avid fan of Hp printers since I was a kid. It is the family's most trusted brand for printers. Our printer worked just fine until I printed a colored page. When printing an all black page, the print is ok. For the colored output, the picture has some shadow/3D effect in it that I can't understand. It makes the picture unrecognizable. I tried troubleshooting but doesn't work. I am using Windows 8 and have been searching the net for solutions and etc but could not find one.  I wanted to print an alignment page, clean the cartridges and stuff but could not find the Solution Center just like in Windows 7. Please help me. I badly need it. I have an important document that needs to be printed. My future depends on this one, literally. So please help me. I am begging you. T_T

Hello I_Am_Lost,  Welcome to the HP Forums.  I see that you are having an issue when attempting to print due to bad print quality. I do have a few suggestions that we can try in the attempt to resolve this issue. First off, please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a power bar/strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer as an example but it is meant for HP products in general. Please click on the following link that explains the Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector. I have also located a troubleshooting document that deals with HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2060 (K110a) All-in-One Printer - Troubleshooting Print Quality Issues. If the troubleshooting does not help resolve your issue, I would then suggest contacting HP's Technical Support to see about further options for you. , : click here.  Thanks for your time.  Cheers,

  • Problem with HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3515 printer

Hello. First of all I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year!
I recently bought a HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3515 printer. The printer works fine (prints, scans and copies). There is only one problem with it. It returns me an error when I'm shutting it off. This happens very often but not always, it is kinda annoying. The error is displayed as: ERROR CODE 0X02B7C2ED SM_MODULE C  (the error is also shown on the image). I tried to Google the problem but without effects. I don't know what could be the problem. Can someone help me please, because I have no idea what could be the issue. Thanks for any replays.

    Hi @fatin7899
Did you choose A4 in the paper size selection in the program you are printing from?  What program are you using to print from, and have you maybe tried a different program?
Are you able to print this project onto a different size page successfully?

  • HP deskjet ink advantage 2060 all-in-one K110a

I have already installed successfully the software of the subject printer but it does not appear in Drive E of my desktop so I cannot make it as the default printer.

    Welcome to the forums @attyjimmy
I read about how you installed the printer on your PC however, it does not appear in the E drive. The printer normally installs to the C drive by default.
Check out this post from ShlomiL for some instructions on how to map a driver:

  • Hp deskjet ink advantage x64 Allowed /can it be made into a wireless printer

I have HP deskjet ink advantage 2060 All-in-one-k110. can i make it into a eprinter by adding any software .is it possible?

    Hello @dine2k4 ,
    Welcome to the HP forum.
I understand that you are looking for some type of software that would make the 2060 ePrint capable.
    I would like to help.
Unfortunately, a printer would have to be on a network to use ePrint.
It would also require a firmware update.
The deskjet 2060, according to the Specs, is USB only.
One option available is the HP 1200w NFC/Wireless Mobile Print Accessory.
The other is to purchase a printer with the ePrint feature.

  • Country not in list (Setup HP Deskjet Ink Adv 2060 K110 Full software)

Why is it only USA listed in the country list? I live in Malaysia and I download the software from
    http://support.hp.com/my-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Deskjet-Ink-Advantage-2060-All-in-One-Printer-ser...
Which means I download the software from HP official website, and already even selected locale as Malaysia: English (my-en) there!
Since the program don't allow me to skip that country selection screen, I had to kill the program at this point. I don't know wether the program has already 100% installed or not, but this country issue pissed me off. Please fix it.

  • HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 all in one not "scanning" properly

I just received my printer today - HP Deskjet Ink advantage 2545. I was so psyched to use the scanner, and when I finally did, I learned that this printer/ scanneer doesn't really scan docs or pictures properly - parts of the scanned docs are covered in black (see sample below). I tried several times, even cleaned the glass (even if it's new, fresh out of the box) but the same thing keeps on happening. Is this printer defective? should I return it to?

    Hi @VitoCLN,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!  I see your HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 is not scanning properly, I appreciate the screenshot.
I would like you to perform a Hard Reset on the 2545 and retry the scan:
    1. Unplug all cables and memory cards from the printer. Unplug the power cord, directly from the back of the printer while the printer is still turned on.
    2. Unplug the other end of the cord from the power source.
    3. If there is a power module on the power cord, disconnect one end and reconnect it.
    4. After 60 seconds, plug the cord directly into a wall outlet (not a surge protector or battery backup as they can cause the printer to lose basic functionality over time).
    5. Plug the power cord into the back of the printer.
    6. The printer should automatically power back up. If it doesn't, turn it on with the power button.
    7. Try making a photocopy (if your printer is an all-in-on printer) before connecting any other cables to the printer.
    8. Connect any other needed cables to the printer.
Now continue here with Solution One only: Vertical Bands, Lines, or Streaks in Copies, Faxes, or Scans
Were you able to complete the scan successfully?
I hope to hear from you soon.
    Thanks,
    HevnLgh
