I have a SCCM 2012 install with SQL 2008 R2 RU6 on it. All roles on the same server.
Application deployment was working last week and suddently, today, it's not working anymore.
Client fail to download applications. When I see the log "dataTransfertService.log" I got:

    Hi,
    In addition, I recommend you check whether you have additional Authentication methods (like ASP.NET Impersonation) enabled.
    Disable the authentication method and try again.
    Also, please review the link below, here is a article about troubleshoot ISAPI filter issue.

    I have corrected the PKI certificate. still Issue not resolved.
    I checked further and found sms_mp_control_manager was stopped and was offline, Unable to communicate with component (error below)
    Unable to query the component.
    This is a child primary server. not on production yet.  Removing and adding MP will resolve the issue ? if yes what are the prerequesite you suggest. pls share any link .
    or any quick resolution you have ? please share...

  • Http server code 401 reason Unauthorized

    Hi,
    I am trying to setup a scenario of sending an IDOC from R/3 to XI and then sending it further to a 3rd party program using the HTTP Channel.
    If I go to transaction IDX5 in XI, I can see my IDOC sitting there as Inbound.  When I check the error message on it, I get the message "Http server code 401 reason Unauthorized explanation Unauthorized"  Also further along on the screen it says that the error category is "PLAINHTTP_ADAPTER" and Error ID is "ATTRIBUTE_SERVER".
    Can someone guide me towards a solution?
    Thanks in Advance!

    I have checked the settings and they appear to be correct.

    Hello to you all,
    I have a SRM-XI-SUS scenario and I try to connect to SUS with XI but I am facing the follwoing issue:

    Can someone guide me towards a solution?
    Kind regards,
    Kamran

    I am not intimate with the SRM-SUS integration via XI, but based on the business scenario configuration guide (https://service.sap.com/~sapidb/011000358700002897402004E/ServiceProcurementNEW.pdf) it seems that communication between SRM and SUS via XI takes place via proxies.  Assuming that's what you're trying to do, to communicate to SUS via proxies, you would need to use the adapter type (XI).   The communication is still technically over HTTP, but using the XI messaging protocol.
    The use of an sm59 destination is optional.  The XI type communication channel allows addressing types of "URL Addressing" or "HTTP Destination".  If you choose the latter, you would need a sm59 destination of type H and then refer to it from the channel.
    Try using a XI type receiver channel instead.  If you run into additional problems, check the "XI Settings" section of the guide above.

  • Catch HTTP code 401 and prevent standard login dialog

    Hello,
    in my FLEX application I load some data from a Java servlet. I use URLRequest and URLLoader to load the data. The servlet requires basic authentication. I use a custom login dialog to get the users credentials. Everything works fine except when the user provides wrong credentials. Then the servlet returns HTTP code 401 and FLEX automatically shows a standard login dialog. I'd like to show a custom dialog instead. However I have not found a way to catch the 401 code and prevent the standard dialog from showing. Is there a solution for this?
    My code:
    var encoder: Base64Encoder = new Base64Encoder();
    encoder.encode(context.userId + ":" + context.password);
    var credHeader: URLRequestHeader = new URLRequestHeader(
         "Authorization", "Basic " + encoder.toString());
    var loader: URLLoader = new URLLoader();
    var request: URLRequest = new URLRequest("http://.../userinfo");
    request.method = URLRequestMethod.GET;
    request.requestHeaders.push(credHeader);
    loader.load(request);
    Thanks,
    Florian

    Sure,
    this is my custom login dialog:
    and this is the default login dialog:
    The application runs on Adobe AIR version 2.6.

  • Need to make collection Query statement by sccm 2012 sp1 for Count of Licenses by License Status

    I want to make collection Query statement by sccm 2012 sp1 for all windows activated and all non-activated windows.
    Ahmed Sherif

    Have a look at the Software Licensing Product attribute classes when creating a Query - remember to choose
    System Ressource when creating the Query. You would have to enable this class to be collected during Hardware Inventory. Go to
    Client Settings -> Hardware Inventory ->
    Set Classes -> Select Software Licensing Product.
    This Class is part of the Asset Intelligence classes so you could enable it from there as well.
    Another way to accomplish is to use Compliance Settings to get this information.
    Create a Configuration item that query the Win32_WindowsProductActivation WMI Class, if you are using XP and the
    SoftwareLicensingProduct class for later os´s
    Add this Configuration Item to a Baseline ad deploy it to your Collections as needed.
    When the Baseline has been evaluated you can use this information to create query
    Machines reported as compliant is actived and machines reported as Non-Compliant is not activated.
    You can read about the Win32_WindowsProductActivation WMI Class here:
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa394520(v=vs.85).aspx
    and the SoftwareLicensingProduct here:

