Hi All.
I have two applet based on the same BC. Ex. 1. "SIS Account List Applet" 2. "Account List Applet" these two applets are based on the same BC (Account). This BC having one field "Account Status" having some predefault value ("Active"). My Requirement is i want to display predefault value for this particular field in applet 1 (SIS Account List Applet) as "Active" and in applet 2 (Account List Applet) as "Closed". Plz tell me the process.

Hi!
A field can either be Single Value (value stored directly in the underlying column) or Multi Value (based on a Link, an intersection or foreign key field is populated to represent a relationship). One field cannot be both.
If you want the field to be read only for specific users, there are User Properties for that. If you want one set of users to be able to pick from an MVG or Assoc applet and one set to be able to type free text, you'll need two seperate fields and either a toggle applet or some logic to hide and display the field controls based on the users login.

Job scenario plz help

Dear Experts
In the following scenario plz help.
in the job work tht client is doing. we r making a production order of a NON VALUATED DUMMY MATERIAL.
the raw material which the customer gave to us was lets say 100 kg.
after doing the job work i.e. after confirming the producion order the quantity made is 105 kg.
I have to give customer only 100 kg.
so rest 5 kg is in my stock.
client want to convert it into its valuated stock.
can u please help in mapping this scenario in SAP

One suggestion,
Do with tcodes, after you can do it with BAPI's
1. Do an entry of subproducts: mov 531 with tcode MB11
2. Do a transfer between materials (from a free good to a valuated good): mov 309 with tcode MB1B

Yes I did. It didn't seem to work when just extracted into my home directory. After looking at the two wrapper scripts (firefox and run-mozilla.sh) it looked like it needed to be in /usr/local/lib/firefox-3.6.23 which I did and which works. The problem is that the Help menu is the one for 3.5.9 (including Help > About Firefox says version 3.5.9). Even if I rename the two wrapper scripts and the executable for 3.5.9 I still get the 3.5.9 Help menu. FWIW, my 3.5.9 was packaged in FC11 and the 3.5.9 firefox script is in /usr/bin.
I'm sure I'm just overlooking something obvious but here is some debugging output:

Hi i have a barely 1 month old Macbook , and recently i have noticed that the fans, when i put the book really close to my ears and i can hear a very smooth noise....is that normal or is it suposed to be 100% silent even when the room is totally quite!?!!?just wondering since iam a new mac user...

Sorry, I should have mentioned that. On my MBP in normal working, the fans will tick over at about 2,200 rpm.. If I am pushing things, or if an application gets out of control (the Firefox beta did this last week), I can expect them to run about 5,500 rpm or a bit more, although they soon begin to reduce speed, particularly once that application has finished what it was doing (or in the case of FF when I forced it to quit).
Temps will vary depending on the unit being monitored. My CPU (A) is hitting 61 degrees Celsius, while the hard disk is on 37 and the bottom enclosure is at 35. These are well within the operating parameters. It may feel hot sometimes, particularly on the bottom of the case, but this is not unexpected.

Ann app will not help, as no 3rd party application can affect another, so no app can lock another apps files or folders.
Apps can lock their own content, and some do include that option of putting a passcode on just them and their own files, but there is no universal feature.
If you put a passcode lock on the iPhone, then no one can get to your content.

my scenario is:i am having 2 values say 'x','y'.
i want to implement a formula like x-y.
if the x value is negative then i have to get the result as negative after the 'y' value get subtracted.if 'x' is positive, i have to get positive value after subtracting 'y' value.
please let me know how can i implement this scenario in bex.
by using a formaula or condition or anything else. please let me know clearly including the expression asap.

Hi,
Create the customer in the delivering Sales Area/Plant/CC and assign this customer to the recieving plant in the MM> purchasing> STO> Setup STO> Shipping data for plants.
Assign the delivering plant's salea area also here. So you need to create a customer in 7245 and assigne it in 7246.
Create the vendor in the purchase organisation of the receiving plant and assgin the delivering plant in the vendor master. Maintain the document types correctly and define whether you require one step or two step procedure.

I have a requirement-
we get damaged products into plant- and we do value addition to the damaged product and sent it as a finished product to the customers, also we dont want to valuate it at plabt level as its customer product. And to that finished product we consume some raw material on shop floor.
( as I recieve it as x-material code, and as I am doing some value addition to the same X-material( want to create a production order, can nn this case we maintain same material code?),
any explanation & suggestions on this? in SAP R/3

Hi Srinivas,
This is an MTO scenario.
You recieve material from customer as X and u do some value addition and return the material to customer as X again. Please confirm if this is right.
Assuming Yes as answer, Suggest you to create Recursive BOM for each of such Finished material. Do not worry about the raw material in BOM you can add this directly to production order when you get the material and finish analyzing what component must be used.
Create sales order and you will run MRP for it. Convert the plan order to production order and then add the raw material in the production order. I assume that you will be doing quality inspection or prilimanary analysis to find out what compoenent must be added. Maintain this step as oper. 10 in your routing so that inspection activity time is also captured.
Routing can be maintained as default for base Qty. and minor chnages can be taken care of later. Since this is MTO and repair for damage material will require different amount of time for each time the finished material arrives for repair, you will have to make manual changes in timing of production order after inspection of damage has been done. This will ensure the planned cost is captured as well. Making chnages in CO11N directly is not recommended because it will create the variance in month end process.
Please note that in MTO scenario settlement of cost is important. you need to sit with finance and SD and decide where will the Cost for GR against production order be settled (SDI or MAT). Based on this, you might have to create a new strategy type as well.

No, the "-g" version just means it has the debug flag turned on when they compile it.
Your problem is CLASSPATH and how to set it properly.
Use the -classpath option on java.exe when you run. Read the javadocs on the tools to find out how.
