Scheduled delivery OfficeJet 6500A

I have read all the directions on the site.  I am unable to stop the scheduled delivery apps.  I can not find the "set-up" button.  I am not able to "scroll down" to find "my apps".  Any ideas on how I'm supposed to get these paper wasting apps to stop???

Hi bhwaite,
Try the solutions located at this website: How to Manage, Pause, or Unsubscribe from Prints and Faxes
Please post here if you this solved your problem (and select Solved) or if you need further help.

  • If your Scheduled Delivery apps stopped printing

These instructions apply to the Photosmart D110a and Officejet 6500A, 7500A, 8500A printers, but other printer models may be similar.
The Solutions below can be used to restore scheduled delivery printing that has failed. Some situations to which they may apply are:
-Scheduled Delivery apps unexpectedly stopped printing.
-Print jobs show Pending, Failed and/or Canceled on ePrintCenter History.
-Communication error when selecting Apps on the printer front panel.
-Communication error when Print Now of a scheduled app is attempted.
-Communication error caused by no internet connection, printer turned off for extended period of time, out of paper, out of ink.
If your Scheduled Delivery apps unexpectedly stopped printing, do the following:
    Solution 1
Check the Scheduled Delivery Bulletin Board for the current status. If that doesn’t solve your problem, continue to Solution 2 below.
    Solution 2
    Photosmart D110a:
         a.  Press the wireless button on the front; it should have a solid blue light. Flashing indicates NO wireless connection.
         b.  On the front panel scroll down to Web Services Settings and press OK.
         c.  On the front panel scroll down to Print Info Page and press OK.
    Officejet 6500A, 7500A, 8500A:
         a.  On the front panel, arrow to the right to the “Setup” icon and select.
         b.  On the front panel, select Web Services Setup.
         c.  On the front panel, select Printer Email Address.
Then follow these steps for all printers:
A page prints, titled Welcome to Web-Enabled, Mobile Printing from HP. This may take a few minutes; please be patient.
If you have Pending scheduled print jobs, they should print soon.
Your problem should now be fixed and automatic Scheduled Delivery should resume. Some jobs may have been lost as a result of the disruption that has occurred.
If your scheduled prints have not resumed in 24 hours, proceed to Solution 3.
    Solution 3
Note: The following solution will restore your printer to its default apps, All scheduled print apps and jobs will be lost.
    Remove/re-enable Web Services:
          Photosmart D110a:
           a.  Press the wireless button on the front; it should have a solid blue light. Flashing indicates NO wireless connection.
           b.  On the front panel scroll down to Web Services Settings and press OK.
           c.  Scroll down to Remove Web Services and press OK, then OK again.
           d.  Enable Web Services appears. Press OK, accept terms by pressing OK again, and enable by pressing OK.
          Officejet 6500A, 7500A, 8500A:
          On the front panel-
           a.  Arrow to the right to the Setup icon and select.
           b.  Select Web Services Setup.
           c.  Scroll down to Restore Factory Settings and press Yes, then OK.

           a.  On the main screen, upper left, press the “page with blue circles” icon.
           b.  Web Services Summary opens. At the bottom left, press Settings.
           c.  Scroll down to the bottom. Press Remove Web Services. Yes.
           d.  Press the Apps icon and follow the prompts to Enable Web Services.
    2.   The printer should connect and print your Welcome Page with your printer ID and instructions to register the printer at  the ePrintCenter. The printer ID expires after 24 hrs so be sure to register as soon as possible. Repeat above if needed.
    3.   After registering the printer on EPrintCenter:
           a.  Select Get APPS at the top of the webpage.
           b.  Browse to Universal Crossword or other scheduled delivery app.
           c.  Select icon and Add to Printer.
           d.  Select Setup to schedule delivery.
You then should receive your scheduled delivery prints on the following day that the publication is available. (Please note that if it is 10 am when you install the print app and you select a delivery time of 11 am you will have to wait until the following day at 11 am to receive a scheduled delivery print. You can perform a Print Now to receive the current publication.)

