Scheduled for delivery quantity shouldnt be transffered to another plant

dear all,
we have a case in which we need to prevent scheduled for delivery quantity from being transferred to another plant.
the problem is that when creating a sales order and a delivery, and before the PGI,, the system allows moving the quantitity to another plant. and this causes a problem when trying to create a PGI ...
any suggestions please

in the checking rule ( if stk transfer, you can get it from OLME> purchase order > create stock transport order ) incude reservations, deliveriies and sales order.
in assign del type and checking rule, you can find the checking rule used

    Hi Alexandro,
As far as Repleinshment Delivery PGI  is concerned, the stock can be seen only under Stock in Transit ( if two step is activated ) or it will be shown in the Receiving plant ( if one step is in use ).
    Thanks & Regards,

  • Material showing in schedule for delivery when complete stock is been issue

    Hi Gurus,
A Material in stock overview report (MMBE) under
unrestricted stock showing as 480 qty in one batch and under schedule for
delivery showing 480 qty in different batch. I checked in stock
requirement list (MD04) it is showing the open delivery for 480 qty.
On checking the particular delivery document found
that the delivery quantity is issued completely for the same batch, which
is showing in stock overview report (MMBE).
I am unable to understand, when the delivery qty is
issued completely, why it is showing under schedule for delivery.
Because of this it’s not allowing to issue the
    unrestricted stock.
    Thanks in advance.
    With regards
    deepti

    Hi Deepti,
if i have understand your question correctly then its something like you have unrestricted qty and some open delivery order(no PGI) created.....in this case deepti system is working fine becoz the blocked qty by open delivery order will reflect in unrestriced and thats correct as well....and its not lying...let me explain u by e.g
say u have unrestricted qty 500kg and open Delivery order created of say 200 KG(no PGI ) done...in this case if u see MMBE then ur unsrestriced qty will be 500 kg only and when u double click on plant u will see 200 kg for scheduled...remember in this case when u try to create new sales order system will allow for max 300kg as 200 is blocked by old order....thats the way system works and it should work..
Let me know whether this help..and and reward pts and reply back if u get the solution thr this

  • Stock showing in Schedule for Delivery

    Dear Experts,
Stock is showing in schedule for delivery, but i donot now the particular STO?
How to find that STO and delete the same?
    Veeresh

You can check that STO in me80fn or yrv38. Or you can see the open delivery for the same using VL06O. Once you find the STO, you have to first delete the delivery, and then put the deletion indicator for that material in the STO, so that the stock which was blocked is released...

    Hi,
Is there any field in SAP where I can see the no of items scheduled for delivery?.... Does schedule for delivery depend on under delivery ad over delivery tolerance...
The reaosn I am asking is...When I process outbound delivery, system gives me an error. When I talked to the person, he said that the scheduled for delivery has reached its limit....
How do I see the limit?..On what basis it is set?

  • Schd. for delivery quantity in MMBE - Vl09

    Dear
We had one sales order which was having 375 quantity to be delivered. Also the same stock was available in the plant, storage location and batch. So we created delivery order through vl01n. Then for some reason we need reversed that delivery order, so reverse that through Vl09.
And then we changed the quantity to 1 from 375, so we can use it somewhere else.
But now I am creating new sales order with 375 quantity it is not picking in schedule lines. When I check the stock in MMBE it is showing as Unrestricted stock as 375 and schd, for delivery is 375.
In MB5B it is showing that document is revered through vl09 and balance stock is 375, I have also check that there is no open order for that material.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
    Thanks in advance,
    Sachin

MMBE is not a good t.code check the details. Check using t.code MD04/CO06 to see the stocks/allocation to sales orders/deliveries. Also check by removing the storage location at the sales order line item. If all looks OK, and still the system does not confirm the quantities, then run program SDRQCR21 in SA38 and check again.

  • Report scheduled for delivery runs perfectly, but sends failed notification

Our BI Publisher 10.1.3.4 has spontaneously started refusing to deliver reports. The same reports that have always been delivered via email are now sending failed notifications instead.
I have put the server in debug mode and watched the process from beginning to end, and there is no indication of any problem. The relevant log section is below. You can see that it gives absolutelly no indication of why it is sending the failed notification.
Furthermore, the report output is generated successfully, and I can open the PDF from the job history and it looks good.

    Hi Joseph,
    1. I would clean my temporary directory. If not set then it will be ORA_HOME/oc4j_bi/j2ee/home/applications/xmlpserver/xmlpserver/xdo/tmp
    In your case it is:
    /u01/oracle/product/10.2.0/BIPHome1/oc4j_bi/j2ee/home/applications/BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.0/xmlpserver/xdo/tmp/
And test again. Ensure it has enough space.
    2. If it does not work then I would read Oracle Support Note 797057.1 and see if there is a new patch for your installation.
The latest is from Nov 2011. Apply it and test it.
If none of the above work then I would open a ticket with oracle support.
From the BIP code I can only notice the issue happens during the delivery of the attachment through email delivery channel.
It is strange you can not deliver a document using email delivery channel but still can send notification using the same email server!.
    good luck
    regards
    Jorge

    Hello mrbkarate,
I’d be happy to help you with your delivery date inquiry. Good to hear you have someone that can be there at all times to accept the delivery!
After using the email address you supplied us with, it appears your order has been scheduled for delivery for 09/02/2014. You should receive a call that morning from the delivery driver to provide you with an estimated window of time they expect to arrive. Your delivery appears will be performed out of the Longview, TX (store 594) location. Should you need to reschedule, you may reach out to me here or you may also call that store at (903) 757-9212.
Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns about your delivery.
    Best regards,

  • Delivery quantity copy

We are maintaining a forecast schedule on SD scheduling agreement. When transaction VL10a is run it shows the delivery schedule for delivery creation. When the delivery is created in from the transaction slecting a perticulat line, the delivery quantity is copied from scheduling agreement line item and not from forecast delivery schedules.
e.g the line item on SD scheduling agreement have quantity 50. and the forecast schedule on the agreement is as follows
    4/15/2010  qty. 3
    4/20/2010 qty   5
4/25/2010 qty. 3 and so on
When the transaction VL10a is run for dates till 4/15/2010, the item with qty. 3 is shown for delivery creation. when the item is slected and delivery is created, the quantity on delivery is 50 ( the entire item quantiry).
Let me know what settings needs to be done so that the quantity is same as on forecast delivery schedule line.
    Thank you
    Shrikant
