Scheduling information won't show

I did a search for a character in the schedule and all the information in the other scenes disappeared. (Case number 0212026031.) I chatted with Adobe Support and they sent me to the phone line. I called the phone number and selected that they call me back in 25 minutes, which they did but it was a robo call and I have now been on hold for an additional 25 minutes and they haven't picked up. I feel that I am completely getting the run-around and am very disappointed in Adobe Story. I will probably spend the rest of the day purchasing and learning Movie Magic Scheduling and Budgeting. Adobe Story is neither reliable in product or support. Wish you could have been there for me. I really wanted to make your pipeline work for my film.

When you search for a string in schedule, it shows all the scenes containing that string ( and hide the other scenes). When you clear the search, all the scenes are back.
We also have a request in out backlog around search where the users would like to see all scenes and the expectation is to only highlight the searched string in the view. We will be working on it soon. Is this what you need ?

My phone does show up on windows when I plug it inbut not in iTunes. I've tried everything that it says to do under support as well as uninstalling itunes and reinstalling it but it still won't show up. Is anyone having the same issue? Ringtone won't show up in 'Tones' tab?

I created a ringtone on the Myxer app and followed the app's instructions on how to add the ringtone to my desktop on my computer. I have done this many times before and never had a problem. When the ringtone is on my desktop, it is in the m4r format. I go to 'Tones', 'File', 'Add To Library' and select the tone I want, but it does not show up with my other ringtones. The ringtone will show up with all of my music instead. I looked at the information of my ringtone and it says that the file format and kind is a ringtone, so I am confused as to why it won't show up with my others? I am doing everything the same as I have done before. I also tried adding the ringtone to 'Tones' by double-clicking the ringtone on my desktop and by clicking and dragging it to 'Tones', but it will still show up in 'Music'.
I have iTunes 12.0.1 and a Macbook Pro with OS X Yosemite, version 10.10.1.

Hi Sarah, try to go to edit -> Preferences -> Click on the Tones Checkbox click ok and you will be able to see the tones in your library. Hope this helps.

Won't show certain bands in artist category

I have this problem where some of my music won't show up under the artist category and i am not sure why. It can be listed that way in iTunes but not on my iPod. Any thoughts?

It could be that you have inadvertently imported these CDs into iTunes as part of a compilation. If so, the artists won't show in the artists menu on the iPod.
To check, highlight the tracks on one of the offending artists CDs in iTunes, right click and select "get info". This brings up a multiple song info window, and from there you can check if you have 'yes' in the box marked "part of a compilation".
If you have, select 'no' instead and click 'ok'. Do this with any CD that has this issue. This will alter the info in iTunes, and you should then connect your iPod and synchronize the changes.
The problem arises because the information contained on the Gracenote CD Data Base (where iTunes gets all it's album/artist/track info from), is sometimes incorrect. It can show CDs as compilations when in fact they are not.
You should also check that the songs have album name info in their ID tags.

Once you add a second album name for that artist even for a single song, ALL the rest of the songs should now show up under that artist, even those without album names.
Providing the spelling for the artists is exactly the same of course.

Spry Menu Bar Submenu won't show in Safari or Dreamweaver LiveView

I am trying to get my submenu to show up on my website's spry menu bar. It will show up when I test the site using firefox or IE but it won't show when I try LiveView in Dreamweaver or when I test using Safari. The site is www.fuseut.com/fuse

Don't use reserved words in JS
var event = new Spry.Data.XMLDataSet("events.xml", "catalog/event", {sortOnLoad: "date", sortOrderOnLoad: "descending"});
event is such a reserved word. If you change this to event1 then all is well.

Songs won't show on iphone5 but itunes on Mac says they are there.

On my iTunes on my Mac it shows that there are songs and playlists on my iphone (both when usb plugged in and on wifi) but on the actual device they won't show. Only about 10 songs show up. There is plenty of storage space on the device and they were there before but disappeared after an update. I've tried re-syncing and dragging them over manually but nada. Some of the playlists show but are empty on the device. Any ideas? Thanks.

