ScopedBookmarkAgent and AppleIDAuthAgent

Question

Hi, my names is Giuditta.
I have a Mac Book Pro with OS X 10.8.5 - 2.9 Ghz Intel Core i7 - 8 GB 1600 Mhz DDR3
My HD is 750 GB capable with 480 GB vacant.
My problem is:
My keychain password ask me a password even if don't need.
The request window comes from ScopedBookmarkAgent and AppleIDAuthAgent.
Do you know what this is?
I'm not connected to internet
I temporary work in a office where there is server, but i'm not connected with LAN cable or wefi.
I work without problem with all the programs but somethimes somethings stange happen: the macbook pro stop to work, everythigs stuck and i nedd to force restar.

I started having this problem in the past week.
I noticed that at the login screen, AppleIDAuthAgent wanted me to unlock the login keychain. Then I was requested to log-in to iCloud repeatedly. 
This occurred even before I was logged in!
I figured out that iTunes helper was installed into my Root account as a log-in item by the last iTunes update.
This was the cause of the problem.
At the log-in screen, Root gets automatically logged in by the system when you start the Mac.  You usually have no access to this unless you activate the Root account - which has access to absolutely everything in your system.
Since iTunes helper was installed as a log-in item in the Root account by the last iTunes update, iTunes helper was being activated by the Root account even before I log-in to my own account. 
The Root account is the one asking me to unlock my login keychain so iTunes helper can connect to Apple's iCloud iTunes server.  This is why it also wanted me to log-in to iCloud.  And this occurs even before logging into my account!
I removed iTunes helper as a log-in item in my Root account (after logging in as Root).  This solved the problem.
I can also deactivate access to the Root account so that future iTunes updates don't litter the log-in items of every active account with iTunes helper.
