Schedule lines created w/o any reference

Hi,
My user has a list of materials for which schedule lines are existing in MD04
I have seen for those materials, there is no source list, no qouta , no schedule agreement and no reference to purchase requisition but have a reference to Info record
They have mentioned a WBS element in the Requirements plan number in MD61
In mE3M also , there are no schedule agreements existing for those materials
In the schedule line, I see a number of different items on different dates
I cannot even look at the document flow as the Schedule line is not released
Is there any way guess how those schedule lines must have got created
Thanks,
SS

Pls post the solution also, so that this can be helpful to fellow SDN users.

  • How to change the schedule line date in SO with reference to value contract

    Hi SD Guru's,
I need to change the schedule line date in the sales order with reference to the value contract by using some algorithm that i will write. The problem that i can't find the suitable place to add the algorithm. I can't add it to the Copy control because there is no schedule lines in value contract and copy control for schedule lines does no exist.
I can not add to user exit MV45AFZZ  , because order that was created with reference to the value contract, does not go through this user exit.
Do you have some ideas where i can add it?
    Thanks and Regards

    Hello Viky
How about using program MV45AFZB- USEREXIT_CHECK_VBEP or USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEPKOM
    or program FV45EFZ1- USEREXIT_CHANGE_SALES_ORDER
Does the program go through these exits when an order is created with ref to a value contract??
Also I am wondering why you need to change a Schedule line determined by Availability check and/or delivery scheduling?

  • Smartform  : blank line created with out any reson  , why  ?

    I have regular letter.
    Line a
    Line b
    Line c......
but from some reason  ,  some blank line created and cause spaces between the lines , why  ?
    For example:
    Line a
    Line b
    Line c
                Blank/space line
    Line d
               Blank/space line
    Line e

    Hi Dakota Piper,
I don't think theres any problem in ur table.
I think u have gone wrong in ur formatting.
    u can try the following...
    1)  try to remove all the blank spaces, manually.
    2) try to create right paragraph formats. paragraph formats will give a proper look, font, spaces & tabs to ur paragraph or to the text to which u assign that paragraph format.
assign the same paragraph format to all the lines.
    3) if already the lines have some paragraph formats then check their line spacings.
line spacing is an attribute in paragraph format, where u can mention the amount of space between 2 lines called.
it is possible that the 1st 3 lines have been assigned the paragraph format with 0.5 LN line spacing
and next with 1.00 line spacing...so the rest of the lines appear as if theres a blank line between them
    like this :
    line 1
    line 2
    line 3
    line 4
    line 5
please try doing this...hopefully it should help u. it definitely seems to be some minor problem, which maybe is getting ingored by us. check every line properly.
Note: since i'm not infront of SAP window now, so not very sure...but in sap scripts we have this option in menu
GOTO -> LIST DISPLAY   in this, the form is seen in list format...it clearly shows whether u have a blank line inbetween or no. thats the best format to check in.
not much sure abt smartforms, but please check.

  • MRP create more Schedule Lines than target quantity

We already follow the OSS note 83343, we create a Schedule agreeement and validity date is the same as the Source List and Quota arrangement, also the Target Quanity is the same in the quota arrangement in the maximun quantity and Maximun release qty fields.
After maintaining that data, we run the MRP as follow:
Processing key          NETCH               Net change for total horizon
Create purchase req.    2                   Purchase requisitions in opening period
    Delivery schedules      3                   Schedule lines
Create MRP list         1                   MRP list
Planning mode           1                   Adapt planning data (normal mode)
Scheduling              1                   Basic dates will be determined for plann
After that, still in teh schedule agreement was created more schedule lines that the quantoty is bigger that the target quantity in the sched Agreement.
    What else we miss??

    Thanks for your not help.
That I can investigate is the quota arrenagement is incorrect but for some reason the QA is not working.

