Schedule Lines not created from MRP

Hi !!
I have a finished product ""111-2523-64"" and in its BOM i have a semifinished product ""111-2523-64-010"" produced(Inhouse)& three raw materials .
For the Raw Materials I have made the scheduling agreement & source list with indicator ("2"" create schedule lines automatically""
Problem -: Now when I run the MRP using T-Code MD02 the system is planning the finished & semifinished product
*but no schedule lines are created for the raw materials.*
Please Guide , Itz very urgent.

Dear Rahul,
When u r running MRP maintain '3' for Delivery Schedules Field under MRP Control Parameters ( T Code MD02). Sheduling Agreement should be valid. If there is sufficient stock on hand compared with the requirement then system will not create any Schedule Lines. In material master of raw Materials on MRP2 view Procurement Type should be Maintained as 'F'. If u have maintained 'E' or 'X' then MRP run will not create schedule lines.

Dear All,
I am trying to create Schedule lines through MRP run , but instead system creates MRP element PRqRel and its PurRqs when i check in MD04 , the following are the prerequisite i done before MRP run , but still Schedule lines are not generating.
1.activated checkbox source list in material master.,Procurement type is F, MRP type PD , lot size MB , marked JIT Scheduling indicator as 1 in Pur view of material master , no MRP group is used in our process.
2.Maintained Inforecord.
3.Maintained source list for the material and marked MRP relevant as 2. Validity also checked.
4. Quota arrangement for this vendor only.
5. Created New scheduling agreement.
6. Material is not sent for subcontracting.
7. Ran MD02 with following parameters ,
Processing key NETCH Net Change in Total Horizon
Create purchase req. 1 Purchase requisitions in opening period
Delivery schedules 3 Schedule lines
Create MRP list 1 MRP list
Planning mode 3 Adapt planning data (normal mode)
Please let me know if i am missing something

When I am running MD03 system is creating Pur. Requisitions instead of Schedule lines

2.Sch. Agreement created with LP (validity period, Qty ok)
3.Pur. Info rec maintained for vendor material for the plant.
4.Source list maintained with Vendor,scheduling agreement no ,item no, MRP indicator 2 Fixed vendor ticked
Now after Running MD03
Pur. Req created for 400 qty
but when I click on Procurement proposal manually I can select Del. Schedule and create
but system is asking Agreement no. item,qty etc (I already maintained Source list system is asking again )
Then why not system creating automatically..

Hi experts,
I am creating sales order using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2. I want to update the Order quantity in VBAP-KWMENG.I got the information from SDN when including the Schedule line in BAPI 'BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 '.
I tried by using Update flag = 'I'.I am not able to update, what are the values to be passed and how to update the field.
Is there any other way..Please suggest me..

Hi, In the BAPI if you look at the tables parameter you will find ORDER_ITEMS_IN and ORDER_ITEMS_INX as well as ORDER_SCHEDULES_IN and ORDER_SCHEDULES_INX. To update KWMENG you will have to pass that value to ORDER_ITEMS_IN-TARGET_QTY and update the same in the table ORDER_ITEMS_INX (ORDER_ITEMS_INX-TARGET_QTY) with 'X'.
For updating schedule line go for ORDER_SCHEDULES_IN-SCHED_LINE and update X for the same in ORDER_SCHEDULES_INX.
Try looking into the following code, I am filling in both the Item data as well as the Schedule line data.

JIT schedule lines not created automatically

Hello All,
I'm not able to get the JIT schedule lines automatically for some of the scheduling agreements. I'm familiar with the SA process and schedule lines, but never came across JIT and SA release. Can anybody help me to provide possible reasons of not getting the JIT schedule lines created for SA.

Check following points -
1) Scheduling agreement is released.
2) In Source list of the material, the Scheduling Agreement & the relevant line item is mentioned. In the MRP area the option '2 - Scheduling Agreement delivery schedule generated automatically.
3) If required quota arrangement is also maintained.

After being thru with your query,i would like to reply your ultimate question"I want delivery schedules based on MRP Type PD"
Simple answer:put parameter 'delivery schedule line' as '3'(schedule lines in opening period) without simulation mode.
Please make sure you don't make any change with previous settings(custom)
please get it done and revert.

I have a doubt
I am having one finished product & in its BOM i have three raw materials.
I have created the scheduling agreement for these three raw materials and source list too.
now when i run the MRp for finished product using t-code md02 the schedule lines must be generated for these three raw materials.
or
i have to run the MRP (seperately using T-Code Md01 ) for these three raw materials
Please guide , its very urgent.

Schedule line not determined

the following is the data:
1) the order is standard order type
2) the schedule line category is consumption MRP with production allocation
3)Item category is TAN
4)the material is externally procurred and sold from the stock mainatined in company's plant
5)customer is one-time customer
Now for the above data when I create a standard sales order, I am not getting the scehdule line for the item and hence the quantity is not getting confirmed.

