Scheduling Maintainance plan

.I created a maintainance plan, single cycle plan , cycle duration 1 day for 10 days
I schedule it , system created plans for all days but mainatinance call only for the first day
i tried dead line monitoring , there also it created miantainance call only for 1st day.
Please suggest wat i shud do to have calls also created for all 10 days

Is it means that, for a maint plan,
Cycle Length: 1month
Scheduling period: 1 Year
& i want all calls should be called immediately after scheduling. In this case I need to provide,
Interval for Call Object = 1 Year (ie. Scheduling Period)
so that we can get all calls get scheduled for the Scheduling period of 1 Year.

Hi,
I am using repetetive manufacturing. I have maintained Forward scheduling in transaction OPU5 and selected the selection ID 02 for rate routing for detailed and rate based scheduling.
Planned orders are created from MRP. When I check the planned order deatails, in the Det.Scheduling tab it shows scheduling type Forward and in the Production rates tab it shows backward scheduling. I have maintained Forward scheduling in OPU5. So the production rates tab shows different scheduling type. How?
can any one explain this.

How to create Maintainance Plan Which occur every year For particular time duration

Hello
I want to create Maintenance Plan which will take full backup Daily Between 1st Oct to 30 July every year.
Meance plan should execute Only between 1st oct to 30 July every year, It should take backup Daily basis.
I have seen in sql server we can create Maintainance Plan But If I set Start Date & end Date then after that End Date the plan will never work.
So Is it possible to setup Maintenance Plan which will occur every year between 1st Oct to 30 July?
Can you please suggest me some Way for it?

I can not get the roles to make it enable like
By default, members of the sysadmin fixed server role can execute this stored procedure. Other users must be granted one of the following SQL Server Agent fixed database roles in the msdb database:

SQLAgentOperatorRole

Only members of sysadmin can modify a schedule owned by another user."
I am using sa user to login Which is Part of sysadmin But in new query I get error that sp_update_schedule not found.
I try to add role to sa But Not getting that role.
Can you please explain me how to do it?

Get latest order for a scheduled maintenance plan

Hi experts,
I have a requirement where i have to get the order id for a scheduled Maintenance plan.My scenario is explained as below:
A maintenace plan is scheduled and as a result of it an order will be created automatically by system. Now i have to write a Report program which will be running daily and this report has to pick only those order which are NOT complete and these order will come from the above scheduled maintenance plan.
Therefore i have to pick incomplete order based on scheduled maintenance plan.Any idea how to achieve this requirement?
In case of any doubt please let me know.

I need a BAPI which can take Maintenance Plan as input and it can return the latest created incomplete order which is created due to scheduling of Maintenance Plan.

A place to maintain planned downtime

Hi all, are there any SAP standard functionality to maintain planned downtime? In Solution Manager? Another central place in the SAP landscape?
Users should be able to see when the system will be unavailable, and get warnings or messages before the system is down. Do I have to create a table and abap programs/function modules for this?
I need a place for external and internal partners to look up and check when the system will be down.

EVen though multiple delivery schedule maintained in PO (third party sale scenario) during GR it is taking only main schedule with full qty.. kindly let me know the reasons for the same,

Collective scheduling for planned order

Dear Gurus,
i create the planned order using the bapi standard whit the production version , but when create the new planned order the version don't is read in the order, ( BOM + ROUTING ) OF THE version.
For read the production version you must reschedulling the planned order.
Are there the methods for read the production version at the creation of the panned order ,
or the strument for rescheduling collctive?

Dear Gurus,
thanks for indication of the material master, but we don't always manage the versions of productions.
For the production order there are the routing without the production versions, but when i create whit the bapi or whit the transaction MD11 the new planned order manually i need setting the production version , but when i setting the version for the find the version ( bom+routing) i must re-scheduling the planned order.
Are there the BAPI or alternative soluction for re-scheduling the planned order collective, or for read directly the version present in the BAPI ?

Have you registered MsDtsSrvrUtil.dll and SqlTaskConnections.dll as well? If no, I suggest you register “DTS.dll”, “MsDtsSrvrUtil.dll”, “SqlTaskConnections.dll” using register32.exe.
If the version of an instance of SQL Server 2008 R2 is earlier than SQL Server 2008 R2 SP2, as Shanky suggested, you may obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft SQL Server. For more information, click the following article number to view the article

Scheduling of planned order and Production order

Dear PP gurus,
I have run MRP , after running MRP, system has created planned order. These planned order dates are schedule by the system in 2015....I am not able to understand. how? . When i double click on
planned order order and try to convert it in production order those dates get copied into production order.
DO i need to change the dates thr? or keep the same dates which the system is giving>
I m going wrong somewhere. please tell me where and   what is config for scheduling for planned order and production order?
Please tell me step by step procedure

FOr scheduling production order , i have configured below settings in OPU3
In OPU3 ,
Detail scheduling tab
Scheduling and Generate cap req tab is checked.
then
adjust scheduling , adjust dates tab,    : adjust basic dates , adjust dep , reqt to operation date is selected
scheduling type is backward.,
Automatic scheduling tab is checked.
In OPU5
Scheduling of PLanned order
Scheduling and Generate cap req box is checked (selected)
Adjust scheduling
Sheduling level: via detail scheduling
adjust dates:     adjust basc dates , adjust dep reqt , req to operation dates
For capacity scheduling ; always basic dates, dep reqts to operation dates
scheduling type ; backwards
apart from this do i need to do update ca96/ ca97?

This will impact on the other reciepts and only during MRP rescheduling happens.
But also have a check the FM that Mr.Brahmankar has suggested.

Scheduling agreement planning in APO

Hi,
Currently I am planning in APO (SCM 5.1) and have scheduling agreement (type - APO Sch. Agree.)
Planning run created - Schedule lines and using transaction - /SAPAPO/PWBSCH1, create release.
Then I went to external procurement master data and clicked on SA release and executed Schedule line.
I could see it green.
But if I check ECC, I don't see Schedules lines in agreement.
Do let me know if I am missing any steps or any configuration which I might have missed.
In the "Partner" tab within external procurement master data, I changed medium to "XML" and can see one failed IDOC.
How scheduling lines are released from APO to ECC? is it not standard "pulbication of planning result"

Thanks for all your replies, mentioned settings are already maintained and I did check all the queques for any error.
OLTP transfer setting is also maintained as immediate..so I don't need to transfer change pointers through report, as it should immediately be transferred to ECC.
My question is: We have report - create release (transaction - /SAPAPO/PWBSCH1) to release scheduling agreement, so I believe for scheduling agreement we need to use above transaction.
It seems to work, as I can see IDOC but its in failed status.
I have following question:
- Does scheduling line release work in a different way than purchase req, in APO. I did test with purchase req and it was immediately transferred to ECC.
Has somebody worked for schedule agreement scenario in APO?
Any insights would be appreciated.

When I am creating a planned order thro MD11 and scheduling it, it is picking only one operation from the routing of the material for which the plnd order is created. What could be the reason for this?

Please check the below ...
Proper relationship is maintained in the routing or not.
Check that the other operation are alternate operations are not.
Check the control key of the operation it is copying in the planned order.