  • After SCCM 2012 R2 CU4 update Client won't report status message back

    We had SCCM 2012 R2 CU3, just updated it to CU4 (all site servers and clients) last week.
    Right after the clients received the CU4 update (no reboot), I saw these started popping up the event log:
    The ConfigMgr Client encountered a certificate for Management Point SCCM that could not be verified.
    I checked online and it has to do with trusted root key mismatch, but there was no site change. The only thing we did was upgrading from CU3 to CU4.
    Right now the symptom is that all these clients do not report status messages back to the MP so we have no idea how our deployments would go.

    i am having what i think is a similar issue. i upgraded to CU4 and the only clients to report back in are my SCCM site server and my only DP server. no clients have reported in since. i checked a few clients and they did get the CU4 client update
    and installed it but they are not reporting back
    I have pretty much the same situation.
    A successfully upgrade to SCCM 2012 r2 cu4 on the primary site.
    Deployed the cu4 to a few computers which was successfully. Later I also deployed the cu4 to the primary site server and it turned out to be the only computer reporting back with the proper client version.
    There is no errors or warnings in the event logs which could explain this strange issue. As far as I can tell the clients is operational but they are just not reporting back with the proper client version. A quick look at the sccm client
    logs has also not revealed the root cause.
    Any ideas would be appreciated a lot.

    No, this is nothing to be concerned with. Assuming you have auto-client push enabled, it will try to push the client agent to a resource without the agent every hour for 7 days. Thus, after the 7 day period expires from the last time it was discovered,
    it won't try to push to this system anymore.

  • SCCM 2012 - Error 255

    Hi All, I am trying to depoy a exe on all our computers via SCCM. I have tested the command via command prompt and install perfectly but when I run it via SCCM it fails. I have checked the appenforce log file and all it says is error 255.
    The program is a exe that also installs a driver, for a USB display adaptor. the link for the file is as follows.
    http://www.j5create.com/download_new/driver/jua190_jua210_jua230_jua250_jua310_jua330_jua350_v14.01.0210.3179_win/j5UsbDisplayAdapter-v14.01.0210.3179-win.zip
    The command I am using is -v14.01.0210.3179-win.exe /s
    Below is the error in appenforce

    Would love it if someone knows how to get this working and could let me know as I am stumped.

    ConfigMgr installs software using the local system account. Therefore you should test your software installation using the local system account.
    This is how you do that with psexec

  • SCCM 2012 error downloading EXE files updates

    Created an Update Group with security updates for Windows 7, from 2014/Jan-Jun
    On downloading, every update with NO-EXE files, were successful.
    Every update containing EXE files got errors with this message (example with KB2871997):
      Error: There was an error adding Software Update Content to the specified package for Security Update for Windows 7 (KB2871997). Check Deployment Package permissions, or the network path to the Package folder.
    NOTES:
    1. the target folder (to host the update EXE file) is created normally, but results empty
    2. it was possible to download the EXE file updates using Internet Explorer to another folder, BUT trying to alternatively download update from this folder (as opposed to download from internet, the standard way), the same errors above result.
    Thanks

    Thanks, Joyce and Torsten
    Got PatchDownloader.log with NO error messages,
    BUT target folders result empty and SCCM Console ends operation with the error on my first post.

    Yes, I know this is an old post, but I’m trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?
    Can you access the report outside of the console?  I never recommend accessing the reports inside of the console.

  • Switch to  HTML5 - Posting to Finance - SRT: HTTP error: ("HTTP Code 401: Unauthorized - Details see in error log of transaction SRTUTIL")

    Hi SAP,
    I've switch my tenant to HTML5 and now the postings are not going through. I've not changed anything in the communication arrangement, I kept everything i had when working in silverlight, but the postings have stop working.
    thank you in advance,
    Teresa Rosa

    Dear Rosa,
    Are you trying to post Expense reports to ERP System and you are getting this error?
    Error Unauthorized (401) generally means the User ID in ERP backend maintained in outbound communication is not valid. Could you please check if the user is valid in ERP with the proper roles and its password is well maintained? If this is well maintained, Check Connection should return Ping Successful.
    Once the ping is successful on communication arrangement "SAP ERP Financials using IDoc"
