Schedule line tab

Dear people,
Do you know if there is a user exit that works before the schedule line tab for an item of a sales order is displayed.
Specifically the functionnality we are developping is:
We are creating SCH line in the standard tab
Then in Aditionnal Data B (item) the schedule lines entered are displayed
User fill aditionnal data in Aditionnal data B
We need that the data previously entered in Aditionnal data B overwrites sch lines values and display the shedule line grayed (on line will be great)
Thank you for any help you could provide.
Best Regards
Maximiliano

Check include MV45AFZZ. This a common user exit for VA01/02/03.
As far as I know, you can't gray out the Sch Lines in the standard tab, unless of course you go for a screen modification, but probably can update with the data from Add Data B Screen.

• Confirmed quantity on the schedule line tab is 0 in Sales Order Screen?

Hi,
I created a sales order but the Confirmed quantity field on the schedule line tab is 0 .
There is unrestricted stock present in the plant also.
I am not able to do delivery because of it.So,please let me know if I need to check anything.
Regards
Nicky Samtani

I checked the avaliability screen and it shows me 3 columns
Received/Req Quantity = 15.386
Confirmed = 0
ATP Quantity = 0.
Does that mean that There is no stock avaliable for my SO and if it is then why Received/Req Quantity = 15.386 is coming.
Also is there any way I can get rid of this error by putting some more stock in the plant or anything on similar lines?

There isn't a cart or basket - you will need to buy each item individually.

Hi,
>Wish to know when & why does the schedule line Exist tab in sales order trigger.
Schedule line is a place where you can define different delivery dates for a single line item.
Let's say, you have one line item for quantity 1000. Now if your production department and planning department saying they can deliver it in a weekly basis.(Say 250 for each week)
In that case you have 2 options.
One is to create 4 separate line items instead of original line item with different delivery dates and relevant quantities.
You can create delivery from VL01N or VL10C here for relevant line item.
Else
have 4 different schedule lines with delivery dates and relevant quantities
You can do delivery from VL10E for this case for relevant schedule line.
Same is happening when ATP is triggered, where system suggest different delivery dates as different schedule lines.
So it's based on ATP or it can be your decision as well.
>when I try to do the delivery I get an error u201CNo schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date u201D.
This can happen for many reasons.
1 - Because the "Selection Date" you have given in the VL01N screen is not equal or greater than the "delivery date" you have maintained in the schedule lines.
Always make sure below rule.
"Selection Date" of the VL01N > "delivery date" you have maintained in the schedule lines
Therefore change the date in the "Selection Date" of the VL01N to "delivery date" you have maintained in the schedule line or forward date and try.
2 - You don't have confirmed stock.
Check your schedule line tab for "Confirmed quantity" column, if you don't have a value there, this error comes. This happens when you haven't done ATP.
Best regards,
Anupa

• No schedule lines due

Hi Forum colleagues
Scenario:
I have created sales order with requirement class type ELVV (M.T.O), MRP was run based on sales order, production order is created, GR has been done.
Goods have finally come in stock.
Now when I try and do the delivery, it is giving me an error “No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date”
Also in schedule line tab in sales order confirmed qty is showing as 0.
I have a delivery date as 26.03.2008, however, I would like to carry out test run and do a delivery today.
Could someone help me as what I am missing?
Thanks

Hello Padmanabhan
Pls check the following:
1) The ATP Rule i.e., Checking Rule + Checking group.
While you are doing the ATP check the system will populate a screen showing the stock availability position. Here the confirmed qty will be zero.
here pls click on the Scope of check button and check the ATP Rule. here you might have clicked the button " DO not check RLT" button.
If u do this then the system will not calculate the next available date for the product and there fore the confirmed qty is always zero.
the system will confirm the qty only if sufficient stock is available during the time of the sales order creation only.
So pls Un mark this button ( if you have marked this ) and try and let us know the result.
If this has solved your question. Close the Thread and reward
points .

• No Schedule Lines due erro however Selection date exist in Sales Order

Hello Experts,
I'm in process of creating a Delivery document for my sales order. I've provided Delivery date under "Schedule Lines" tab.
Now when i enter the same date in VL01N, selection screen in Requested Delivery date field along with Shipping Point and Sales Order No SAP still says
No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date
Message no. VL248
Anybody will know why?
Many thanks in advance.

Hi,
Display your sales order. select the line item. Click on 'Schedule lines for item' button given below the item lines. It will show you the schedule line for the item. So, create delivery document for the delivery date given in the schedule line. Your delivery document will be created.
The error doesn't mean that the plant have no stock to deliver. Even the plant have enough stock, the delivery will be done as per the schedule.

• Quantity clubbed for two schedule lines in sales order

Hi,
One finished item F1 having strategy 20. special procurement key as 40( to get from another plant) Its sales order is created for 20 EA on 6 nov.So one line item in sales order.
Item availability check is done.in schedule line I can see system proposes available date as 9 Nov. I manually split the quantity as 13 EA on 10 Nov and rest 7 EA on 18 Nov.
Now in schedule lines tab I can see three line items:
date confirmed qty
6 Nov zero
10 Nov 13 ea
18 Nov 7 ea
MRP is run. system generated Stock Transport Purchase requisition of 20 ea dated 6 Nov.Qty and date both is wrong. Why quantity gets clubbed?? Why date is picked as 6 Nov?? I expected system to create two Stock transport purchase requisition of qty 13 dated 10Nov and qty 7 dated 18th Nov.
Please guide if there is any config mistake in PP or SD side.
Regards.