1. go to VOV5, please check the determination i.e
item category+MRP type= schedule line cat
2. check the item category (vov7) where u wl find the field schedule line allowed in the in the right hand side . please check it.

Schedule Lines not picked up in 2LIS_11_V_SSL

Dear All,
We have a new process setup for third party orders which are created with a load time of 50+ days.As soon as order is saved, Purchase Requisition (PR) is created on the shipping plant. This PR number is display in item schedule line
If customer is on credit hold at order creation time, the purchase requisition is not created. Order could be saved as u201Cincompleteu201D.
From what I see the first schedule line always created with order qty as 0 and it is being filled in the 2nd schedule line in some of the cases.
My problem is the SAP BW extraction for DS 2LIS_11_V_SSL hasn't picked up data for schedule lines for any of such type of orders into my ODS till date.
Is there any way to correct this or any manual way I can write a custom DS with FM to fill a similar extract structure like 2LIS_11_V_SSL, but it contains many dynamic fields which will get difficult to fetch manually ...

Hi ,
If scheduled line is deleted recordmode will be "R" and this will delete the whole line in DSO2.
If a schedule is then created or changed only new data coming from schedule line DSO will be added in DSO2 as a new line. This will corrupt values in DSO2
To handle this situation, replace the record mode of all the records to "X" from "R" in the start routine between DSO1-->DSO2.

1)Even though we have not delivered the total Order Quantity 2500,Delivery Staus is Fully Delivered Why?

Check if there are still requirements existing for this order on MD04.
You might also want to check how the availabilty is carried out, whats the replinishment lead time - anything mentioned there. Generally if you take RLT into consideration - then the unfulfilled qty is shown at the end of RLT.
Not too clear at this moment on the dates you have mentioned, bit hard to read.
Am curious too, why this is happening.

Schedule line getting created for material whose stocks are maintained

I am having an unusual problem of schedule line getting created for material whose stocks are there in the system. I have created an SO for some material, and all the material is having sufficient qty in the system but still the system is generating schedule line.
Can someone please advice what could be the problem and the solution to it.

- In TCode MM02, Check Scheduling in MRP2 Tab of Material master (if MRP is active.)
- In Tcode OVZ9 - AvC control, for your Availability check maintain (eg. 02) in material & Checking Rule:A-SD order.
Whether Check availability without replenishment lead time is unchecked, as this Indicates whether, during the availability check, the system checks the replenishment lead time. So, Items for which the delivery date falls within the replenishment lead time, but for which there is no inventory, are confirmed for delivery after the replenishment lead time. In the case of items for which the delivery date falls after the end of the replenishment lead time, the system assumes that everything can be confirmed.

Scheduling Lines not deleted during Product Heuristic

Hi All
During Planning run in PPDS, Surlplus Schedule lines are not getting deleted. The Heuristic using is Planning of Standard lots in 3 horizons. Earlier these schedule line were created based on Dependant demand. Since the dependant demand is deleted, we were expecting that the surplus schedule lines gets deleted during Planning run. But it is not happening.
Please note that the surplus schedule lines are well with in the Horizons defind in the heuristic.
Interesting point here is, in RRP3 view, if we execute variable heuristic using heuristic Planning of standard lots, it is perfectly deleting Excess Schedule lines
whereas it is not with heuristics Planning of standard lots in 3 horizons
Am I missing any settings here?

Project is not created from Project PO

Hi,
I can able to create Project PO successfully. But Project is not created from Project PO. Giving message like
Object Project Definition TN1.LEVBW.09004 could not be created
Project TN1.LEVBW.09004 is currently being processed by WF-BATCH.
As I investigated, the defect is caused due to a Lock of the PO in SAP while executing the workflow.
I suspect this lock is getting caught in the function module 'ZPS_STUDIO_PROJECT_CREATE' in the include 'LZPS02F01', after calling the function module 'BAPI_PO_CHANGE'. (Since the PO is being processed by both transaction & workflow here).
I've tried to change the 'COMMIT WORK' statement adding WAIT. But I'm still unable to resolve the issue.
Please provide me the solution.

Scheduling lines are not created in mrp running

Line 1 & 2 are having same items with different schedule lines qty 250 & 275 nos. respectively. Stock was 250. System bokked stock 250 against line 1 & given proposed delivery date for line 2. In MM module, by running MRP system generated requirement only for 25 pcs.(may be it taken again stock 250 against line 2 in consideration while running MRP). This is happened in various cases.KINDLY HELP ME in solving this problem.

1) Do you have valid Schedule Agreement?
2) Have you entered Sch. Agreement number in source list?
3) Have you selected MRP as " 2 " in source list?
