You can schedule job BBP_GET_STATUS_2 using SA38 transaction by creating a variant. You can assign values to the following fields for the variant
Shopping Carts
Logical System
SCs in Last ... Days
SC Timeframe
Deletion indicator not set
Deletion Indic. not set in BE
Delvry Completed Ind. not set
Delivered Quantity
Invoiced Quantity
Delivered Value
Invoiced Value
Read Item Data First
Memory ID for Export Memory
as per you requirement.

How to schedule the program to run after 5 seconds to execute using JOB_OPEN,JOB_CLOSE,SUB_SUBMIT function modules in which parameter I should give this 5 secnods?

Hi,
You can use the import parameters of function module JOB_CLOSE
SDLSTRTDT & SDLSTRTTM
to pass the required start date and time (respectively) of your background job. That is, if you want the job to be scheduled and start at a fixed time (as in your case 5 seconds in the future), you can determine the start date and time as 5 seconds ahead of sy-uzeit and pass the resultant values to the mentioned importing parameters.

Error scheduling a Program in CMC

I am trying to schedule a program in the CMC. We are on BOXI 31. SP6.
Our SIA runs under a local service account. If I change the SIA to run as Local System and then schedule the program in the CMC and provide the local service account details in the Program Logon section it runs successfully.
If I change the SIA to run under the service account and then reschedule the same job, including the Program Logon details. it fails with the following message 'The Program Objects reported an error while running, but no error code was provided'. Very useful error message!
Has anyone else hit this issue?

In addition to above, kindly try below:
For the Domain User account that used to run the SIA,
In the windows Control Panel, go to
     - user account
     - then Change user account control settings
     - and reduce the security level to Low - Never Notify

Run the program in Background

Hello All,
I have selection screen where i have parameters for programs, classes and filename.
When i give program name and filename and execute. A Popup appears and asks the path for the file to be saved in xml format. This is done through foreground. It is working correctly in foreground and the file saves in xml format in specified location.
I have tried using the JOB Schedule for background but it is not working.
My requirement is to do the same process in background. How can i achieve the same process as foreground for the given programs and classes to save the file in xml format through background process.
Could anybody help me in this issue.

Hello Indrakaran Reddy,
You cannot run the programs which involves the user intervention,pop-up displays etc., in the background mode.
For this, you need to have the file in the application server not on the desktop(presentation server).
Once, your file is in the application server, give the class and path of the file in the selection screen and then save it as a variant.
Then, schedule the program in the background using the transaction SM36.
This is how it works. Hope you understood the concept clearly.

Help with scheduling a program to record from the internet

Recently, I received a message on my tv about a new feature for scheduling programs to be recorded from the internet. So now I'm wondering how you do it. Which website do you go to? I've been to verizon.com and verizon.central.net and did not see anything for it. I have also called customer service but they are having "issues" with their systems. Can somebody please help?

Scheduling the Automatic Payment program

Can we schedule the automatic payment program? If so, how?
The requirement here is that without/limited manual intervention the program should be able to run.

For sure business cant avoid running proposal because they have to make sure that vendors who needs to be paid were not gone into exceptions for various reasons. You can definatley automate the process once proposal is succesfully executed. I am hoping this request is coming from business because they dont want to stay till 8pm for check run. if the checks are printed onsite there is no point in automating it, if the check printing is done off site by some vendor this is how you can automate the process.
you create variants for check printing program RFFOUS_C. For the program run date you have to create variant varibale so that it will be updated on daily basis. Proposal Id has to be unique for each company code. Ask business to run proposal with the same Id which you specify in the variant. I am not going in detail about further selections.
Create a batch job and schedule to run on the day and time you wanted. once the job is succesfully executed a spool will be generated and the checks can be printed.

/SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 program is not working correctly if we run the program for range of material and plant wise

Hi APO Experts,
In our project, we have received more sales order inconsistencies which is not clearing by CCR program and it is clearing by program /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 with option as Build Reqmts from Doc. Flow, So We have decided to schedule the background job on daily basis for program /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 with option as Build Reqmts from Doc. Flow, performing the testing in our quality system and observed the below strange behavior.
When I am running the program /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 with Range of products and some location range with option as Build Reqmts from Doc. Flow, in Background job. In output it is suggesting to delete one sales order. If I checked that Sales order in ECC, it is for an different location, that is not part of my selection and the order is open. In MD04 the Qty is showing 1 ( as per sales order) but in APO RRP3 view the order qty is showing Zero. I have run the CCR, it is coming in different in content and if I push, the different is not going to APO.
I have tried running the program /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 with plant which is mentioned in that sales order with option as Build Reqmts from Doc. Flow, in Background job , it is suggesting this sales order under update option correctly.
Can you please help me understand why it is behaving differently like the location is not part of my selection and why it is suggesting the wrong action. And also whether is it advisable to run the /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 with option as Build Reqmts from Doc. Flow at plant range and material range in background job.

It sounds to me like the sales document records in the OLTP and in APO were created at different times. This is common in Dev and Qual environments when the systems are commonly created at two different times, and each was a copy of an existing system that contained sales data. The order number you see in //rrp3 is somewhat irrelevant; system generally uses the guid for many activities.
FYI during Dev and Qual refreshes, if you are copying from a production environment that contains data, it is always best to create the OLTP and SCM images at the same time, and to copy them both to the Dev and Qual systems at the same time. If you don't do this, you are faced with the additional tasks associated with getting the copied systems back into synch.
If this is Dev or Qual, I suggest that you just completely wipe out all sales orders in APO and rebuild them using the CIF.
If this is a mature production environment, the only time I have ever seen this issue is due to improperly created CIF enhancements. Speak to your developers to find the root cause, and correct this problem. Then, wipe out all sales orders and rebuild with CIF.

I want to schedule concurrent program for every one hour from back end .
Example
1) xyz is the concurrent program that should run for every one hour with a parameter 111 and the SAME concurrent program that
should run every 2 hours with a different parameter like 222.
I mean Conc prog should run for different parametrs with a different scheduling..
Please guide me to solve the issue.

Here the issue was concurrent program is completing with a warning like
Resubmission of request 75588551 has been cancelled.

How do I give the program time to write to a JTextArea field

Hi,
I created a swing application which listens for user input with a simple button that starts a whole process of reading database records, looping the records, writing files to a file system etc.
What I would like to do, is to present the user of the application with regular feedback on how far the program is in the overall execution of this big task.
something like:
- file a.pdf moved
- file b.gif moved
etc..
I write these line of text to a JTextArea control in my main panel.
I know the routines work, as feedback from the other controls are posted without problems in the JTextArea.
In a previous life (...those days) I did some work with .Net, and with something similar I learned that sometimes the application needs some time to "catch up" to be able to write to an UI component, by sleeping the thread for a second after each pass.
However, Thread.sleep(1000) does not seem to do the trick in my swing app.
Any ideas on how to do this?

JTextArea.append() is a thread-safe method, so you can call it and java thread scheduling will do everything for you
I'm not sure what you mean by "catch up", if your GUI stays responsive during your long job, than textArea will be updated.

Item does not match schedule line (program error)

Dear Experts,
I Transaction VA02/VA03 when i put Sales order number and try to get in to the system system through error and terminate the transaction
ERROR is "Item does not match schedule line (program error)" with Message no. V1427
when i check Table level and analyse thr Debuging i found that
Table VBAP line item 10 is missing and table VBEP line item 10 is there due to this miss match its shows above error
Question
Why and How it happen and how to fix this issue???

Dear Expert.
Greetings!
We are currently facing with this error (V1 427 item does not match schedule line (program error) in sap), when we open the sales order(VA02/03).
The error is occurring due inconsistency on the database tables, some Item is in table VBEP, but it is missing from table VBAP. This is what is causing the error message.
I checked various related notes - 442831 , 401463 , 389687 etc . These are quite old notes and I am in release ECC 6.0 .
Report SD_CONSISTENT_CHECK_EXT and SD_CONSISTENT_CHECK are already available.
Bapi BAPI_SD_SALES is also active.
Please let me know if anybody has any idea on the same.