  • JIT schedule lines not created automatically

    Hello All,
I'm not able to get the JIT schedule lines automatically for some of the scheduling agreements. I'm familiar with the SA process and schedule lines, but never came across JIT and SA release. Can anybody help me to provide possible reasons of not getting the JIT schedule lines created for SA.
    Thanks,
    Amit

    Hi,
    Check following points -
    1) Scheduling agreement is released.
    2) In Source list of the material, the Scheduling Agreement & the relevant line item is mentioned. In the MRP area the option '2 - Scheduling Agreement delivery schedule generated automatically.
    3) If required quota arrangement is also maintained.

  • Scheduling Agreement Schedule Lines firmed after outbound delivery

    Dear All,
We use scheduling agreement for cross-company process in our client.  After MRP run schedule lines created automatically. For the next step outbound delivery is created via VL10F (or VL10B).
After outbound delivery creation, on MD04 or ME39, i see the schedule line firmed (*). Because firmig MRP doesn't change those schedule lines. This is a problem for our client.
Do you know a way for MRP can change the schedule lines even outbound delivery created ? How can i manage this situation ?
    Best regards,

    Hi Anil
The '*' that you see means that the schedule line has been changed manually and the Firming indicator (EKET-FIXKZ) is set when there is any change to the Schedule line.
So, when a Delivery is created, the schedule line should be 'Fixed'.
Otheriwse, MRP can delete or change this schedule line and it would cause an inconsistency in the system. This is the logically intended behaviour.
Please see the F1 help for the field EKET-FIXKZ:
    "Schedule Line is "Fixed"
Fixes the schedule line and determines that it cannot now be automatically changed as a result of materials planning and control/MRP activities.
    Procedure
The indicator is set automatically if:
.- You make manual changes to a line of a scheduling agreement delivery schedule that was created via the materials planning process
.- You create a schedule line manually
    Dependencies
You can specify whether Materials Planning/MRP can change delivery schedule lines within the firm and trade-off zones in the additional data for the scheduling agreement item."
    I hope this helps.

  • SCHEDULING AGREEMENT AND SCHEDULING LINE CREATION

    Hello Guys,
I trying creating a scheduling agreement(SA) for vendor & material combination.
I have created a Scheduling agreement in ME31L then maintained in ME38.
In ME38 i have also mentioned the delivery date. when i am checking EKKO for Purchasing document , its created with the delivery date specified.
My question is how to create a schedule line ? Do we need to maintain a source list of that material, plant and vendor.
If we have the source list maintained, then what is the next step after SA is created and maintained.
Do we need to do MIGO? because i tested by creating one SA in ME31L and maintained in ME38. I mentioned the delivery date as today and when i checked EKKO table the Purchasing document is created.
Do i need to create a Purchase Order?
If no then do i need to do MIGO? If i need to do MIGO, for what reference do i need to do MIGO???
My client never maintained a Scheduling agreement, they want the scheduled lines to be created and sent to vendor and we need to receive  the goods on specified delivery date.
    Help will be appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
You need to make a distinction between the scheduling agreement (ME31L/ME32L) and the delivery schedule creation (ME38/ME84)
With ME31L you create the scheduling agreement. In the scheduling agreement which is created for a vendor you maintain the parts that you will order at this vendor, the target quantity that you will order over a certain period and the price.
In ME38 you use the scheduling agreement number that is created with ME31L to create schedule lines (manually). These schedule lines consist of a date and an quantity. This is the data that needs to be transmitted to the vendor and against which the vendor is shipping the ordered materials.
Once the vendor ships the materials you post the goods receipt in Migo against the scheduling agreement number.
That is the basic working of the scheduling agreement and the delivery schedule.
    Now some remarks.
You need to set-up the required output conditions for transmitting the data to the vendor either via print, fax, email or EDI.
You can do this manually in each scheduling agreement and each release but typically you maintain the output condition records.
For scheduling agreement contract (ME31L) you use transaction MN07.
For the delivery schedule (ME38/ME84) you use transaction MN10.
In order for you to be able to post the goods receipt the delivery schedule needs to have been transmitted otherwise you will get a message that not requirement are found when trying to post goods receipt.
Also the goods receipt can only be posted if the requirements are valid on the day that you are performing MIGO. This means if you would post GR today then the open requirements in the scheduling agreement need to be for today or already from previous dates. The system will not allow you to post GR for quantities that are only due tomorrow (if this is required a user exit needs to be set-up).
If you want schedule lines created via MRP then you need to set-up a source list using ME01. You have to make sure that the MRP key is set to 2 in orer for the system to generate schedule lines and you also have to make sure that you have the correct MRP parameters set-up.
You can use ME84 to transmit the delivery schedule lines generated by MRP if no changes are required. With the ME84 you can transmit multiple releases at once, however this transaction can not be used to make manual changes to the MRP proposal.
The scheduling agreement offers lot's more possibilities but the above should get you going with the basics.
Hope this will help you on your way.