  • HP Officejet 6500A Plus will not maintain wireless connection reliably

For the HP EXPERTS on Expert Day, April 18, 2012:
B.L.A.T. (Bottom Line At Top):  We have an HP Officejet 6500A Plus purchased about 5 months ago.  We wanted to use it as a wireless-connected printer in another room besides our home office.  It is useless to us because it will not maintain its wireless connection, even sitting just a few feet from the router in the same room.  Except for numerous hours of troubleshooting, we have left it sitting powered up, but unused and idle, for almost the entire 5 months in our home office.  DURING ALL THAT IDLE TIME, IT HAS LOGGED OVER 3,200 DISCONNECTS, at a consistent rate of 24 disconnects every 24 hours, even though it ALWAYS reports that the wireless signal quality is “EXCELLENT” (all this is according to the Wireless Network Test Reports we’ve printed throughout the last 5 months).  So our question is, what is it that this printer is trying to do once an hour over a wireless connection that is causing these thousands of disconnects?  And how can we stop it?
NOTE!  Before you round up the usual suspects (namely our router and our PC firewalls) please note that we also bought an HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus ON THE SAME DAY as the Officejet 6500A Plus.  The 8600 was also installed with a wireless connection, and has worked without a single network issue for the entire 5 months.
NOW, FOR THE REST OF THE STORY…
WHO WE ARE:  My wife and I have worked on HP equipment for 33 years, starting in 1979 as corporate customers of HP when we worked for Exxon; then we both worked for HP directly for 17 years; and we’ve now used dozens of pieces of HP equipment in our home during the last 12 years in retirement.  We’re primarily software folks, so we’re not exactly experts in hardware and networking, but on the other hand, this ain’t our first rodeo either.
    OUR CONFIGURATION:
PC’s – All running Windows 7 x64 with all important patches applied and Norton Internet Security 2012:  HPE-270f and HP AIO 200-Quad, each with full 6500A and 8600A drivers installed on wireless connection.  These 2 PC’s themselves can connect either wirelessly or via Ethernet to our home network.  The 270f has a dual-band wireless board.  Both bands work.  We also have a new dv7t laptop with only the full 6500A driver installed via wireless connection.  The laptop is now upstairs and it’s connected to our home network wirelessly without any issues.  (This is where we had hoped to also put the 6500A, but it needs to work reliably via wireless connection.)
ROUTER:  Netgear N600 WNDR3700 providing Ethernet and wireless networking.  Router provides a very strong wireless signal throughout the house.  No wireless problems with any other equipment including an iPod, two Kindle Fires besides all the HP equipment.
PRINTERS:  Besides the two HP printers, the HPE-270f PC has a Canon MP960 installed on it.  And if we can’t get the 6500A working right or replaced with something that does work right, we may be buying our second Canon printer.  By the way, on the 6500A, ePrint and App’s are set to ON, but of course they’re not being used, just like everything else on this AIO.
OTHER:  We also have a Sonos music system that connects to our network via Ethernet and has its own proprietary mesh network (on another frequency) for transmitting ripped music wirelessly to speaker units throughout our house.  (If you aren’t familiar with this totally cool system, check out sonos.com).  We’ve never seen any evidence of interference between these two wireless networks, or our wireless phone sets either.
HP TOOLS AVAILABLE ON ALL 3 PC’s:  HPU
    UPDATE 5.003.001.001 (reporting everything up-to-date); HPHDU 3.1.0.17; HPPDU 5.0.0.015 and HPNDU 4.3.0.002.
SYMPTOMS:  The 6500A Plus installs quickly and easliy, and connects wirelessly just fine during installation.  But sometime over the next hour (usually less), it disconnects and won’t print from PC applications.  Sometimes the application puts up an “Unable to communicate with printer” screen, even though the PC usually thinks the printer is “ready”.  Other times, the PC thinks the printer is offline (but printers don’t have “offline” buttons anymore!).  Often, if you just leave everything alone, the 6500A will somehow reconnect and print out the spooled file 5-30 MINUTES later.  So it does usually seem to be able to recover given some time, but that doesn’t always fit our schedule!   Occasionally, turning the wireless radio on the printer off and back on will fix it right away.  But usually, you have to power the printer completely off, and then back on.  As far as we know, that always fixes it…..until the next disconnect a few minutes later!
PREVIOUSLY TRIED:  After reading some of HP’s wireless network support websites, I manually assigned a fixed IP address to this printer.  It didn’t seem to matter; according to the wireless network test report, it still logs disconnects at the rate of one per hour, and all the failure symptoms were the same.
We also dabbled a bit with setting this printer as “trusted” to the Firewall, but that didn’t seem to matter either.
Next, we connected the printer via Ethernet.  The printer immediately started to work, even though it had just been in its “failed” state over the wireless connection.  As far as we know, it never failed while connected via Ethernet.  This seems to point to a purely wireless hardware/firmware problem on the printer itself.
Late last year, I tried two different chat sessions about this with the inter-continental AIO support teams, each one lasting several hours.  Unfortunately, none of their optimistic solution scripts seemed to fit our problem.  They both seemed determined to reconfigure the 6500A as a TCP/IP printer, which of course worked fine initially, just like everything else.  At this point, they would understandably want to close the chat.  But 20-30 minutes later, we could no longer print to it.  During the second chat, they got into one of our PC’s remotely and effectively turned off the spooler (by selecting “Print Directly” or something like that).  After that, all was well again (as usual) UNTIL the printer disconnected, at which time attempting to print from that PC would HANG the application (since the spooler was no longer buffering) and eventually hang the whole PC.  One giant leap backwards.  That’s when I gave up on the multi-hour chat sessions.
The three diagnostic utilities (HDU, PDU, NDU) have been tried over and over.  When the printer is in its disconnected state, the DU’s usually don’t detect the 6500A at all, or if they do detect it, they are unable to fix anything.  Frankly, it’s easier to just power the printer off (which takes about a minute) and power the printer back on (which takes more than a minute) and then wait for the spooler to kick in (usually about 30 seconds).  BUT WE DON’T CONSIDER THAT A SOLUTION!!
B.L.A.B.  (Bottom Line At Bottom):  We have used up nearly the entire black ink cartridge and at least a ream of paper troubleshooting this brand new printer, to no avail.  This printer is useless to us unless it can maintain a wireless connection reliably.  Please help!
    Thanks –
    Bob and Jane
(Note: we have an appointment from about 11:20 am EDT – 1 pm EDT, 8:20 am PDT till about 10 am PDT)

