Schedule 6 as per india
friends,
how to create schedule6 as per indian standard, is it possible to create with report painter / abap program.
regards,
yes you can
first you have to create financial statement version as per schedule 6 requirement through OB58 and by using the FSV you can prepare report painter report like printed balce sheet/schedule 6 format.
for report painter report you can copy the form 0SAPAUDIT-01 under 002 Financial Statement Key Figures
Transaction codes are FSI1 to FSI6 for report painter

Schedule line per customer with strategy 40
Hello Forum,
Is it possible to generate Schedule line per customer with strategy 40 ?
For instance for a product 'ABC' we have one vendor 'Z' and two customers 'LMN' and 'PQR'.
When we are executing the MRP then SAP is generating schedule line for total demand and not individual per customer . Can we do it with strategy 40 ?
ThanksHello
This is not possible with strategy 40.
Check the following information provided on FAQ note 550568:
Question:
There are several requirements on one day. Is it possible that the MRP creates a separate procurement proposal for every requirement?
Answer:
Same as for the daily lot size with a number of periods = 1 (lot size TB), requirements of one day are also grouped into one procurement proposal for the lot-for-lot order quantity (lot size EX) (see documentation for the lot-for-lot order quantity). Separate procurement proposals can be achieved only if you work with make-to-order production. Here, the requirements are managed in separate planning segments of the stock/requirements list.
You should try with an MTO strategy, such as 20.

Operation priority scheduling as per capacity utilization.
Hi friends
Our client wants to set operation wise priority. In our case there is only one operation in that worcenter.
Routing master data is set like that. we had given overlapping-. continous prodction and Minahead qty 1 PC.
Iif there are more production orders using same workcenter, now he want set capacity utilisation like this.
WC1 WC2 WC3
Order A 40% 50%
Order B 30% 40%
Order C 40% 60% 50%
After this system has to schedule the orders/operations accordingly ..
This is for schedulig Planning purpose as per the demand.
we are using MTS and in MRP lead time scheduling.
One more thing
If there are three orders starting on same date using same workcenter
when we are checking the orders system has scheduled for three orders -operations staring on same time
Order A Operation 0010 WC1- start 7:00 hrs
Order B Operation 0010 WC1 start 7:00 hrs
Order C Operation 0010 WC1 start 7:00 hrs
If i am checking capacity icon system has given available capacity for this workcenter
How come all orders start at same time even capacities are available.
Regards,
srihari.MSrihari,
How come all orders start at same time even capacities are available.
You have only mentioned MRP. MRP is not intended to schedule orders according to capacity, it only plans for making materials available at the required times. In order to plan for capacity consumption, you need to carry out capacity planning.
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/8a/a590c14adc11d189740000e8322d00/frameset.htm
To answer your question, it is sometimes desirable to have many orders start at the same time in a specific work center, even after capacity planning has been done. This is dependent upon the client's business requirements and the structure of his manufacturing operations.
If you have never implemented capacity management before, I suggest that you speak to a senior PP consultant on your team, who should be able to show you how to get basic CRP set up and running.

Planned order does not schedule as per Recipe
Hello,
I am working on ECC 6.0 at client site & need your help.
The recipe with all the relationship between various phases/ operations well defined has a total production time of around 2 months.
As the client wants planned order to read recipe lead time rather than material master lead time, we are running lead time scheduling while running MRP.
However it seems that system is not reading the Recipe relationship (sequencing) between operations. Have checked the config settings & they seem fine. So in the planner order all operations are starting on same date ( instead of 1 operation after another ) & lead time in planned order is around 2-3 days. The same planned order when converted to PRocess order does read recipe lead time & schedules for 2 months as per recipe. So do not see any issue with Recipe master.
I remember that in earlier versions like R/3 4.7 at other clients, Planned order did schedule correctly.
Can you please check in your SAP system if Planned orders read Recipe correctly & schedule correctly as per lead time( when MRP runs with lead time scheduling). I am suspecting if it is a bug in ECC 6.0.
Thanks in advance. Helpful answers will be awarded.
RamHi,
Cehck The scehduling formulas, and Relations ship which you are maintaining check the sequence.
In Material master SMK, and inhouse production.
These settings to be check.
Thnks and regards

Hi,
i have the following requirement.
In the company the MRP run is taken for 15 days. a scheduling agreement is already prepared and is MRP relevant.
but the schedule lines will be created for 15 days only.
we want the schedule lines to be created for each week with the production proportions.
how to do this? any suggestions
regards,
Adwait BachuwarDear Advait,
Ask your PP consultant to maintain it as per your requirement.
With this option, when you will take MRP run system will generate schedule lines as per your settings(Daily,Weekly or Monthly)
Try it.

