Scheduling agreements with time-independent cond are not supported - Error

Hi All
Processing IDOC IDOC_INPUT_PURSAG_CREATE for schedule agreements.
the BAPI BAPI_SAG_CREATE is being called internally to create schdule agreements.
I am using this BADI ME_PROCESS_OUT_CUS to update the field EKKO-STAKO for time dependent condition.
I need to update the value EKKO-STAKO = 'X' inorder to get IDOC posted.
The value 'X' which I update in this class is not getting populated in the subsequent include LMEOUTP07.
I am using this class IF_EX_ME_PROCESS_OUT_CUST~OPEN to update the field EKKO-STAKO. This is the class which is getting triggered before the below mentioned error code.
Pgm Code:
    IF l_context->header_new->header-stako IS INITIAL.
system supports documents with master conditions only!
      mmpur_message_forced 'E' 'MEOUT' '019'
                      l_context->header_new->header-bsart '' '' ''.
      re_valid = mmpur_rule_invalid.
    ENDIF.
It wld be helpful if anyone suggest to update this field.

I haven't suggested a solution yet. I want to know whether you still get the messages while Time Machine is disabled. Do you? If so, try any or all of the solutions proposed in this thread:

Error message: URL's with the type "file:" are not supported. I get this pop-up twice each time I enter Safari and Mail.

Everytime I go into Mail and/or Safari, I receive a pop-up the states "There was a problem connecting to the server. URL's with the type "File:" are not supported. The pop-up comes up twice each time and I have to click "ok" to close them. Only started after install of OS Lion 10.7. Any one else have this and is there a solution. It is just plain irrating that is does this each time I check my mail or go on the internet. Thanks!

i have a new macbook pro 13" and every 6 minutes or so it pops up a window that says "there was a problem connecting to the server. URLS with the type 'file' are not supported". it never seems to cause any problems but is supremely annoying. how can i make this come to an end?

I tried someone's solution of taking another external disc and plugging it in, then when it showed up and time machine asked if I wanted to use it or that someone might be trying to trick me, I chose not use it. Then I shut down my computer, plugged in the original Lacie, and rebooted the computer and all seems to work fine now-- the Lacie appears on my desktop and all seeems to be in working order. Who knows why or anything else,- as weird as it gets- but for now things seemed fixed--- maybe others can try this too-- it worked for me so far.

I have just upgraded to Mountain Lion from Leopard, but now I keep getting this message when I open some web-pages and every time I wake the Mac up after going to sleep. For some odd reason I get it in Swedish sometimes (installed language) and some times in English...

You're ignoring context. On the old Apple Discussion Groups I never posted replies like that, instead giving people relatively detailed answers. Actually, in my case, turning off Time Machine didn't work. I had the same problem. We definitely traced it to Time Machine. The "Fix" was this: plugged in and designated different external HD as Backup volume. Then unplugged it and plugged in the original disc (after testing in in a different machine) and now the computer recognized it and error message stopped popping up. The Apple tech was as puzzled as I as to why this worked, but perhaps, forcing the machine to re-recognize it (or maybe even, gettting it recognized by a different machine first) somehow worked some magic.

I recently upgraded to OSX 10.7 and it has been operating faultlessly ever since, other then this one small problem that keeps popping up.
This message appears, I press OK, the message then appears again for the second time, I press OK and it goes away. This happens every few hours and is not limited to any particular applications, e.g using Safari only.
I have verified and repaired Disk Permissions using Disk Utility incase it was a broken permission from the upgrade, however the message has still been appearing.
The basics of my setup are as below:
Any help in solving this annoyance would be greatly appreciated!

I checked incase this had been the problem however my homepage contained no invalid url file (see below).
Strangely though, while I was in Safari preferences this prompt appeared.
So I changed Safari to open in 32-bit mode instead of 64-bit mode and so far I havent had the 'problem connecting to server' message appear.
Fingers crossed this is the end of it!
EDIT: False alarm...still getting the message.