I bought the Officejet 6500A Plus about one month and have experienced the very same problem. I tried to remedy this problem following suggestions in a number of different posts (static IP, router, firewalls etc), all to no avail. Last week I called support. The support I received by the tech over several hours and different days for a week was very good. However none of his suggestions corrected the connection issue. After today's recommended fix failed, he advised HP is aware of this issue with the 6500 and other affected printers. He claimed HP was working on a firmware upgrade. He did not know when the update would be provided. The tech also claimed HP acknowledged this problem in a written announcement. He agreed to email the announcement to me. I haven't received it. This has been the only problem I've had with the 6500

  • Wireless configuration for HP OfficeJet 6500A plus All-In-One printer on Ubuntu 10.04

I have bought a HP OfficeJet 6500A plus All-In-One printer CN557A, which I want to use with ubuntu 10.04 64-bit as a wireless network printer.
Before i bought i checked compatibility on www.hplipopensource.org and www.openprinting.org, and all was in order.
The machine is autodetected and fully functional when connected with a usb cable, but i have not managed to get it to work as a wireless printer.
    This is what I did:
I configured the printer on the wireless network (through the printer interface), and it connects. It prints out a "Wireless Network Test Report", and everything works. I can ping to its local ip adress, and access it through the browser. HP eprint also works.
I installed hplip 3.11.10 and dependencies manually. I did this because the default hplip in ubuntu 10.04 did not recognise the device.
I ran 'hp-check', which gave no errors or warnings:

    2. Run-time check mode (-r or --run): Use this mode to determine if a distro
supplied package (.deb, .rpm, etc) or an already built HPLIP supplied tarball
has the proper dependencies installed to successfully run.
    3. Both compile- and run-time check mode (-b or --both) (Default): This mode
will check both of the above cases (both compile- and run-time dependencies).

