Scheduling Agreement with Delivery Orders

Hi,
When i create (LZM)scheduling agreement(Qty 10) with Delivery orders, when i create deklivery schedule
ie
Date                Qty
25.10.2008      1
26.10.2008      1
27.10.2008      1
in MD04 for that particular material i can see only requirement for cumulative Qty i.e. 3, &  PP guy is not able to create planned order for those dates unless i create delivery Order(TAM) for the same
whats the solution for this?
Regards,
Amol.

Hi Suresh
The *** issued qty gets updated when the PGI for the delivery happens. There is a field called *** received by customer and it gets updated when customer sends the *** back in the 830 or 862 as the case may be.
The difference between the *** issued and the *** recieved is always shown in transit.
If you do not want the schedule line to be opened up, then in *** recd change it to the *** issued or ideal option is populate the last delivery PGI'd on the delivery number field next to *** recd field. Hope this helps and let me know if you need any more informataion

  • Dates and quantities copied from Scheduling Agreement to Delivery Order

    Hi everybody,
we're experiencing a problem with copying control for dates/quantities between Scheduling Agreement and Delivery Order.
If we define a Forecast Delivery Schedule with more lines/dates into a Scheduling agreement, when I create a Delivery Order with reference to a specific date the system always copies the first forecast delivery schedule date, disregardful the date specified in the selection criteria for delivery creation and with the fact that this could have already been carried out.
    Here's an example:
Forecast Delivery Schedule into Scheduling agreement:
    (Date) 12.03.07   (Quantity)  10 TO
    (Date) 13.03.07   (Quantity)  12 TO
    (Date) 14.03.07   (Quantity)  15 TO
When delivery has to be created with reference to Scheduling Agreement, the system doesn't about the date specified in selection parameters (e.g. 14.03.07) and copies the quantity of the first forecast delivery schedule line (10 TO).
Does anybody knows how to maintain Copying Control for dates and quantities between Scheduling agreement to Delivery Order?
    Thank you!

  • Scheduling agreements with delivery schedule  - Deviation tolerance

    Hi,
Within sales order document "Scheduling agreements with delivery schedule" (LZ) it is possible to enter deviation tolerances (e.g. deviation in quantity) manually for each single item line.
Does anybody know, if it is also possible to set up firm tolerance groups with assignment to customer / material, which are copied automatically into item lines of scheduling agreements?
    Thank you for your assistance.

  • Scheduling agreement with Delivery and Periodic billing

    Hi Gurus
Can anybody suggest the process if available, having scheduling agreement -
    delivery --- and periodic billing.
    Thanks
    MM

    Hi there,
Is is possible. Define a scheduling aggrement with mentioning the required delivery dates. This will convert as schedule lines.
When the item is due, delivery will be created.
Define a periodic billing type & assign it to your billing type. Define the validity period for your periodic billing.
Make sure you define the copy controls from delibery - invoice.

  • Delivery from sales scheduling agreement with one item per schedule line

    Hi all,
I have a sales scheduling agreement where the same part number has 3 different JIT schedule lines and I need to create a delivery with 3 item lines: every item line of the delivery has to be referred to one schedule line of the scheduling agreement.
When I create the delivery with transaction VL10E it has only one item line and its quantity is the sum of the 3 schedule lines of the sales scheduling agreement.
I've tried to change the customizing of the User Role, choosing the Split Schedule Line = 2 ("One item per schedule line") but the delivery is created again with only one item line.
How can I solve this issue?
    Thanks in advance for reply

