ScenarioEngine.exe has stopped working when trying to install sqlserver 2014 Express with tools.

I have downloaded the enu file from MS, for the above SQLServer 2014 express edition.
After checking that all the prerequisets had been met, I extracted the files, from the enu, to a folder and ran the Setup.exe.
Immediately, I received the warning "The ScenarioEngine.exe has stopped working" and the installation stops.
I did not encounter this issue installing SQLServer 2012 Express with tools, on the same pc, and it has been running without any issues,
The pc concerned is running Windows 8.1.

SQL Server 2014
1. Save the following in a text file, change the extension to .reg, double-click on the file, and on the prompt that appears, select yes to populate the registry:

Next, re-run the setup, and it should proceed beyond the point of error this time.

That means you have to restore the device with iTunes now. So connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and restore the iPad.

Itunes has stopped working when trying to open store

I have gone through the uninstall/reinstall many times. Redid host file. Flush dns. Have tried many things. I noticed on one conversation on here. To go to the Action Center and click on itunes. It is saying a fault in the webkit.dll. I have no clue what that means or what I need to do to fix the problem.
I did notice that when I uninstalled the last time that when I reinstalled I no longer had Quicktime. So installed that, but still no luck
I have Norton 360 and Windows 7 64 on my laptop. We also have a desktop with the same, but the desktop is able to open the store. I am a tad confused on why mine is not. I can open itunes see the library then when I hit the itunes store it sits for awhile then it comes up with itunes has stopped working. Please if someone could help.

Open the reports and have a look through them. Do they all seem to say the same thing? If so, paste the contents of a typical report into a reply here. (Fingers crossed, that may give us a heads up on the cause of the errors.)

When in iTunes 11.0.5.5 and trying to access the iTunes Store I get a message saying that iTunes has stopped working.
I have AVG 2013 FREE anti virus guard installed and know that this is working properly.

I have Windows 7. This is the first time I have downloaded on this brand new computer. I authorized this computer for iTunes and bought an album. I appreciate the info and realize that the Nook App is not related to my Apple account but this too has stopped working. My situation first started with the Nook App not down loading and then has now spread to my IBook and new app downloads. I have checked into my ITunes account and the ID and password are correct and at times when I am asked to submit my Apple password such as setting up this Apple Support Community the ID and password work. My problem seems to be just with trying to use my ID and password when wanting to download new books or apps. I can go into the IBook, Nook, and App stores and seemingly download an item but when clicking on the new book or app nothing happens and I get a message that states it can not get into the ITunes store and it wants me to either try again or cancel. This message appears usually ten minutes after I have tried to make a purchase. At other times when I attempt to download a book or app I lose the screen and the IPad goes into the opening screen. Short of redoing my Apple account or deleting an app and attempting to reload the app (but this won't work because the App store won't load new apps) I don't have a clue what to do.

Just a thought, if you want to continue using Roboform as well as PSE and the two conflict.. you can Add PSE to Roboform's blacklist. That should stop the interaction between the two.
Steps to do so-
If PSE is running, close it now.
In Roboform 7, go to Options / Applications Integration.
Select Add to the Black List (the list of applications RoboForm will not attach to).
Browse to the location of the PSE executable <Organizer in your case, possibly Editor too>

PProHeadless.exe has stopped working error when opening projects in Adobe Media Encoder CS6

Hi, I recently upgraded to Adobe Cloud CS6 and am having problems with the Adobe Media Encoder CS 6 (version 6.0.1.31 64-bit).
When I try to add Adobe Premiere projects in AME, it sometimes gives me the following error:
PProHeadless.exe has stopped working
I tried rebooting, and it still gives me the same error. Sometimes the project will load, sometimes it won't.
The Premiere projects contain a H.264 .mov file coming from my Canon T2i. I also added an overlay logo to the bottom right of the video that I created in Adobe After Effects, which only contains text, no effects, no motion, etc. Sometimes I also have a .wav file recorded from a Zoom H4n, but not always. I usually edit those in Adobe Audition with the remove noise feature.
I am running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. I'm using an i7 with 16GB ram and an ATI 6870 video card.
I have the LUT buddy plugin installed.
It will give me the error the first time I try to load the project, and the connection to Dynamic Link Server will fail. Afterwards, if I try to load the project again, even if I restart AME, it stays stuck in the Connecting to Dynamic Link server...
Any help anyone could provide would be appreciated.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. Dragging the sequence from PPro to AME made AME lock up. But your second suggestion of exporting the video directly from PPro seems to be working. I still have 6 minutes to go, but at least it got up to 25% so far, so everything seems good.

Satellite A300D - Upgrading from Vista - "Setup.exe has stopped working"

Hello,
I am using Satellite A300D with Vista and I have been trying to upgrade to Windows 7 using the Toshiba Upgrader.
After choosing the language and proceeding with other steps, it asks me to uninstall a bunch of programs. Some are uninstalled just fine but when it comes four other programs it says "Setup.exe has stopped working" and it does not uninstall.
I have tried uninstalling them manually but I got the same message.
These programs are;
Atheros Driver Installation Program
Toshiba Hardware Setup
Toshiba Supervisor Password
Realtek High Definiton Audio Driver
As a result I cannot proceed with the upgrade.
Anyone know what the issue might be?

I am having the exact same problem. I have the toshiba satellite 350D. I am only stuck at the atheros driver installation program. As soon as it's supposed to be uninstalled I receive the " setup.exe. has stopped working" I tried uninstalling manually as well and get the same message.
I think the only fix would be to reinstall vista and then try upgrading to windows 7 again. I would like to stay away from reformatting though.
I would love an answer to this question as well!! (frustrating)

Sqldeveloper64W.exe has stopped working

Problem Description
Within SQL Developer 4.0, I've gone into Preferences > File Types, found the .sql extension and checked the box that says Open with SQL Developer. I've gone to the Set Associations control panel in Windows 7 Professional 64 bit and confirmed that the Current Default is set to sqldeveloper64W. I've used the CMD function to access regedit, deleted the file associations for .sql and set all preferences again. If SQL developer is not already open on my machine and I attempt to open a .sql file, the application launches fine. If I try to open additional files from windows explorer or windows search, I get an APPCRASH indicating that sqldeveloper64W.exe has stopped working. I click close the program and sql developer remains open, but my file has not opened.

"In regedit: Navigate to Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications and find your .exe name.
Navigate under its name to shell>open>command. In the Default change its location to the actual location of the executable, hit okay and then try and reassociate the file type as you normally would."
In my particular case, I browsed to Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\sqldeveloper64W.exe\shell\Open\Command
and changed the (Default) value
from "C:\oracle\sqldeveloper\sqldeveloper-4.0.2.15.21-x64\sqldeveloper\bin\sqldeveloper64W.exe" "%1" %*
to "C:\oracle\sqldeveloper\sqldeveloper-4.0.2.15.21-x64\sqldeveloper.exe" "%1" %*
And now the file association works correctly, and now with sql developer already open, I can open another .sql file from windows explorer. Fingers crossed this is finally fixed!