    Done.
I then ran 'sudo hp-setup', chose the device (which was detected), chose my wireless network, entered the wireless security key. On the configuration results dialog I get two messages:
"Your printer has been succesfully configured on the wireless network. You may now unplug the USB cable"
    and
"The Ethernet cable is plugged in which will prevent you from connecting to a wireless network. To connect wirelessly, remove the cable and try again. (VSA000)"
There is no ethernet cable plugged in, so i can't remove it. I unplug the USB cable and click 'finish'. This makes the 'hp-setup'-dialog start over again, and the printer has not been installed.
In the terminal i have the following:
    tjoff@mek-403-jakbo-01:~$ sudo hp-setup

A friendly soul on ubuntuforums pointed out to me, that the wireless configuration is only necessary when the printer is NOT connected to a (W)LAN. So all I really had to do was to configure the printer in the CUPS administation page, and it worked. Problem solved. Silly me.

  • Released Schedule Delivery lines display

    Hi Gurus,
I have a scenario in my client place. User wants to display scheduled delivery lines which will sum all the released schedule delivery lines and will display the total quantity in a smart form which will be sent to the vendor. I.E Scheduling agreement Qty - 100. Schedule lines 10 Qty per day and it will hve 10 delivery lines(100Qty=10 qty per day x 10 days). output document will show only the total qty of released schedule lines(sum of all released qty).Is there any standard form/ output type available for this requirement.Kindly advice.

As far as Db link is concern , I don’t remember exactly , but 3 years before I had written a report which see Sales order schedule lines and devilry note lines against sales order.  If you see process wise…. when ever you create PO ( production order you assign some qty using 101 movement type .. and against production order you also give sales order . When you do delivery ( run seclude run ) it delivers against that material number , its movement is 601 ...
but I remember there’s a link between these tables, VBAP,VBFA AND VBEP , LIPS ...  against every sales order you can see sales invoice ( VBRP,VBRK) and you can also see your delivery note number in document flow .
I hope this’ll give you some guide line, as right now I can not tell you the exact business process but I remember I written a report in SD 4 years before , in which they required Delivery against production order and sales order ... One more thing you also have production order reference on delivery item number. ( field :Empst ) . I think in my project they were maintaining this field .
    Thanks

  • HP Officejet 6500A won't scan.

My HP Officejet 6500A Plus E710n (purchased late 2011) won't scan. Prints just fine. I have a MacBook Pro with OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63) purchased late 2011.
I haven't scanned anything in over a year. When I tried to scan a document a few days ago, the problem began. After researching the Apple and HP boards, I uninstalled the original HP software and installed HP's updated software/updates/drivers. I also installed Apple's HP updates, still won't scan. Keep getting the error message "Scanner reported an error. Failed to open a session on the device."
I also deleted/re-added the printer and rebooted the MacBook umpteen times.
I see that when I re-add the printer, it comes up as Bonjour Multifunction (see photo), yet there's no mention of Bonjour in my Activity Monitor.
I'm stumped! Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Since that didn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer and the HP software.  I'll link the download below, so you don't have to search for it again.  Let me know what happens.

I tried going through the Wireless Network setup on my HP OfficeJet 6500A Plus machine. The printer recognizes the network and I then type in my network's password but it won't connect to the network. What can I do? I would like to be able to print and scan wirelessly. Help please!

    Hello erking,
Sorry to hear that you are having an issue with connecting the printer to your Mac over a wireless connection.
I have done some research and I have found a great document that deals with The Printer Is Not Found During a Wireless Network Installation.
Please feel free to write me back and I will be happy to assist you further with any questions or concerns you may have.

  • How can i make my officejet 6500a print in black and white only?

I just bought an officejet 6500a and I can't figure out how to make it print in black in white only.  I print a lot of stuff that doesn't need color and want to save my ink. On some prints it gives me that option when I print. but for the most part it doesn't allow me to change to black and white on things i am printing off the web

Pages 30-34 of the user manual for the Officejet 6500A covers how to change print preferences for the printer with both Mac and Windows. It covers documents, brochures and photos and covers finding the gray scale option. Here is a link to that manual http://goo.gl/6J61R .
    I hope that this helps.