    Dear Alex
The SAP standard behaviour is that all schedule items with delivery date in the past have to be rescheduled anyway to one date and are combined therefore.
Partially this behaviour can be influenced in VL10* by 2 parameters in
the user role : Split per sched.line and Rule (delivery qty).
Please find below informations about these different parameters
"Split per sched.line propose you 3 Rule for creating one delivery item
per schedule line. In a delivery list in item view with multiple
schedule lines, you can decide for the same document item whether you
want to generate one delivery item per schedule line or whether you want
to deliver the cumulated quantity of the last schedule lines selected.
About rule for delivery quantity, the following rules are currently
    implemented:
    1. No cumulation
The open schedule line quantity to be delivered is the quantity at which
    the list line is delivered.
    2. Sum of all open schedule line quantities to be delivered that fall
before the chronologically latest date in the to field (following the
Deliv. creation date field) of the selection criteria.
    3. Sum of all open schedule line quantities to be delivered whose
delivery creation date falls within the selection time frame (between
the dates in the Deliv. creation date and to fields, respectively),
making the calculation of the quantity to be delivered consistent with
selection criteria. However, calculationof the quantities delivered with
the order's schedule line quantities is not affected."
    Hope this helps.

  • Contract , scheduling agreement and service order

    Hi all,
Can anybody tell me about the contract scheduling  agreement and when we can suggest our client to go for schedule or contract agreement ?
    Pls tell me elaborately .
Also Pls explain me about service order and when can i go for service order . whether it is restricted to AMC ?
    Pls explain me elaborately.
pls explain me steps for creating contract or scheduling agreement and service order..........................
    points to be rewarded.
    Regards,
    Girish.

    Hi,
Contract is outline purchasing agreement where you have a contract with the vendor, may be a for a predetermined quantity or predefined value. So everytime you need the matl,  you need to make PO ref the contract asking for the delivery of the matl. In such instance when PO is ref with contract its called contract release orders or call off orders. So Process are ME01, ME11, ME31K with aggnrement type, ME51,ME21 & MIGO,
Scheduling agreement is a long term purchase agreement, where you will keep issuing the delivery schedules whenever there is a change in requirement or at predetermined time intervals. The delivery schedule can be on hour/daily/weekly/monthly basis. SA is also an agreement with the vendor for the supply of matl, may be a quanity or value. The delivery dates will be maintained in ME38 ref the SA which are called delivery schedules. So you can maintain the delivery schedule and communicate the vendor on Forecase basis or JIT basis. And when you need some more matl then will only create SA deliveries using ME38. SA could be of 2 types:- without release documentation-system will transmit the delivery info to the vendor once you save the document.
With release documentation- after creating the delivery schedules you need to create SA release using ME84.So Process are ME01, ME11, ME31K with aggnrement type, ME38 & MIGO,
Service order or service PO is created with item Category "D" and an account assignment category as per ur requirement. U can not enter ur material here only u have to maintain short text of material. Example: You want to clean the boiler and u given contract to your Vendor. Vendor sends quotation mentioning that Rs.100/hr/Man head. Now how you will measure the cleaning activities of furnace? You can pay to contractor based on the hourly basis/ man head spent in cleaning activities. So in this case create the Purchase Order mentioning "Cleaning" in the short text in Item overview(Acc assignment ' K' or “C” or “P” and Item category 'D) and item details " Man Head" Service No , Gross price - Rs.100.00 and unit - hour ( or pick from Service master) and Quantity-number of hours spent by all man head.
The steps to create Service PO are:
    1) Maintain Item Category as D & account assignment such as cost center “K”or slaes order”C”
    2) Keep material code field blank.
    3) Enter description of service & other fields in the PO Item Overview level. Press Enter.
    4) System will prompt you to maintain services at Item Level. Maintain your service master number / service description & other fields (quantity / rate /)
    5) Save the PO.

  • Finding of materials in scheduling agreement with more than 150 lines

    Dear Experts,
we are in need to find materials in scheduling agreement with more than 150 lines. In standard SAP, materials can be searched only based on item Nos. is there a way we can search by material in ME38. also we noticed that find icon is greyed out in ME38.
    Please suggest.
One more request is, to create an uplaod program for maintaining delivery schedules for multiple SAs.
please sugegst if this is feasible.

I am also curious if anyone has found a solution to this problem.
We routinely have scheduling agreements that are hundreds of line items. Users find it difficult to find the line item they wish to work with. It would be helpful if we could search by material number or sort the line items by material.
As Raghavendra mentioned (ctrl+F) functionality is not available in ME33L or ME38.
    Thanks.