It sounds like you may want to try restoring your phone and then re-syncing the content from your computer to see if the information will show up after that procedure. Information on doing that can be found right here:

My iphone 4 won't show up in iTunes after installing snow leopard

My iPhone 4 won't show up after snow leopard has been installed. I just updated iTunes to 10.5.3 (3). the Macbook pro does recognize the device in iPhoto and I can sync the photos. But no connection is made with iTunes. I've read something about it on the support forums, but I'm not sure what to do for fear of losing data either on my phone or on iTunes. Can you help?

Preloader in Captivate won't show up in Firefox (It does in IE7)

I got a problem using the preloader in Captivate.
I exported the file with a preloader (one of the Captivate preloader not one of my own). The preloader is set to 40% (but same happens using 20% and 100%)
If i have a look at the file in Internet Explorer the preloader shows shortly, then the eLearning starts. Fine.
In Mozilla Firefox (Version 3.5.1) the Preloader won't show up, problem is: In Firefox the eLearning needs a bit more time to load, so here it would be necessary to show the preloader. I just see the empty screen and then after some seconds the eeLearning starts.
I haven't found any information about this. Flashplugin is the same in both browser. (Latest 10.0.22.87)
OPERA behaves exactly like Mozilla FIrefox, no preloader is shown, longer loading times
Has anybody a solution for this?
Where is Captivate storing the Information about the preloader (Percentage, File of preloader) I can't find anything in the html file.

I have similar problems. However, to confuse matters, it is just the other way round: My preloader works in Firefox 3 but not in IE 6!
This problem appeared only after upgrade to Captivate 4. Unfortunately not solution/explanation yet.

Artists won't show up?

When I go to the artist menu on my iPod classic 80gb, some of the artists don't show up. Their songs are still there though because I can get to them from the album and song menus. Why?

2 podcast list, right one won't show to sync with iPhone

I synced my iPhone 4 with my MacBook today. I havn't done that in quite some time. I now have 2 Podcasts list (I didn't notice a second one there before today) and the 2nd/new one only has 1 of my podcasts listed in it. My other Podcast list has all my things in it, but it won't show up on my Phone when I try to fix the settings of what I want to sync. And all of those have been removed from my Phone so all my Phone shows now is the one. What's happened? How to I delete the extra podcast list and get the right one to show up to sync with my Phone? Thanks.
MacBook running SnowLeopard and iTunes 10.5.1

Sorry, I left out an important piece of information. My calendar syncs to my iPhone through MobileMe, not by syncing it to iTunes.
- I logged into MobileMe but all it shows me is the page with all of the account settings (personal info, account info, password, etc.). I can't see anything in all of the account options that relates to this. I am not able to migrate anywhere other than this account settings page.
- The calendar that won't sync to my iPhone shows up on the "Subscriptions" list in iCal (this is what I meant by an "external" calendar).

Howdy carpetjim,
When you change the folder location like that, it changes where new songs and media are stored. To actually load the library you need to do this:
Steps to create or choose a different iTunes Library file
If iTunes is running, quit iTunes.
If you are using Windows, hold down the Shift key and from the Start menu and choose All Programs > iTunes > iTunes.
If you are using the Mac, open iTunes and immediately hold down the Option key.
You should see one of the following screens:
Additional information
If you do not see one of the screens above, then you did not hold the correct key at the correct time. You may want to try again. Note that if you pinned iTunes to the Start menu programs, and open it that way, it may not work.

Ipod 5 Won't Show Music Can Someone Please Help?

I have an ipod 5 with ios 7.1 and it won't show any of my music when i open the app. It "synced" it from my computer but under device in itunes instead of music all of it is under "other". When i went to my usage in settings under music it said "no data" i really need my music but none of it ahows up and it takes up space so i can't put anything else in it since i have a good 23 GB of music that's all corrupt or something. I even tried reseting my ipod and restoring it but when i put the music in my ipod it did the same thing. It let's me sync music to other devices just not mu ipod

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync/delete all music and resync
To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

What id shows in Settings > iTunes & App Store ? If it's the old one then tap on it and log out of it and then log in with the updated version
