SCEP - NDES: CRP.log shows only "Perf Test Hook, Challenge is read from registry"

Hi,
i exactly did the installation and configuration as described here:
http://blogs.technet.com/b/tune_in_to_windows_intune/archive/2014/04/25/part-2-scep-certificate-enrolling-using-configmgr-2012-crp-ndes-and-windows-intune.aspx?pi47623=2#pi47623=1#comments
However, CRP.log shows only "Perf Test Hook, Challenge is read from registry" and nothing happens, no certs gets deployed.
In addition i don't see any errors in the logs?
Any suggestions?
Is its neccessary to allow any to any communication from NDES Server (in DMZ) to SCCM?
Thanks.

ckuever

  • AppleScript Editor -- Event Log shows only Result

The Event Log pane at the bottom of the AppleScript Editor window shows only the result after I run a script, regardless of whether I choose the "Result" button or the "Events" or "Replies" buttons. I've only recently begun consulting the Event Log regularly, so maybe I'm not completely familiar with how it's supposed to work. But I'm fairly certain that, until yesterday, after I ran a script, the Event Log would show a detailed log of the script in action, and if I clicked on the "Replies" button, it would also show the result of each line. Isn't that how it's supposed to work?
For example, if I run this script:
    tell application "Finder"
              get version
    end tell
In the bottom pane, with "Events" and "Replies" selected, all I see is this:
    Result:
    "10.8.2"
Shouldn't I see more than that? I'm sure that in the past I've seen actual lines from the script in that window.
    Thanks.

The Events button will show Apple Events such as tell statements and display dialog commands, while the Replies button will show the reply to those events.  The Result button just shows the result of the script, which is the value returned (or the last value of the (internal predefined) result property).
The Events History window isn't really meant to be a debugging console, but you can also add your own entries there by using the log command.

  • NPRT Logs shows only header table

    Hi Experts,
I have a doubt regarding the details displayed in Transaction NPRT. After Setup tables are filled for Delivery-02, when I checked the logs through NPRT, I got the source table as LIKP.
Now I understand that LIKP is the Delivery Header data but Setup table filling extracts both header and item data so why only the header table, LIKP, is displayed and not the item table, LIPS?
Please help me understand the concept better.

    Hi
Normally while filling up setup tables. It will full entire application (all the tables of particular application) if those are updated. Try to Run V3 Collective Run properly.
You can see the No.of Records filled in RMCEX_SETUP_ENTRIES
    hope it helps.

  • PC content viewer shows only low res thumbnails of PDF folios (from folio builder)

Since i can't seem to find a similar question, here's my story:
I've recently held a small class of 2*18 students, running various versions of indesign (mostly Cs6 and CC) and various OS (MacOs, Win7, Win 8).
On the Win 7 and 8 systems, some of the students had a blurry/low res and no interactivity feature output of anything coming from Folio Builder.
Regular Interactive Overlay Folio preview always turned well, and preview on the devices were ok too (except for the long process of putting things online when the PC users would want to preview on an iPad).
But i couldn't work them out of the horrible low res preview when the folios were built in Folio Builder.
So far i haven't found time to narrow the failing machines (we didn't have a lot of time for this).
Is this problem known ? Is there a workaround ?

Hi bob, as i mentionned in the title, it's the PC (aka desktop) Content Viewer that's concerned.
I know it's supposed to be rasterized, but the problem here is their (desktop) Content Viewer really displays the thumbnails instead of the expected (and interactive) content.
I had never encountered this kind of behaviour before, and couldn't track that on the website.

  • Testing app on device shows only black screen.

    Hi,
I created hello world app, app is working fine on simulator,
But when I install this app on device, and launch it from devie it shows only black screen. I am not sure whats the possible reason for this.
Device which I am using is Intex cloud fx.
Does any here faced this problem?
    Thanks

    Hi Malkit Singh,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems installing a test app that you developed for your Intex Cloud Fx.
Unfortunately, I have not heard of this issue. Do you have a different Firefox OS device that you would be able to test this on?
I would also suggest contacting Intex Support for device-specific issues.
If you believe there might be something wrong with the code in the test app, you can ask developer-related questions on [http://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/firefox-os StackOverflow].
Please let us know if you have any other questions about your new Firefox OS device! =)

  • HT204150 I currently have 14,181 contacts that are on my computer, which an apple tech was nice enough to show me how to transfer all my contacts  from my mac 2 "iCloud " account all though when ever I log into my "iCloud" account it still only shows 13,0

I currently have 14,181 contacts that are on my computer, which an apple tech was nice enough to show me how to transfer all my contacts  from my mac 2 "iCloud " account all though when ever I log into my "iCloud" account from a different web browser it still only shows 13,032. Meanwhile on my mac book pro, the "icloud" contact is still spinning like its trying to update the rest of the missing contacts. I have let the computer run for 2 days straight and still no progress. Is there a limit to how many contacts I store on "iCloud" I have upgraded to the extra 25 gigs per year. If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it, because its also slowing down my mac book pro significantly causing it hard to do any other task on my computer....Any advice or help would be again greatly appreciated.