PP,
That is pretty standard. If you do not meet the customer's requested date when you confirm the sales order, the system assumes that you sitll intend to make the attempt. MRP will produce a proposal based upon the customer's requested date and requested quantity.
If you want MRP to consider the confirmed dates/quantities, set the Fix Date Qty flag in the sales order item.

If your standard business process is that you always wish to plan based on the confirmed date(s) rather than the requested date, you can configure to have the Fix Date Qty flag defaulted; in OVZJ.

Hi,
schedule line dates are available in VBEP.
VBEP-VBELN = sales order number.
VBEP-EDATU = schedule line date.

• Multiple Schedule Lines for Individual Qty in Standard Order

Hello All,
I have a Client Requirement to Set up the Standard Order for a Material which will be sold on Single Quantity every Month.
This will have to occur from the same Order. For this Multiple Schedule Lines are required to be generated as per Monthly Delivery Schedule.
I know this functionality comes under Scheduling Agreements where we can deliver goods as per confirmed Schedule Lines for the Month.
But Client Requirement is to set up this functionality in Standard Order Only as setting up scheduling agreements calls for mapping of New Order Types which is not feasible.
So Can you provide with your valuable Inputs as to whether this can be possible through Standard Order in the system.
Looking forward to your esteemed reply!!
Warm Regards,
Onkar Khedekar

Dear Onkar:
If you don't want to use Schedule agreements, you can enter several schedule lines for each item in "Schedule line" tab at item level.
Enter in this tab each schedule line per month.
But be aware which date you enter becuase this requirement will be transfered to MRP.
Check it and revert.

• Delivery date in PO schedule lines not equal to delivery date in PO confirm

Hello expert.,
I use PO with account assignment E for sales order purchasing coming from a TAB sales order category. In the PO I have schedule lines define according to the lead time from the materila masetr of the info records. The schedule lines in the PO update automatically the schedule lnes in the sales order and therefore the planning on the sales and delivery side is done according to the delivery date indiacte in the schedule lines of the PO (table EKET).
I use also inbound deliveries to indicate when the goods arrive. At that time, I can realize that the lead time / the quantity delivered by the vendor does not correspond to what was palnned in the schedule lines of the PO. When I save the inbound delivery, the confirmation is indicated in the PO in the PO confirmation tab with the delivery date equal to today (table EKES).
The issue I have is that the schedule lines of the PO is not in line with what is in the confirmation tab for both the quantity and the date. Therefore, even though I have goods arrived that could be delivered to the final customer earlier, the system doesn't recognize it because the schedule lines in the PO remain with the original planned date and quantity and as a consequence also in the sales order schedule line.
Does anybody can give me a way, a trick or a mechanism to align the delivery date and the qauntity in the PO between the schedules lines tab and the confirmation tab?
Thanks a lot for your support.

Dear,
This is very intersting.
Delivery date is come in purchase order from plant delivery time (MRP2) in material master.
Exa:
If you enter plant delevery time as 10 days in MRP2 of material master.
So system calculate delivery date as under.
Plant delivery time : 10 days.
PO creation date : 08.05.08.
System consider delivery date 21.05.08
System add 3 days in your plant delivery time.
So 3+10 = 13, Delivery data:- 08.05.08 + 13 = 21.05.08.
Please check it in your quality client, If it is useful for you please revert back with points.

• Schedule Lines dates for sales order

Our goal is this: On the line item > Schedule Line tab there is the requested delivery date. In the details of that schedule line there are five different dates:
Delivery Date
Goods Issue Date
Loading Date
Material Aval. Date
Transportation Plan. date
We need to be able to put in the customers requested date that is in the future on this schedule line, but if the parts were to be recieved in earlier then the date they requested, then we would want the parts to ship out early automatically.
For Example: Customer Requested date is 01/31/08 and the parts are confirmed to come in on 01/31/08. The parts end up coming in on 01/20/08, so the next time the delivery list is run, we would like the parts to ship out right away.
Is there a way to do this?

Thank you for the quick response. I understand that we can use the reschedule report to manually monitor the product whether is comes in or not, but was hoping to achieve having a static date on the schedule lines of when the customer requests the parts, and then the delivery date that activates the MRP and ATP checks would be an earlier date. So when the parts come in, it would read from the delivery date.
Not sure if this is even possible, or if SAP standard for the schedule line dates is to how only one active date per schedule line.

• Sales order Schedule line not showing in prod. order

Hi
I am using Make-to-order production. In my production order i can able to see the sales order number, item number but not able to see the schedule line number. It is showing zero. But in table VBEP table when i checked, system gives the sales order number (eg.1511632), item number (10) and schedule line number (0001).
Why in production order screen and AFPO table i am not getting schedule line number(field name-KDEIN).
Regards
Ganesh M

Hi,
When an item has more than one schedule line, the system automatically assigns a unique number to each line. The number is displayed in the details screens for schedule lines. The schedule line number serves internal purposes and does not, for
example, determine the sequence of schedule lines in the overview screen. The schedule lines on the overview screen are sorted by date.
Please go to Sale order view from MD04, Click on Item no. and go to schedule line tab page, now you can see the line items and if you want to see in detail click each line item, it will show line item number clearly.
