Scenario not triggered

Hi
I have configured 2 scenarios idoc-file. Both the scenario has the same idoc as input. As per requirement, i should create 2 different scenarios in the Integration Directory as well. But when i run the scenarios, only the first scenario gets executed, whereas the second does not get fired at all. Any reason as to why iam facing this ??

Hi Sameer,
If I understand you correctly, both scenarios have the same IDoc outbound from the same business system. In this case, you need a single receiver determination with 2 receivers. The rec. det. can be included in both scenarios. (It should not be possible to create 2 receiver determinations for the same outbound interface and system.)

BSP Terminating event not triggering

Hello Friends,
We have a scenario, where a BSP application is triggered from a Workflow, for a certain approval, and after the user clicks on Approve button on the BSP Page, the BSP would write to the workflow container using SAP_WAPI_WRITE_CONTAINER and then we call SWF_WSC_CALLBACK_LAUNCH.
This used to work, but after an almost Fatal incident with our system, we are not able to get this to work.
We can see in the workflow log that the container is written, but the terminating event is not triggered, and the workflow doesn't move forward
Is there a setting that we're missing..??

BulkEventResult Method Not Triggering in Postcreate Eventhandler

My Scenario is like this ...
When a user is created through Trusted Recon I wrote a PostCreateEventhandler to generate some field in OIM , for this in my Event handler I implemented BulkEventResult Method to trigger while a user is created through trusted Recon but BulkEventResult is not triggering . It's urgent requirement please help me .

order of you eventhandler should be between 1002 to 1008 or just FIRST or LAST as per requirement.

Web Service is not triggered

Hi,
I have a web service in my BPM. This web service is an automated activity to send an e-mail based on user's decision. Everything works fine, except the e-mail is not triggered.
I configured this e-mail using Logical Destination and when I tested in the WSNavigator, it sent an e-mail.
So, my question here is, how to make sure this web service is getting called and how to trouble shoot this.
1. I checked in NWA, there is nothing related to this e-mail Web Service.
2. Checked in Process Composer: Manage Tasks, I cant see anything here.
3. Web Service is working fine with both Logical Destination and without.

Hi Sunita,
You didn't say whether you configured the application communication via NWA->SOA Management->Application and Scenario Configuration->Application Communication' (CE 7.2). Since your BPM process is calling a web service you have to assign a profile to it. BDOCs not triggering on changin Contract Account thrU FM FKK_ACCOUNT_UPDATE

Hi,
We have integrate SAP ISU and CRM system. My scenario is, on Dunning til a specific level, customer is removed from Direct Debit if he's on an active Incoming Payment Method in a dunning activity.
In my scenario, I'm reading Contract Account Details using FKK_ACCOUNT_READ, deleting incoming payment locks if any, clearing three fields of Incoming Payment Method Id, Bank ID and Credit Card ID (EZAWE, EBVTY, CCARD_ID) and then passing the new structure in FM FKK_ACCOUNT_UPDATE in below format:

I checked the standard process (CAA2), also uses the same FM in same format but it triggers BDOCs. I believe after this FM is called, some other FMs are being called to trigger BDOCs.
Can someone help me in finding out, where am I going wrong. Thanks.

I found the solution...
Its customization mistake..
Solution:
When we have 'n' tax categories then we should have 'n' condition tables..
I have 2 tax categories: JCST and JVAT but i have only one condition table 368 which is wrong.. i should have 2 condition tables.. so i created another con. table 468 and assigned to access aeq JLST.
then when i create cond. record , we have to select the appropriate table then it will fetch accordingly.. in sales order..

Workflows not triggered when documents are created in Doc Set via Content Organizer

The following is my scenario:
A document set (containing several documents) is created in Library A on Site A
Using Send To, the Document Set is sent to the Drop Off Library on Site B (a different Site Collection)
A Content Organizer rule then moves the Document Set and its documents to destination Library B
In Library B I have defined a workflow (using Visual Studio 2012) that is triggered when new item is create
When the Document Set arrives in Library B from the Drop Off library (i.e. when the Content Organizer moves the Doc Set to Library B), the workflow is triggered (and executes) on the Document Set, but it is NOT triggered on the documents within the Document
Set. How can I get the workflow to trigger on the documents within the set when they are created via the Content Organizer rule?
The interesting thing is that if I manually add another document to the Document Set in Library B, the workflow is triggered on that document. It just does not trigger when the documents are created via the Content Organizer.

In edit Content Organizer rule page, I see there is an option as Automatically create a folder for each unique value of a property:
However, unlike the drop down used in the property based filters above, this drop down *only* contains properties that are required by your content type.
This is done to prevent adding folders that have no values for a property.
If you need to put similar documents to the same folder, you could consider making use of this feature.

Debugging is not Triggered

Hi Experts,
I've the problem that the Debugging is not triggered. I found your replies in SDN. I tried in all ways that you have specified.
ie: i) From SE80>UTILITIES>SETTINGS>ABAP EDITOR>DEBUGGING--> enetr the username for EXTERNAL Debugging.
ii) Thro SICF ---> Activated the Breakpoints.
iii) Trying with Trace also.
It doesnt trigger the Debugging. Could you please tell me is there any other way to activate this... or where i may go wrong....
This is my Scenario...
I've developed one BSP application. Its worked fine in old server. After that i had transport that application to new server.
Thats also done successfully. When i try to debug, it doesnt trigger that...

