SCCM 2007 Secondary server IIS issue

Hi Team,
Our environment is Native mode SCCM 2007 R2 .
One of the secondary server causing IIS issue now previously working fine. When I checked MP it's Working. Checked MP controller log and getting 200 OK message.
Successfully performed Management Point availability check against local computer.
Call to HttpSendRequestSync succeeded for port 443 with status code 200, text: OK
Http test request succeeded.
Checked IIS log and getting like below errors
2014-10-17 14:31:08 10.3.80.131 CCM_POST /ccm_system/request - 443 - 10.3.82.20 ccmhttp 500 0 64 249
2014-10-17 14:31:11 10.3.80.131 CCM_POST /ccm_system/request - 443 - 10.3.82.15 ccmhttp 500 0 64 249
2014-10-17 14:31:17 10.3.80.131 CCM_POST /ccm_system/request - 443 - 10.3.82.16 ccmhttp 500 0 64 249
Certificate is valid. and Binding done correctly 
Kindly help me to resolve.

In that case you left with no option may be an IIS re-install required on the server.
I would check is it hosting any other role on the server if not then good to go with the IIS re-install.