  • HP Officejet 6500A Plus not staying connected to wireless network

Just picked up a HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - E710n the other week and set it all up and it was working wonderfully. But I noticed after it goes into sleep mode it disconnects from the wireless network and doesn't reconnect.
I will get a overview of how I have it all set up.
I have a DSL modem with a TRENDnet TEW-639GR router connected to it. I have set my router to reserve IP addresses for the computer and printer. That way I can leave the computer and printer wireless IP settings as automatic and they will always get the same IP address. I do this for the wireless network at my parents place as well and it works perfectly with their HP Photosmart C7280.
I also set up the HP ePrintCenter feature on the printer so that I can print by sending the printer an email. When I first set it all up this was working great. I tested it all and it was awesome. When I would log onto the ePrint website it would show as connected and it was all good.
So then what happened was it was all fine then the next day when we want to print something the computer says the printer is offline. I go on the HP ePrintCenter website and it says not connected. I print out a wireless network report page and it says not connected. After I printed that test page, I guess it woke up the printer enough or something as it then connected to the router and printed fine as well as showed up as connected on the ePrintCenter website. So all was good. Then the next day the printer goes to sleep and again it shows as disconnected.
Should it not be staying connected in sleep mode? How will the printer know something is being sent to it and that it should wake up if it is not staying connected?
Any suggestions of what I should change with the settings? I suppose I could try setting the IP settings as static on the printer itself but I shouldn't need to as I set it to static on the router. When it finally does reconnect it does always keep the same IP. If that is what is required I guess I could do that but then what is the point in having an automatic setting if it doesn't work? I would rather have this issue fixed that have to do a work around for it.
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,
The printer should stay connected to your wireless network after the printer enters the sleep mode.
This is not an expected behavior.
I believe such an issue may be caused due to a signal quality or any conflict as too many broadcust on the same channel.
Please try the following steps in order to better understand the issue:
Follow the Wireless Setup Wizard if your printer currently disconnected
    Enter the Setup menu.
    Enter the Network menu.
    Click Wireless.
    Click Wireless Test Report.
What is the signal quality provided by the report and what channel used to broadcast by your router?
If you may scan and attach the report, it may help to better understand any possible cause.

    Shlomi

  • HP Officejet 6500A Plus

My HP Officejet 6500A Plus all in one printer recently stopped functioning and printing.   First the Wireless network stopped working (Wireless Status Disconnected) and the Wireless Netwok Test Report advice was “contact HP support”.  Then I started getting endless errors and flashing print screens with numerical references like 83C00009, 00729C98 etc.  Any attempt to turn off the printer using the “off button” resulted in another error message.  The following are examples of the stream of new error messages that appeared each time the “off button” was pressed: B0000A16; B03DA14A; B811DEB6; B8383184; B03E3B66; B83D99B8 etc.  To finally “turn off” the printer it became necessary to disconnect the power.  I have consulted the manual and queries on the HP site using the numerical references as search criteria, does not return any useful results / strategies.  I found a video about how to do a partial “reset” (turn on using # + 3) but while this did allow me to access the print screen, it did not resolve anything and the numerical errors and flashing lights reappeared.  I downloaded the HP diagnostic tools, but they came up with nothing – i.e. could not communicate with my printer.  I read on some post that there may be a problem with the printer head, so I ran the Printer Status Report, but it seemed OK.  Regardless I ran the clean the PrinterHead tool, and again this seemed OK, so I didn’t run the 2nd stage.   My printer is out of warranty.  It is 1.5 years old, but hasn’t been used that much.  According to the Printer Status Report it has printed 1534 pages and scanned 290.
What can I do?  Most of the "internet searches" suggest that if the printer is out of warranty the only option is landfill.

Thank you.  Thesole reason I bought this printer was to use its wireless “Airprint” functionality to print from an iPad and when it worked it was a fabulous product.  The start of these constant alphanumeric errors seemed to coincide with the wireless function ceasing to work (it went offline, HP Network Configuration Report – Network Status “Offline”, and Wireless status “Disconnected”).  Maybe that was just a coincidence.  Running the “Wireless Network Test Report” the recommendation is “Contact HP support***”.  I.e.  The Wireless is on (blue light good) PASS, but the Wireless Working status is FAIL.
I have only tried using the USB in an attempt to get around the wireless not working, i.e. still able to do some basic printing and perhaps upload firmware updates etc.  I have tried different USB ports on my laptop computer but only with the same USB cable that came with the printer.  This original printer cable has only been used a couple of times and it has on two occasions allowed me to print successfully from the laptop (i.e. initially it worked although .  Surely it should be OK.  I am reluctant to go out and buy another cable in the hope that it might resolve something and I don’t really have access to another computer to test.
Thank you I have previously seen that article.  It was somewhat useful.  My errors messages (mostly 83C0009, and sometimes just a black and white striped screen or B0525DAE, B866A570 etc) however do not include system ink failure and the article basically therefore simply recommends switching the computer off at the same time the ink cartridges are removed.  This has in the past provided some improvement in the frequency of the error messages but it is usually short-lived and the error message returns.  The error message can however become entrenched and at that point the print cartridges don’t move when the printer door is open and therefore can’t be removed.  At this point I've tried turning the printer on while holding down #+3 to try and get back to a home screen, rather than an error screen.
On the upside, I can occasionally still make photocopies and the print quality is good.
Any guidance on what I should do next?

