Scared to ask... MW3 XBL Can't find games

I'm pretty sure this is a CoD issue, but I want to ask here anyways and see if anyone else is having a problem. I can not find any games in MW3, it just searches over and over. I have tried both uPNP and static mapping of ports; XBL says I have Open NAT.
I have 25/25 fios, and using a Intel ATOM D510 pfsense router. I have absolutly no issues wiht any games except for CoD.

Here is one more test, I really don't see why it can't find games.

Seems to be a Modern Warfare 3 issue according to a quick search. Lots of other user seem to be having a problem with finding games. I wouldn't be too concerned for now if it's only one game out of the rest of your collection that does not work. After all, Modern Warfare 3 just came out and I'm sure a lot of people are slamming what little server capacity they set up (don't they plan ahead for these kinds of things?).

  • 4th gen ipod nano - can't find games for it on itunes

I have just purchased a 4th gen ipod nano for my son and he wanted some games. Went onto itunes and purchased Crash Bandicoot Nitrokart game for £3.49. Couldn't get it to transfer to nano - but then noticed it's sitting in Applications (iPhone and iPod touch applications). Then went back into game and see that it says requirements are for iphone and itouch. Why did apple allow me to purchase this when I rgistered the nano when I setup itunes? Have searched for other games but all say the same requirement. Where can I find games that will download for nano? I have itunes 8.01 and ipod software is up-to-date

click on "iTunes Store", then on the left side of the screen, there should be a box near the top with:
    Music
    Movies
    TV Shows
    Music Videos
    Audiobooks
    Podcasts
    iTunes U
    iPod Games
    Apps Store

  • How can I find games for the old iPad

How can I find games for. The old iPad?

You'll just have to look through the iTunes Store for games that interest you and see if they're compatible with the iPad 1. There's no compendium that I know of that list compatibility with specific models of iPad. Few games at this point probably will not be compatible, but there may be a few that require the higher resolution of the new iPad or the faster processor of the new iPad or iPad 2.
    Regards.

  • Can't find game apps. I goto app store icon and then categories but games is not there.

Can't find games app in app store

Having same problem here (New Zealand app store)
Go to the categories option, and everything is there in alphabetical order except for games, like Brookdavis says, search, top 25 and featured all show games in them, it's just the category itself (and subcategories of Games) that aren't there.
No restrictions, have always had it but it has just disappeared sometime during the past week.

  • Ask again:  Where can I find source code for CPRM algorithm?

    Hi, everyone.
Where can I find reference implementation or some sample codes for CPRM(content protection for recordable media) algorithm? Can anyone help?
Information about CPRM can be find here,
    http://www.4centity.com/
JAVA version is preferred and C/C++ implementation is also OK.
    Thanks in advance,
    Geo

    Thanks, edsonw buddy!
I only found C2 cipher source code and some other documents dealing with CPRM algorithm. And what I want is total CPRM implementation reference source code (C2 is only a basic module of CPRM algorithm).
So can you provide me some useful information dealing with how to get total CPRM implementation reference source code? Both JAVA and C/C++ will be OK.
    Have a wonderful weekend,
    George

  • Where can I find Games for my Nokia 6230i

I have a Nokia 6230i, I would like to find some additional games to download for it.
I have even worked out how to install games onto it from .jar files (this seems to be a problem to some on this board)
The only games I can find to install are freeware .jar games on sites other than Nokia, these seem riddled with adverts and delay screens ... not what I want.
Where can I download games that I can then install ... happy to pay for them ... just cant find any on the Nokia websites.
    Many Thanks for any help,
(I dont have internet connectivity with my provider so I cant download direct to my phone.)

The best place for quality games for that old model is www.gameloft.co.uk .  Not sure if they need a data connection or give you the files.
Other than that sifting through the junk that you find on google is your only option.
I would be surprised if nokia offered games for it through it's ovi store due to the age of it, again a data connection would be needed. http://store.ovi.com

  • Oft-asked question but can't find an answer that's worked thus far

I know this is a question that is oft-asked, from reading through the many posts - so I apologize for asking again! But after a couple of days of going through posts/tutorials/manuals, I'm still having trouble finding a way to fix my issue of getting a two hour movie onto a DVD5. I think my main issue is being overwhelmed by compression settings options and not knowing which to choose.
Would rather not do a dual-layer disk in iDVD since it's not compatible of older players. I don't need a fancy menu. Anyone have any links to a resource they've found helpful on the topic? I'm all about doing my own legwork, just hasn't turned up anything yet!
    I have:
    Toast
    Compressor
    DVDSP
    FCP
    iDVD
If there's other info that would be helpful to have from me about my project, let me know.
    Thanks much!
    April

You can fit 2 hours of video in your DVD. You msut use any of the *DVD 120 min* presets in Compressor but be sure of selecting MPEG2 video and *AC3 (Dolby)* audio. If you uses uncompressed audio it will not fit.
Uses those files in DVDSP and author your basic DVD. Learn about * Creating Disc Image in DVDSP * and use Toast to burn your disc image.
Don't trust DVDSP size meter. Try building your project to check the real final size.
    Hope that helps !

  • Can't find games for my ipod

Are there any games for the 3rd gen. nano's anymore? I can't seem to find them in the app store...

They are not in the App Store. They are under the Category of "ipod Games."

  • Can't find games in appstore

    Hi.
In the Appstore on the ipad i can't seem to find the games section. Why can't i find it??

Have you tried resetting the iPad or quitting the App Store App and restart?
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
I saw this in another discussion but can't remember the fix. It was some sort of simple thing I think, but I am stumped right now trying to recall.
You can also try signing out of your account and sign in again. Sometimes that resets things.

  • Can't find games on non USA stores

I used to be able to buy games like Angry Birds and Flight Control on non USA iTunes stores (like the Qatar and UAE) stores, but those games seem to have been removed from those country's stores. In fact, games seem to be very rare on non US or European stores. What happened, why did they get pulled?

I have had my iPod Nano for quite some time now (I'm almost certain it's a 5th generation), and I have gotten bored with the games I put on it when I first got it. Are there still any games or apps around that I can put on my iPod?