Scheduling as per given project finish date
I need to know if it is possible to arrange the project structure to do below described scheduling.
Urgent reply will be highly appricated..
thanks,
he.
I would like to give the "project finish date " ;
I would like p6v7 would schedule such that ;
- project finish date would be the date that I gave,
- all activity dates would be defined accordingly even if they should have been start and/or finish before project start date.
I should say that there is not any resource / cost assignment. Just activities/ original durations/ and relationships have been entered.user9166529,
By you saying "project finish date" I have to assume that you have some sort of mandatory completion date such as a contract deadline.
Or do you mean that you want to add a date constraint to the project finish date such as "must finish on or before" your date of completion?
If needed, you could even apply a "mandatory finish" date constraint (not highly recommended).
On the other hand, by building your initial schedule you will be able to determine your planned finish date by tracing your longest path. If this completion date does not meet your needs you then would need to adjust your scheduled activities (durations) to fit within your planned finish date.
After settling on your initial schedule, save it as a baseline (copy) in order to perform periodic comparisons between your original (baseline) and the current (real time) schedules. The result of performing these comparisons will produce your schedule variance data.
Hope this helps, -
Oracle Scheduler: create different schedule time per day
Hi,
Is it possible to create different schedule times based on the day?
Example I've schedule a backup-job to run every day @ 23h
So i configured my job as :
execute dbms_scheduler.set_attribute(name=>'DAILY_BACKUP_JOB',attribute=>'repeat_interval',value=>'FREQ=DAILY;BYHOUR=23;BYMINUTE=00');
But now I want to fine tune this and I like to start the job every sunday @ 21h.
is this possible to configure this is the same job? Or do I have to create 2 separate jobs for it? One for MON - SAT @ 23h and another for SUN @ 21h?
Kind regards,Hi,
You can create 2 schedules and assign them to your job:
BEGIN
-- week days
dbms_scheduler.create_schedule('week_days_sched', repeat_interval => 'FREQ=DAILY;BYDAY=MON,TUE,WED,THU,FRI,SAT;BYHOUR=23');
-- sunday
dbms_scheduler.create_schedule('sunday_sched', repeat_interval => 'FREQ=DAILY;BYDAY=SUN;BYHOUR=21');
END;
Now specify these 2 schedules for your job:
BEGIN
dbms_scheduler.set_attribute( name => 'YOUR_JOB', attribute => 'repeat_interval', value => 'week_days_sched,sunday_sched');
END; -
Call Multiple Files From Single ColdFusion Scheduled Task
Our host only allows us to have 5 scheduled tasks per account but we need to run cfml applications to import data for multiple sites (at least 15 processes). What I'd like to do is combine all the 'sample requests' for all sites into ONE scheduled task that will run them one after another thus cutting back on the number of scheduled tasks needed.
We're using ColdFusion to connect to a MySQL DB to gather all sample requests. First the app retrieves all the unflagged records from a remote db then begins looping through all the returned records. On the each loop, the app 'scrubs' the data by properly formatting phone numbers, fixing address abbreviations, etc. Next the app saves the scrubbed data to a local MS SQL table then starts the loop over on the next row. Lastly the app sends out an email saying it has completed successfully.
What I'm trying to do is Create a New Parent App that will run as a scheduled task to do the following:
- New Parent App Runs as Scheduled Task and calls/includes first of X sample request app files
- New Parent App runs first sample request app as described above (which can take up to a minute to process)
- Parent app waits until after first sample request app completes, then Parent App goes on to second sample request app, etc.
- After all sample requests are complete New App sends completion email with date and time
The problem I'm having is getting the scheduled task to wait for apppage1.cfm to finish before loading apppage2.cfm and so on. Can you give me a simple codeset that accomplishes this?
I've attached a sample of the include page the needs to complete before moving on!Our approach is a bit more comprehensive.
First, we (meaning my co-workers) wrote a custom tag that does something like this:
<cftry>
<cfinclude the template>
<cfcatch>
log any errors
Then our actual scheduled job go like this:
set a really long timeout (and none of the actual jobs can have their own timeout)
set some variables
use the custom tag for each job we want to run
send mail if any errors occurred. -
Schedule lines on scheduling agreement by MRP
Hello,
we use MRP to generate delivery schedules on a purchasing scheduling agreement. The vendor of the material has a limited capacity but when the need of our customer is very big MRP generates schedule lines on one date (too many for the vendor too handle).
Is it possible to limit the amount of a schedule line per period (for example we allow to generate 100 tons per week, if the need is 500 tons it should be splitted into 5 schedule lines over 5 weeks).
Thank you for your help!!!!Hello,
the weekly lot size generates lots per week but this answers only a part of my problem.
example: vendor can produce 50 tons per week
need is 200 tons
with a weekly lot size and a maximum lot size of 50 the system proposes 4 schedule lines of 50 tons on the same week and this is not what I want. I want 1 schedule line of 50 ton on the week and the rest on the weeks in the future. -
Multiple Schedule Lines for Individual Qty in Standard Order
Hello All,
I have a Client Requirement to Set up the Standard Order for a Material which will be sold on Single Quantity every Month.
This will have to occur from the same Order. For this Multiple Schedule Lines are required to be generated as per Monthly Delivery Schedule.
I know this functionality comes under Scheduling Agreements where we can deliver goods as per confirmed Schedule Lines for the Month.
But Client Requirement is to set up this functionality in Standard Order Only as setting up scheduling agreements calls for mapping of New Order Types which is not feasible.
So Can you provide with your valuable Inputs as to whether this can be possible through Standard Order in the system.
Looking forward to your esteemed reply!!
Warm Regards,
Onkar KhedekarDear Onkar:
If you don't want to use Schedule agreements, you can enter several schedule lines for each item in "Schedule line" tab at item level.
Enter in this tab each schedule line per month.
But be aware which date you enter becuase this requirement will be transfered to MRP.
Check it and revert.