  • Scheduling agreement - Direct delivery

    Hi,
I am currently facing a challange where I have create a schedule agreement with a vendor who is providing raw materials directly to a subcontractor. My goal is to be able to do goods receipt using mvt 101 o and have the materials stored on a "Material provided to Subcontractor"-Storage loaction.
I am not able to create a Source list in the Vendor MRP area, but only in the plant MRP Area
    I have done as follows:
Create a MRP area type 03-Vendor with ref to the subcontractor vendor number
Assigned the raw material to the MRP Area
Create a Scheduling agreement with out ret to any storage locations
When running MRP the schedule lines are created in plant MRP area ant NOT in the vendor MRP Area.
Please let me know how to assign a vendor MRP area in the source list.
    Thanks again for your help.
    Anders

    Hello,
I've got a similar problem except that I don't manage MRP area for this specific plant. I would like that at GR the goods are received directly at the subcontractor's site in the stock provided to vendor (101 O).
    For this :
    - I have created the Scheduling agreement  (LPA type) with delivery address flagged in item.
    - The source list is fixed to the vendor with Scheduling agreement number and item (and same start date and finish date as in the contract).
    - The material master has all information to let the schedule lines to be generated (lot size and planning calendar).
=>  When I run the MRP it generates purchase requisitions instead of schedule lines, when the SC vendor is flagged in scheduling agreement.
When the SC vendor is not flagged in scheduling agreement, it works perfectly.
Is it a matter of customizing, or is there any other parameter to set ?
Thanks a lot for your help,
    Regards,
    Anna.

  • Scheduling Agreement with Kanban

I was looking in to the forum and as per my understanding FRC and JIT schedule, On the days on which the next FRC date (1st. Monday in the month) or the next JIT date (Monday each week) is reached, scheduling agreements with the above profile settings are selected and SA releases (delivery schedules to be issued to the vendor) created (because the next creation date has been reached).
In my case I like to aggregate the requirment daily and send to the vendor end of everyday .What setting I need to do and what will be the process.I am using this functionality with KANBAN.
    thanks in advance

    Eduardo,
We already decided to use Kanban with Scheduling agreement. We have some MRO parts which we move from one Main storage location to another storage location in production area and once someone will scan the main storage location and if  it hits the reorder point it will generate the external scheduling agreement to the vendor. If we have agreement for different parts with same vendor it will combine all the parts in one scheduling agreement and the other thing business want send these scheduling agreement to vendor on the same day not in 14 days or once in a week.
Please let me know how what I have to do to achieve this functionality and we are using LPA agreement.
    Thanks

  • Scheduling Agreement with LPA

    Hi,
I am trying to generate schedule lines and release them to delivery schedules with doc type LPA.
I have done the settings in MRP2 view and done the settings in source list, info record and scheduling agreement.
I have created and Plnd Independent requirements in MD61 and executed the planning run in MD02 but unable to create schedule lines.
Could you please advise me if i am missing any settings or config's.
I wan to know how the zones work with LPA and how the whole cycle and the functions available with LPA.
    Responses will be highly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Mittu G

    hi
These are the Prerequisites befor you go on to SA with release
Scheduling agreement releases (FRC and JIT schedules) can only be generated for scheduling agreements with release documentation (in the standard system, document type LPA).
(In the standard system, the Release docu. indicator is selected for document type LPA in Customizing for Purchasing under
Scheduling Agreement -> Define Document Types.)·
If you wish to work with JIT delivery schedules, the JIT schedule indicator must be set in the material master record (Purchasing or MRP 2 view) and the Additional data of the scheduling agreement item.
You create SA releases by means of the Purchasing menu via
    Scheduling agreement -> Create release
Choose release type ->FRC and JIT delivery schedulesSelect scheduling agreements - Specification of plant
Scope of selection- Changed or next date
Creation- According to strategy in profile, Tolerance check active
On the days on which the next FRC date (1st. Monday in the month) or the next JIT date (Monday each week) is reached, scheduling agreements with the above profile settings are selected and SA releases (delivery schedules to be issued to the vendor) created (because the next creation date has been reached).
    Reward points if useful
    Thanks & Regards
