I exactly have the same issue. Can you share the user exit to be used for that issue.
Is it only applicable for RF transaction or can you use it for e.g. a packing transaction where you attach a barcode scanner to your pc on a normal SAP GUI transaction?

Scanning a bar code

I have a curve 9300 and I am unable to scan a bar code and 9 times out of 10 it causes my phone to freeze and I have to remove the battery is it a problem with the software or with the phone its self

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner:
With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescirbed for most gltiches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.
Now, try the QR code scan again.

How can you scan the Source Code of a bunch of function modules

We are in a 46C system. I need to be able to scan the soruce code of a bunch of function modules. I was unable to use the RPR_ABAP_SOURCE_SCAN and return the lines with the string I was searching for.

Hi,
Read the main program that is the funtion pool into an internal table with statement.
READ REPORT
Use the key-word
SCAN ABAP-SOURCE
You can use the addition with includes as the function pool contains only include programs the with includes addition will read the source code present in the include.
Like this you can achieve it

READ REPORT 'SAPLSFES' INTO itab.

Why do a TC input and AI scan produce error code 10608?

I have one VI which controls a TC and relay on a heater. In another VI, I have a AI scan which reads pressure sensor information. Why can't I run them together? I get an error code 10608 when I run them together. Would someone please tell me what to do to set them up to run together?

Hi kch,
It sounds like you are getting a resource conflict. What is likely occurring
is that you are trying to monitor the thermocouple on one of the analog input
lines and then with a separate operation you are trying to monitor the pressure
sensor. It also looks like you are using Traditional DAQ in one or both
operations, or one is written in DAQmx and the other is in Traditional DAQ.
What you will need to do is either integrate the two measurements into a single
call to the analog input that reads both channels or make sure that one analog
input operation is completed before you attempt to begin the next.

100% Scanning using T code LM58

Dear all,
LM58 , RF transaction to enter PI count in WMS has article and quantity field where we can scan and enter article and total quantity of article.
we have requirement to use this t code for 100 % scanning for some warehouses.that means if article A is having 10 EA in wh WH1, user should scan article 10 times instead of scanning article once and entering quantity as 10 EA.
I wanted to know if it is possible to display quantity field in non edit mode and populate quantity as 1 UoM depending upon some parameter maintained in customised maintenance table.
Is there any enhancement available for this.

If you are talking about the custom transaction then it is very much possible as developer need to just increase the variable by one after successful scanning.
As far as standard are concern till now in all of my project as per the requirement user scans the material once and then enter the quantity manually but in one of my AFS industry project with custom transaction, we provided facility for the user to see the no of scanned shirts / Trousers in the quantity field, user was just scanning the material bar code and upon successful scanning the counter was getting increased by one

Ability to populate an input field by scanning a bar code or manually

We are developing a NW Mobile 7.1 OCA application. The user requires ability to enter values in input fields either by scanning a barcode or enter manually. We are on SP08 ... Right now we are able to scan and populate values or enter them manually(any of the two but not both)... Any ideas on how we can achieve these are higly appreciated.

Scan failure error codes

Computer is a Media center m495c running win 7; Printer is Photosmart C6150 all in one. Scaner is Scanjet G4050. Everything was working fine then it stopped scanning documents to PDF. Off loaded all Photosmart and Scanner software and reloaded just the Photosmart C6150 software. The scanning software appears to scan but when the preview window comes up the process freezes I get msg that states 1) retry the scan, if that does not work 2) relaod the scan software and if that does not work 3) reboot the computer.
The error msg at the bottom of the page is 4,[(3,42,0)]
Anybody got any ideas? I have reload the Photosmart software multiple times

What is the best software for cataloguing a large book collection into my iMAc. I would like to use a hand-held scanner, and scan bar codes, entering ISBN numbers only when necessary. Currently using Book Collector (www.collectorz.com) on a PC. desktop

I did something similar and used an application for my phone (Android OS at the time), which I can't recall the name of, to bulk scan the bar codes and subsequently upload the list to my mac in the form of an excel spreadsheet (it was a csv file). When I migrated to an iPhone, the application "Bar code scanner" performed in the same manner. Using my phone was by far the easiest method of bulk scanning (and subsequently cataloguing on my machine) in both instances.

How to Scan a code from a snail mail or magazine

I don't know what the codes are called (they aren't the same as bar codes, but the same principle). I can't find any documentation on how to do this with my S3. I got some mail from a company I very frequently do business with that has one of those codes, and it says I should scan it with my 'smart phone' to download their free app. Someone told me that all I need to do is take a picture of it, but that doesn't work, and I can't decipher the various icons (my eye sight is pretty poor in any case so it's sometimes difficult to distinguish between one icon and another, in any case or figure out what they are supposed to represent). I've even tried cropping the picture down to just that code, but that doesn't work either.
BTW, I'm not the only one having this problem -- I asked a friend and she told me that I should tell her when I figure it out because she's been unable to make heads or tales from this as well. If it's possible, it ought to be in the manual.

You have to install a bar code scanner from the Play Store. Look for one that can scan multiple bar code types including the QR code (the square shaped ones).

Led should stays on after the object containing the qr code is scanned

Hello everyone
i am working on a project where i have to do sorting of Object using QR code. ( the sorting mechanism is done using motor)..
I am doing step by step.. I already interface the labview with arduino using lifa.
Now in my VI, when i press the boolean, the webcam is on, the camera decode the qr code using the vision assistant.
then if the qr code is matched with the qr code i want to be sorted, the motor will on..
Now i try to use LED first to understand the concept n work with simple thing..
in my VI, when i press the QR code n it is matched. i represent the motor with a led which i put it at pin 3 as shown in the attachment...
But my main problem is that when i scan the qr code, the led is blinking . I dont want it to blink. I want it to stay on ..
can some1 help me with this please.
i try many possibilities. i try with case structure, with while loop..
but the led continues to blink.