  • HP Officejet 6500A Plus does not feed paper

HP Officejet 6500A Plus, Mac OS X 10.6.8,The printer does not feed paper.  Then gives the message that 'printer is out of paper'.  I have done all of the reset and cleaning procedures recommended on the HP web site.  That does not correct the problem when I do 'Print Status Report'.Observing through the front with a flashlight, the paper feed mechanism comes down on top of the paper stack, but the rollers do not feed paper.  Then the feed mechanism lifts up and the error message 'printer is out of paper' is displayed on the small screen on the printer. If a single sheet of paper is inserted deep into the printer so that it can be captured by the print rollers, then the printer produces a normal 'printer status report'.The problem appeared after printing some photos on official HP photo paper with new official HP cartridges. Advice? From:molybdenum

If you add a Scheduled Delivery print app to your printer through the ePC without selecting a delivery schedule, when you go to confirm on printer and perform a 'Print Now' you will see a message on the display “You have not yet set up this print app.  Please to go to www.hpeprintcenter.com to setup your delivery.  Press OK to print a sample copy.”

  • In GATP would like to push schedule delivery date+1 day

    Hi Experts:-
We have below requirement  in GATP:-
Can we maintain a condition record for pick /pack time  = 1 day against Shipping Point in particular Location.? In other word we would like to push schedule delivery date+1 day.
In APO we can see control data :- Plan (LEAD), load (LOAD), pick/pack (PICK), transport (TRAN), unload (UNLD)
In APO We have maintained  value = 24:00 for location XXXX ( as per below steps)
    1.     In the SAP Easy Access screen choose Master Data ® Master Data for Transportation and Shipment Scheduling ® Create Scheduling Step.
    2.     Select a condition type.
    3.     Enter concrete values for the key combination.
    4.     Enter a duration (external display: hhhhhhh:mm).
While checking order, When the process branches into APO ATP, can see time 24:00 This seems to indicate that Pick/Pack record has now been found, but the scheduled delivery date is not being pushed out by one extra day.
    Looking at the condition log in APO shows the following;;
Lead Plan:304 Access for Access sequence LEAD missing(Usage U)
Pick Pick : 208 Condition record has been found
Load Load: 304 Access for Access sequence LOAD missing(Usage U)
TRAN Transport: 009 Condition record is missing
UNLD Unload :  002 Access not made ( Initialized field)
    Can you suggest.

  • I have two Officejet 6500a's. How do I get them both to work with my laptop?

I now own two Officejet 6500a plus All-in-One printers.  I take my laptop back and forth between where they're located.  I have the driver on my laptop, and it works with one of them, but how do I make it recognize the second one...and also not then fail to recognize the first one?  I'm trying to have both work wirelessly with my laptop.  So far, the second one is connected to the wireless network, but my laptop tells me it's not connected to the printer and can't print.  I'm not sure what to do because the driver is already installed.
My laptop is a MacBook Pro running OS X Mountain Lion, if that's important.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Sorry that you are having a problem with connecting both printers to the network.
First, you will make sure both printers are on the network through the front panel display screen.
If you have one already working, name it (Officejet 6500 #1, home, work, etc). The 2nd officejet that is not connecting correctly, you will need to re-download the software on the laptop again.
DO NOT uninstall, just install the drivers and software from the website or the CD, if you still have it.
When it ask, how you would like to connect, and you choose wireless, it will search for the printers on the network. Make sure you choose the printer #2 (IP Address).
You can check for the IP address on the settings on the printer.
After it downloads and finishes, you can go to the Devices and printers, and change the name to (#2, work, home, etc).
Even though, its the same software and same printer name, the computer has to distinquish between which is which.