On the surface, it doesn't sound like you're reaching a limit in the number of contacts you can have.
I would first create a contacts archive (file >> export) for a backup.  Then, go to system preferences >> icloud and uncheck contacts.  Reboot.  Return to those preferences and recheck contacts.
Also, review http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4489 just in case you have some contact cards that are reaching a different limitation.

No I think the problem is more basic than that...he's trying to use an ATi card and an Nvidia card simultaneously.  Something that I don't think will work.
It also dependent on what drivers he is trying to use, as the (new) Nvidia proprietary driver only supports GeForce4 series chips and up...and the OP has an even older card than that.  The legacy Nvidia-96.xx driver does support his chipset, but 96.xx does not work with Xorg1.8 last I knew. see: http://www.archlinux.org/news/502/
Twinview does not exist in the Nouveau drivers, so one has to use xrandr: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Nouveau

  • Abap monitoring shows only errors

I'm working with a new installed PI 7.1 and my first PI scenario was a test of a SOAP to RFC scenario. I defined a WSDL and use a client to generate a request and send it.
My problem was that the Abap monitoring (sxmb_moni) didn't show me any messages sent. Then I set loggin parameter true because my scenario uses synchronous communication, and I rememberd to read that in order to make synchronous messages persistent loggin has to be se to true. I can see messages now, but only when they are cancelled due to an error. The successful ones just aren't showed (I'm not using any filter other than the time). However I can see them in the RWB monitoring.
Is there anything wrong? Should I make any other administration task? I've worked with 7.0 with the same type of scenarios and I had not this problem.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Eduardo,
I am not sure if I got your right - you have synch communication and are able to see entries in RWB monitoring, but by clicking on single mess you don't see the audit log. Only the log for erroneous messages is available.
In difference to older versions AF Messaging System on PI 7.1 does not persist the audit log for successfully processed messages. Pls refer to the following blog:

  • Possible to Have ToC Default to Show Only Top Level (collapse sublevels)?

    Howdy!
I'll bet I'm not the only one wishing for this.  Let's say you're using Captivate 4's Table of Contents feature with a longish movie of Cp slides, which is chunked into bite-size sections content-wise.  In the ToC, though, you can't mimic that same organization scheme; at least, the learner would first need to collapse all the ToC folders you've created so they see only the top-level listing.
This can be a critical issue:  keeping the at-first-glance list in the ToC brief enough to be inviting to learners, yet allowing learners to drive which details are currently visible.
A movie's topical hierarchy could be along these lines, for example ...

Why Are They Important to Our Business?
    Working with Intl. Brands
    Practice Your Knowledge
You'd like to organize the ToC to show only the section titles (1st level) and to suppress the 2nd-level detail (slide titles) until the learner chooses to expand the folder to see those details.
I've tried things like grouping the slides into sections in the Storyboard view and organizing the slides into sections strictly within the ToC -- both to no avail.
Has anyone solved for this need yet?
I'm all ears, and you'd be doing learners of the world a huge favor.
    Thanks!

    Hi, Jim.
Thanks for being 'on the case' and looking into this so quickly.  Your
findings are encouraging, although my user base is generally working with
    IE 6 and FP8 or 9.
Since the only thing I may influence is getting  IT to help push out FP10,
    I'm hoping it's more of a player- than a browser-version issue.
I'll test things out by Monday and let you know the results.  Wish me luck!
    Dave

    Dave,
I just tested this on my local web server and it worked fine.  I created a
blank project with 8 slides.  Created my TOC with grouping... 2 slides in
each group.  I turned on self paced learning.  I tried with and without the
widget and it picked up where I left off in either case.  See
    https://docs.google.com/leaf?id=0B86WuEq6SVwRNWIwMjhjODctMjE2Yy00MWE2LWI5YzEtMGQxYzNjOWQ0Z mI2&hl=en.
I published using FP10 and IE8 to view.  Notice any difference between
    your project and this one?
    Thanks,
    Jim Leichliter