Reporting ME31 L Scheduling Agreements in Me2M
At my company were having a deli ma where I've implemented scheduling agreements in SAP R3. Its going great until we ran a report in ME2M. We report to the CFO expected delivery of incoming materials. Through ME2m and filtering ALLES "everything possible" it adds up the PO's but when it adds up the scheduling agreement schedules it multiply all lines in the schedule against the total open on all the schedules. Why?
Example
PO Line Due QTY Unit price Total Cumulative Total
PO 773002121 100 8/1/2011 10 10.00 $100.00 $100
PO 773002121 200 9/1/2011 20 10.00 $200,00 $200
My Problem
PO Line Due QTY Unit Price Total Cumulative Total
SG 777300212 100 8/1/2011 20 10.00 $100,000 $100,000
SF 777300212 200 9/1/2011 20 10.00 $100,000 $100,000
Why does it multiply the header or the 10 X the total value of the schedule.
Resulting in a false positive that throws off the financials. The CFO thought i ordered 10 million dollars worth of material.
I know the fix is as simple as creating a special report or encouraging the person runing the report to multiply in excel the qty per schedule to per unit price. But I upset someones process flow and they have vowed to pull scheduling agreements down if I can't get this fixed.
Any one ever experience this. What did you do to fix it. This wasn't a problem running scheduling agreements at HP or L-3 or at Boeing. But at this new place .. . . .
They want Me2m to run with out any manipulation and add up the line totals .
Any help would be appreciated. I've put in 10 months of my life introducing scheduling agreements to this origination.
It would be a shame if a reporting aspect of Me31L brought all the cards tumbling down and 10 months of my life to go up in smoke.

Edited by: nick123 on Aug 12, 2011 8:31 AMCheck decimals no luck.
The accounting person is using alles so they can drop the report from Me2m into excel.
Help the noose around my neck tightened on me. Dealing with a group of very difficult to work with individuals and unless you can make ME2M add up the totals right you will have to discontinue.
Any run into this?