Hi Anita,
When you set a breakpoint, you do so for a user (see the message at the bottom of SAP Gui when setting a breakpoint). So indeed, the breakpoint must be set for the same user as the one who logged in to SICF.
If you want to change the user for which the breakpoint is set, then go to menu Utilities->Settings->ABAP Editor->Debugging, and change the value of the Users field with the admin user. The next breakpoints will be set for the admin user, so that when he connects, he will enter debug mode (of course, he must be connected in SAP Gui too).

ESS/MSS Standard workflow not triggered....

I have small doubt, but why can't I solve this I does't know? Kindly some one help me on this issue.
Scenario as follows...
I have copied the standard loan workflow "WS18900041" to my custom workflow. So, Here when I apply loan through portal workflow is not triggered. I have activated the events which are present in loan. But after that also I am unable to trigger the workflow. Through SWE2 / SWETYPV tcode I have enabled the linkage to the portal. When I activate the event in workflow it will be automatically shown in SWE2 / SWETYPV. After all the process I have activated and checked, When I tried to apply for loan and submit the loan I am unable to trigger the workflow else workflow is not getting triggered. Kindly help.... Most Highly importance.... Please reply as soon as possible....

Workflow is not triggered via program RBDMANI2

Hi,
We have a Workflow that triggers when an IDOC ends up in an error. It works fine when the IDOC is posted through XI and also when processed from WE19. When we try to re process through the Program RBDMANI2 the even is not triggered.
Business Object used: ZIDOCAPPL (Subtype of IDOCAPPL delegated to IDOCAPPL).
Event: INPUTERROROCCURED
My doubt here is will an event be triggered when an IDOC is Processed through RBDMANI2 program? If yes then am i missing or is there some settings that needs to be or should i use any specific Business Object for this scenario.
Please throw some light upon this.

Hi Prashant,
Best way to find out which event is getting triggered with this report is by using Event Trace, Follow the below steps.
(1)- Go to Tcode SWELS, (SWITCH ON THE TRACE).
(2)- Now run this Report .
(3)- Go to Tcode SWELS again.(SWITCH OFF THE TRACE).
(4)- Go to Tcode SWEL, Execute it, You'll find the Event name and Business object name that got trigerred.
Note: If you don't see any event getting trigerred in SWEL, this means that with this report no event is executing.
The other way around could be to use a BADI or User-exit in that you have to externally trigger the event by using function module.
'SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT'
Note: If events are not getting trigerred through transactions, Then you can use this function module to trigger workflow from outside, So use this function module in any badi or exit or enhancement spot that suits your requirement.

MouseEvents are not triggered for JMenu

I would like to listen for MouseEvents but i'm not sure if it is a bug in java or some lack of knowledge on my side concerning event handling.
I have a simple menu with one mouse listener and seems that mouseReleased and mouseClicked events are not triggered always as i would expect.
if i run the code that has been attached below, than i have the following strange scenarios.
Menu0 is not opened and click on it once:
pressed Menu0
clicked Menu0
There is no mouseReleased received. why?
Menu0 is opened and click on it once again:

Menu0 is collapsed and i have all the events. ok

Well there are differences across Operating Systems. For example I'm using JDK1.4.2 on XP. When I click on Menu0 I get:

clicked Menu0
It is always better to use a "higher" level event when possible. In this case you should be using an ActionListener, if you want to know when a menu or menuItem is clicked. Or maybe you could use a MenuListener to know when a menu is opened and closed.

Events not triggered

Hi,
We have created a custom workflow for notifcation purpose when shopping cart is fully approved. We are working on SRM 5.0 and classic scenario is implemented.
To start this workflow we used event "FinishedApproval" of BO BUS2121. But this event is not triggered in system when shopping cart is fully approved.
No events are registered in event trace too.
when event is triggered using SWUE, workflow is started as desired.
We are using N-step SC approval workflow and it is working perfectly fine. Notification workflow is desired to start after completion of approval workflow.
Kindly provide some solution for this issue.

Hi Maksim,
I meant none of the click events in the DOM are triggered while loading sap.m library as dependency via Component.js but works fine while the sap.m library is loaded via bootstrap.
I supposedly think the events are bounded before the DOM is loaded but I m bit surprised with the behavior since there nothing changed in the structure apart from sap.m library loading from different location.

TFS2013 webclient not triggering WHENCHANGED rule on System.RelatedLinkCount

Hello Team,
We had upgraded our TFS from 2010 to 2013 update 4 version recent.
we are facing a issue with "webclient not triggering WHENCHANGED rule on System.RelatedLinkCount", but it works fine with Visual Studio 2013 Update 4.
Later on search on MSDN I found this was know issue in TFS 2012 and marked as closed with latest TFS version.

IDOCHRMD - TS00408178 not triggered

We are in a scenario where the HR hierarchy is synchronised with SRM.
The IDOCS type are HRMD_ABA,and I wanted to set up a task to monitor them, I have found the TS00408178 HRMD_Error.
It seems to be the appropriate one.
I have activated the object type IDOCHRMD event INPUTERROROCCURRED on the task
I have maintained the possible agent, set up the same agents (Organisation) on the IDOC in WE20.
However when the IDOCS are in status 51(error in the application) the worklfow is not triggered
When I set up the trace on the event nothing is recorded
Do you have any thought on this ?

In transaction BD87 if I select the IDOC and press the Object Key button (MAJ +F9) in the type of Object and object key field nothing appears ..
