Schedule with CUE

Hi,
i've met an issue with CUE 3.0.2. the system don't care with the bizschedule (open and close hours).
i've an aa which check the bizschedule.closed hour doesn't match. everytime the takes open hours.
Any help?
Thanks

Thanks for your help
yes the clock and timezone is correct.
i resolve this issue. I've noticed that the parameter "parameter "systemschedule" was null. this parameter is not saved through CUE GUI on my aa appplication with cmd 'sh run" in service engine interface. I write this manually on cli and everything is ok.
It's possible to Dev Team to check if everything saved on gui is write on memory of CUE
Thanks
This problem not occur on CUE 2.X only 3.x
Many thanks

    Hi,
    For 10g and up you should be using dbms_scheduler for scheduling. Some examples are here
    http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B28359_01/server.111/b28310/scheduse.htm#i1033533
    and the homepage is at
    http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/database/scheduler/index.html
    Here's an example that runs daily at 2am
    begin
    dbms_scheduler.create_job('myjob',
        job_type=>'plsql_block',
        job_action=>'dbms_lock.sleep(10);',
        start_date=>null,
        repeat_interval=>'freq=daily;byhour=2;byminute=0',
        enabled=>true , auto_drop=>true
    end;
    /Hope this helps,
    Ravi.

  • Create input schedule with several dates

    Dear experts,
    I need to create an input schedule with the following layout:
    jan10 | fev10 | .... | nov10 | dez10 | jan11| ... | dez11 | jan12 | ... | dez12
    jan10 and fev10 must show real values.the rest of the months for 2010, 2011 and 2012 must be available to be planned.
    How do I accomplish this using BPC? how do I do this?
    Thank You
    Inê

    Hi,
    As per my understanding you wanted to have -  jan10 | fev10 | .... | nov10 | dez10 | jan11| ... | dez11 | jan12 | ... | dez12
    etc.,members, wherein it should show the values in "jan10 | fev10" , and rest of the months should be for Planed right?  So in Time dimension you please create the members as you wanted (like  jan10 | fev10 | .... | nov10 | dez10 | jan11| ... | dez11 | jan12 | ... | dez12), then come to BPC Excel load the real values for for  jan10 | fev10 |, and send the data through Input schedule.
    Then prepare one more Input Template including all months....then it will display the values for those  jan10 | fev10 | months and remaining will be kept open to accept  the data.  Even you can put those 2 months ( jan10 | fev10 |) in Actual category, remaining months you can put them in Plan category.  In member set you can concatinate both the categories and you can have all in one template.  These 2 months ( jan10 | fev10 |) will display the data in Actual, and remaining months can be shown as Plan and they are ready to accept the inputs.
    I hope you might have understood.

    Is this item supposed to be compatible with the 2nd gen nano?
    I ask because the dock connector on the second gen nano is not in the same place as the other iPods (the first gen nano for instance) and this may be your problem.
    There have been posts here before about 2nd gen nanos not working with accessories that accommodate the first gen.
    Best bet would be to contact the manufacturer.

  • Scheduling with AO Workbook - changing prompt values

    I saved and AO workbook on the BI platform, scheduled and executed.  The query has month and year prompts filled by exit variables.   I change the user exit for a different month year.  I schedule the workbook on the BI platform, but the workbook still has the same month & year when it was saved.  Is the expected result?

    Hi John - please see this blog:

    According to the blog, prompts are not yet supported with scheduling.

  • Importing wav with cue points?

    I’m trying to import a WAV file with cue points and I
    get a “Director having trouble importing…” error
    message. I created the cue points in Sound Forge 9 using markers
    and save the file with meta data. From what I recall I should be
    able to simply import this file but Director (MX04) seems to be
    choking on the meta data (imports fine without cue points).
    I’ve been working with Director for over 10 years but lately
    it’s been mostly application development and not narrated
    multimedia, I feel like I’ve forgotten something very
    basic.

    Fixed it, sort of… Apparently by default Sound Forge
    doesn’t name the cue points at all and Director doesn’t
    like this (at least up to MX04, don’t know about 11). To
    create wav files with metadata that Director will read:
    In Sound Forge navigate to Options > Preferences >
    Labels.
    Check the box “label markers”, I also used the
    prefix and leading zero options
    Any new markers will now have labels
    For my present project I already had 83 cue points accurately
    positioned that I didn’t want to remake. In this case I
    renamed each cue point by hand, one at a time. Insanely tedious but
    better than marking the file again.

  • How to build an EVDRE input schedule with more than 3 dimensions?

    Hello experts,
    can anybody tell me, how to build an EVDRE input schedule with more than 3 dimensions?
    How must the parameter configuration (expansion 1, 2, 3, 4) and range configuration (ColKeyRange, RowKeyRange, PageKeyRange) look like? If anybody could post an example, how such an input schedule could look like, I would be very thankful.
    Best regards,
    Stefan

    Well, posting an example might be quite difficult.  But there is no right-or-wrong approach.  Since Inputs are made at the lowest or base level members of all dimensions, the key is to determine which dimensions you want in your expansion, to be able to gather the input.  Otherwise, you may only need a couple of nested dimensions.  But if you open BPC for Excel, open a blank workbook and in any cell type [ =EVDRE() ], then press refresh, the DRE wizard will allow you to select your nested row and columns for the report, and then build a basic report for your foundation.
    I personally like to NOT expand my columns, and only nest 2 or 3 row member sets, depending on the details we need for input.  SOmetimes, the whole input schedule is without any expansions, and just refreshes based on the CV changes, such as entity, category, time etc.
    If you need more details, keep posting what you are trying to accomplish and we will try to help.

    1.Scheduling With Route Schedule For Shipping Point
    Route schedules (previously referred to in the system as delivery phases in this step) describe the periodic delivery of goods from a shipping point to different ship-to parties and their unloading points.
    Here you specify per shipping point whether this sort of periodicity is generally required.
    Requirements
    f you want to define route schedules, you must perform the following activities:
    1. Define routes
    2. Activate delivery scheduling
    Standard settings
    The control function without determination of route schedules is delivered with the system.
    Further notes
    Route schedules can be determined for deliveries, orders and stock transfer orders.
    2.Scheduling With Route Schedule For Sales Document Type
    Route schedules describe regular outgoing delivery of goods from a shipping point to different ship-to parties and their unloading points.
    This is where you configure whether you want this to apply to a given sales document.
    Requirements
    If you want to define route schedules, you must complete the following activities:
    1. Define routes
    2. Activate shipping dates
    Standard settings
    Controlling without determination of route schedules.