BADI / user-exit for MD02 while creating Schedule Lines
Hi experts,
I have a problem with implementation that I'm designing.
Current situation:
While MRP run (MD02 or background) new Schedule Lines are being created in reference to MM Scheduling Agreement.
Example:
04.08.2014
SchLne
5500000415/00010
200
04.08.2014
IndReq
VSFB
200-
05.08.2014
SchLne
5500000415/00010
300
05.08.2014
IndReq
VSFB
300-
2 Schedule Lines where created - for wuantity 200 and 300.
Target:
There is a need to create more than one Schedule Line per day during MRP run. According to example there should be for example 2 Schedule Lines in 04/08 and 3 Schedule Lines in 05/08 all for quantity = 100. There is possibility to change Schedule Lines in ME38, but there is a need to make a change during creatin while MRP run.
04.08.2014
IndReq
VSFB
200-
04.08.2014
SchLne
5500000415/00010 *
100
04.08.2014
SchLne
5500000415/00010 *
100
05.08.2014
IndReq
VSFB
300-
06.08.2014
SchLne
5500000415/00010 *
100
06.08.2014
SchLne
5500000415/00010 *
100
06.08.2014
SchLne
5500000415/00010 *
100
So instead of creating only 2 Schedule Lines, MRP should create 5.
I'm looking for a BADI/user-exit to edit Schedule Lines which are to be created by MRP and change it tn reference to the needs.
I found only one BADI:
BADI: MD_CHANGE_MRP_DATA
method: CHANGE_MDPSX_MDBS
The priblem is that this method is only being executed when there are Schedule Lines which already exist.
Maybe some of you have done some extension similar to mine? Please give me advice where I should put extension.
Thanks in advance!Dear Saravaran,
Thanks for the reply.
This will not suits to us. The provided BADI will works upto Posting the material document in transaction MIGO and it will not considered for the FI level entries.
Hope you could have understand mine requirement.
The requirement of mine is:
While doing the GR with ref to PO the material documnet will be posted and subsequently FI documnet will be generated in Background. While generating the FI document i need to manipulate the values for the G/L. So that the manipulated values will be flow into BKPF and BSEG tables.
Thanks.

Creation of muliple schedule lines in CRM 5.0 Quotation
Hello all,
We are implementing CRM 5.0. In quotations, whenever I try to create more than one schedule line, I get an error saying that only one schedule line is allowed. However, I may have a scenario where customer says that out of total 100 tonnes, he wants 25 tonnes on a particular date and 75 tonnes on a later date. How do I ensure this? Help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
SumedhHello Sumedh,
What is the full error message text? message ID?
As I tested in a system, which seems to be okay to create more than one schedule line.
I only managed to find one error message:
CRM_SCHEDLIN_I 312
Only one schedule line per item is possible for configurable products
If your case is for configurable products, then this is standard behaviour, was introduced by note 608860.

Multiple schedule line and reschedule for product selection
Hi,
Is it possible to mainatine multiple sechedule line for sales order where product selection is active
Let me explain the problem in detail.
We are using product selection functionality while creating sales order. Say for example in VB11 transaction I have maintained A= A1, A2 and A3. Where A1 has stock 50, A2 has stock 30, A3 has stock 20. Suppose my sales order is 150 for material A. The reason used is 0004 'automatic'. So while creating the sales order, confirmed qty for A1=50, A2 =30 and A3
= 20. I have unconfirmed qty. 50. for this scenario, I need to enable a
partial delivery, 1st I need to let the customer know when my 100 pcs going to be delivered and 2nd when my balance 50 pcs going to be delivered. So in the sales order I need to maintain two schedule line , one for
confirmed 100 and another for unconfirmed 50. I am not able to do this.
I can maintain only one schedule line per main item and at the sub item
level not possible to maintain.
The second problem is that, when I get stock for unconfirmed 50, I can
not reschedule. can anyone please help to solve this issue?
Regards,
Beenagoto item and doublle click on item and goto schedule lines and chenage the shedule lines..
wat i know is by avaiblity check it propose the delievry dates of items...
goto MM02 and mrp 1.. you can give there days to producee..
OR doc type propose delivery dates.. lead days...
hope it helps

Hello ,
I am working on PP-PI.
When i am creating a process order manualy thru t/c cor1 , the order is not scheduled as per the recipe.
The orders start time and end time calculated is same for any date.
I have maintained the schduling parameters in 'OPUZ' and also 'order dependent parameters ' in COR4.
The capacity in resource is also maintained.
What settings more i need to do ?
In resource i am using 'resource category ' as '0001 - machine ' and not '0008 - processing unit' , is this causing the error .
Regards
ShankarRHi,
The in house production time in material master is ' 0 ' .As i wanted to do lead time
scheduling i did not maintain it.
For Lead Time scheduling System conciders the Recipe time that's true but for Basic Start and End Date system considers the In House Prod. Time so there is no problme in maintain it.
Now regarding your Problme.
Problem is Order start and End time both as same 24:00.
In your Master Recipe (Check Scheduling Result of your Recipe - C202 )
Problme may be due to
- Control Key assign to the orders. Scheduling should be active.
- Scheduling Formula used in Resource.