  • How to identify open schedule line item?

    Hi,
I have a requirement for identifying open schedule line items. I want to identify any indicator or any field in any table which will tell me that the schedule line item is complete. Can anyone tell me how can I know that?
Ex. Sales Order 1 has 3 materials (line items) in it A, B & C.
For A the quantity is 10 and for which 3 schedule line have been created.
Out of the 3 schedule lines, 1 schedule line item is complete that is the delivery has been done and the rest 2 are open.
For B and C there are 4 & 5 schedule lines created and all are open.
How can i identify that total 12 schedule line 1 is completed and 11 are open.
Please suggest tables, field names / indicators.
    Regards,
    Vishal

    Hi Vishal,
You can not identify the open line items directly, rather you have to calculate the delivered quantity and copmare it with the ordered qty for each line item. The ordered qty can be idenitfy from the table VBEP and the deliverd qty can be found out by calling the function RV_SCHEDULE_CHECK_DELIVERIES.
Follow the link for more details to calculate the delvierd qty.

  • Schedule line no in GR.

    Hi Experts,
We need to locate the exact schedule line number [from the Scheduling Agreement-Delivery Schedule ] at the time of creating the GR ie, ETENR to be seen MSEG table. Is there any way to link the schedule line number in GR?
For example we have mulitple delivery schedules for SA line item and are picked based on the delivery dates at the time of creating the GR. If there are 2 delivery schedule for the same material on the same date, both the quantity are added to single GR line item. But, i want it to be 2 GR line items or else some link to the GR line item and the schedule line number - ETENR.
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thank you,
    Dhakshin.

Hi, we are delveloping a custom report to evaluate the vendor delivery performance based on required dt. vs actual delivered date against every schedule line. thats why we wanted to have the GR receipts to have the break up of delivery schedule line numbers. Currently, if we make a GR against a SA which has two del.sch. on the same day. Similarly if there is a del.sch. of last week which has not been delivered yet, and there is another del.sch. of today's date, in this case the GR proposes the total of these two items w/o any break up. Hope, this description is clear. If not, pls let me know, sothat i can clarify the busines reqt. further. Thank you Dhakshin.

    Hi,
Credit check is done to see if the customer has crossed his credit limit or not. Incase you want to forcefully release order we use [VKM1]. What is this got to do with the schedule lines??? Irrespective of whether the order is under credit hold or no the schedule line are determined the same way. Didnt understand the connection.

  • Delete Schedule Lines in Userexit / BadI

    Hi Guys,
we plan to delete and / or change schedule in a Userexit.
If the delivery block - with "no production" is set in the schedule line we want to delete the confirmed quantity of the schedule line or to delete the associated schedule line with a confirmed quantity.
We do also delete the requirement using the BEDARFE_TRENNEN in MV45AF0B_BELEG_SICHERN.
But we have problems when we just delete the lines in XVBEP.
What do we have to consider ?
Is there perhaps an other option with the help of a BadI ?
    Thanks for your help
    Manuel

In standard scenario if the GR has not been done system will keep open the schedule line and will not generate new schedule line.
Is there any config setting is there??

  • Order of delivery schedule line counter at schedule agreements from MRP run

Currently we are using schedule agreements for our long term external suppliers, but we are facing a problem with the order of new delivery schedule lines created during MRP run.
Because of master data settings like, lot size, rounding value, plan delivery time and planning time fence to set as firm new requirements, multiple schedule lines are created with no order for schedule line counter.
Does anyone is aware of a BADI, user exit or customizing control to have this schedule line counter in order?