  • How to make the report shows only top level steps

    HI,
I use many subsequences in my tests.  I have no interest to see them in the report.  How can I force the report to show only top level steps?
    Thanks
    Rafi

I needed to prevent 'Skipped' steps from appearing in my reports.  One way to do this is to override the SequenceFilePostResultListEntry callback in the model.  You do this by clicking on Edit and then Sequence File Callbacks and then find SequenceFilePostResultListEntry in the list and click the Add button.
Edit your new callback in your sequence file to check for a pre-condition.  In my case I checked for Parameters.Result.Status == "Skipped" since that parameter is set to Skipped, Done, etc. based on the result.
If the condition was true then my only step in the callback was to set Parameters.DiscardResults = True.  The TestStand model will then throw that result away when it processes the report.  You could add a step for every type of data you wish to discard.
A second method that is easier to implement, but time consuming, is to select each step you DON'T want in your report and bring up the Properties for that step.  Under the Run Options tab, deselect the Record Results box.  That will keep the results of that step out of the report, but you have to do this for EVERY step you don't want to have reported.  The first approach I provided acts to filter the results.
If you aren't sure what the Parameters.Result.Status will be, then set a breakpoint after that step is executed and scan the parameters when the sequence is halted there.  You can then detect the actual text used as a result for that step, such as "Done" and can set your pre-condition appropriately.

    Hi Tarun 49,
If you are having issues with your iPhone such as you describe, you may want to try some things to troubleshoot.
First, quit all running applications and test again -
iOS: Force an app to close
Next, I would try restarting the iPhone -
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
If the issue is still present, you may want to restore the iPhone as a new device -
iOS: How to back up your data and set up your device as a new device

  • Process Flow log shows RPE-01003 on mapping execution

Process Flow log shows this following error mappings execution:
oracle.wh.runtime.platform.adapter.InfrastructureException: RPE-01003: An infrastructure condition prevented the request from completing.
    - no rows found for select into statement
The Process Flow never recover from this error - owb_owner.all_rt_audit_executions shows the mapping in BUSY and I have to manually abort the process flow to recover.
    Steps to Reproduce Problem:
We recently upgrade our test system from *10.2 into 11.1* and OWB client from *10.2.0.3 into 10.2.0.4*
During the upgrade DBA update OWB location setting into 11.1
After the upgrade, I re-deploy several Process Flows, but I did not re-deploy mappings that get call by the PF
When I run the PF, the mapping was stuck in 'BUSY' status (owb_owner.all_rt_audit_executions)
When i check the log it shows this following error:

  • HD icon not showing up in "test" user account

    Hi All,
I recently had problems with my MBP hard drive, which ultimately failed. I have since replaced it with a new 750 GB (7200 RPM) drive.
I decided to create a "test" user account with admin privileges for troubleshooting purposes.
However when I log in to this test account, the Macintosh HD icon is nowhere to be seen. I see the application icons in the dock, but no HD icon.
Just now, when I logged out of this test account, I got a solid blue screen (instead of the login screen) and had to force a shut down using the power button.
I have since deleted that account and created a new one with a different name, but still no HD showing up.
Any ideas on what might be going on?

If you want to see Macintosh HD on the Desktop and you don't see it, that's because you have to turn on this feature. Open the Finder menu (on the menu bar) > Preferences > General, and mark "Hard disks".
Another way of seeing it is through Finder's sidebar. Open a Finder window, and Macintosh HD will appear on the Finder sidebar, under "Devices". If you don't see it there, open the Finder menu > Preferences > Sidebar, and mark "Hard disks"

  • SQL Subscription field shows * only with Dynamic Text Label in SQL query

We are using Hyperion Analyzer 7.2.x for showing budget and actual data. I have to show this financial data based on the security e.g. person in IT can see only IT dept. data. Hence I want to use dynamic text label <<userid>> for the security based on the person logging in to Analyzer.
But when I use dynamic text label <<userid>> in the SQL query in SQL Spreadsheet, SQL Subscription field shows * only selection option. Does anyone have idea how to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance for your help.
    -SV

    Hi
Okay i know this is a bit crazy way.....but i think this is the solution for your issue.
Create a report without the where clause (<<useris>>) then add a filter (sql subscription) then you can find all the values that are there in the SQL field (try to increase the query limit it is set to 250 as default) then edit the spreadsheet and add the where clause (<<userid>>).
This will help you having the filter and the dynamic text label. I think there is an issue when you try to filter it with a where clause.
    Hope it helps.
