I noticed that your Scans/Copies print out as black sheets with no images on them. I am sorry to hear this, but happy to look into this issue for you!
For further assistance, I will require some additional information:
The Product/Model Number of your printer. Follow instructions in this link. Finding Your HP Product Model Number.
If you are using a Windows or Mac Operating System, and the version number. To find the exact version, visit this link. Whatsmyos.
If the printer is connected, Wireless, Ethernet, or USB.
If the printer is able to make copies.
If the power cable is plugged into a surge protector, or directly to the wall outlet. Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector. This applies to Inkjet printers as well.

In the meantime, please try a hard reset, by going to this post, How to perform a Hard Reset, by @Rich1, and then try your scan/copy again.

Sorry for the delay in response. Is it happening with all the files?
Also, please write the steps you are taking to type in the document.
You might try uninstalling and re installing the Reader in case it is happening with all the files.

Check the print options in the dialog box. If you don't have all this information displayed, click the circled arrow next to the printer name. Click the program option drop down, it's the one with a horizontal line to the left and right, check the cover page option. I can be set to before or after a print job. Just say none.

Does anyone know how to change the settings on the Form so that the boxes do not print out solid black?

How exactly did you create the form? And is the signed document received through EchoSign showing the boxes as black in PDF itself or are they shown when you take the print out of it?

Printing two pages per sheet with equal margins

My first post here. I did a search but didn't see an answer to my question.
How can I get equal margins when printing two pages per sheet?
I print aviation approach plates 2 pages per sheet and fold the sheet of paper in half and carry with me in a knee board. I had no problem doing this until last week after my hard drive was changed. The steps I normally take are:
click file
print
print range: all
copies: 1
page scaling: multiple pages per sheet
pages per sheet: 2
page order: horizontal (for the first pass through the printer and horizontal reversed for the second pass)
print to file: box checked
the preview now shows a winder margin on the left side of the page than the right.
I can't figure out any way to even the margins. Anyone have any ideas?

Print out lists of formats with their settings

I would like the ability to print out a complete list of paragraph, character, table, and cross-reference formats (with their settings) for inclusion in a local style guide.

Those files were .zip files wrapped in 7zip wrappers - very strange. Any way, I've attached the MIF_munch here in a single .zip file.
Note: the file is named Mif_munch.zip.txt to fool the upload file type restrictions. Just delete the .txt extension and unzip.
It might take a few hours or so to clear the scanning queue.

How Can I Print 2 Pages per Sheet with Bookmarks in Word 2007?

Is there any workaround to print 2 pages per sheet (in MS Word) with bookmarks?
I always get the following message:
Acrobat PDFMaker has detected that 'Multiple Pages option in Page Setup' has been selected. It will not be able to create tags, links, bookmarks with this option selected...

The Word 2007 pdf export (the one MS has here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=f1fc413c-6d89-4f15-991b-63b07ba5f 2e5&displaylang=en) supports bookmarks right?

Problems printing out of PS CS5 with Epson 4800 using latest epson driver

This is my first post here at the forum.
Has anybody experienced the following:
While printing out of Photoshop CS5 12.0.1 with an epson 4800, using the latest driver (6.65), the following happens:
Around the document, the printable space is filled with a very light colour.
(If I print an emty canvas, the canvas will not be printed - as expected - but around, the paper shows ink.)
I already talked to Epson about the issue.
We went through the whole printer reset, to make shure it´s not a driver issue)
The picture shown is printed several (5-6) times to better see the problem.
I did not select to print a background in the print dialogue.
Does not matter if PS 32bit or 64 bit is used.
OS is Snow Leopard 10.6.4
(Rosetta is installed, but should not be needed)
So, has anybody had similar problems?
Is there a solution?

Look at this new driver update.. Will test as soon as my new cartridges arrive..

I have a Dell Inspiron 530S computer and a Dell Photo 926 printer. Using Firefox with the printer, how do I scan a blank form into the computer and fill it out there and then print out the completed form with the printer?

Basically, the problem arose when I got a package from the Veterans Administration requiring me to fill out some complicated forms. Using my equipment and Firfox, I have been unable to do it.

That's not really a Firefox support issue.
Check with Dell support and ask if the scanner software is capable of saving the form as an actual form, instead of as an image as most scanners do.

Printing out of crystal reports with Citrix

For one of my costumers we use crystal reports to get information from exact.
The exact environment and crystal reports environment are central hosted.
User can use this application with Citrix and works fine. But when the what to print some documents the receive in Crystal Reports a error that the donu2019t have enough right to use this printer.
When the print to the same printer in Exact, the donu2019t have any problems.
The user connect to the server with Citrix program neighborhood and the have published apps, not a desktop.
The printer driver is already installed on the Citrix server.

I have tried with administrator credentials. And i receive exactly the same error as the users.
The error masage is;
Can't not start the print job, check the printer connection
I hope that someone can help

Copies come out completely black

When copying the printer is printing completely black pages. Any ideas as to why?

Hi,
Please unplug the power, wait for 30 seconds and replug it.
Now check for any change.
If the same appear, you may try printing - if the device prints fine, then the cause is probably within the Scanner Bulb.
If so, serviceing the product will most likely be required.

I received new printer (deskjet 2540) I returned my old printer replacing ink did not fix the old printer. I sent my old printer to HP plus unused ink (4) and empty ink cartages . As of 7/5/2015 I have no email from HP. I called to get this information. No ink. No email. No call. Printer will not print with color ink only. Case id # [Personal Information Removed]. Printing document as a "book" with two images per page

I am a new user and am struggling to take a 100 page text document with imbedded photos and print it like a "book." What I'd like to do is print using 2 images to a page (the same image) and duplexing, so that I essentially print two "books" that are duplexed (I will then cut the document in half) and then bind. I have not been able to figure out how to print 2 page 1's, then two page two's, etc., as a single print job. Can anyone help me?

Not sure if I fully understand what you are trying to achieve, but this may help.
When you are in the book layout page over to the left you will see thumb nail images of your book layout. Starting with the cover and then inside cover and pages etc etc. Below this to the left are a row of icons, choose the plus "+" then scroll down to the bottom where you get a choice of "Duplicate page." Hope that helps?
