SCORE HISTORY in Scorecard ( KPI Details ), need explaination!

Details:
In Scorecard > KPI Details > Score History:
In the Score History there are there latest month comparisons include the current standing month.
Questions:
1. How the TREND of this three month get compare to each others?
2. Why the left two months TREND indicator always show DOWN while the current month TREND show correct?

Hello,
I will try and answer the questions that you have.
1. What you are calling the trend indicators are actually the gap performance trend indicators. They don't directly compare to each other, but reflect the three month trend of the gap performance number as calculated in the KPIxxx_trddev measure in the model. The standard formula that we use is a moving average of the KPIxxx_tardev mesaure, which is calculated over three months. This value is then compared to the Trend Down and Trend Up values specified for the KPI in question. So the three gap performance trend indicators show the trend of the gap performance in the last three periods.
2. The left two values of the gap performance indicator should not always show down, although there was a problem in this area in some of the older versions of the software. I believe that this was addressed somewhere around SM 7.0 SP3 or SP4. Either way, if you upgrade to the most recent support package for the version that you are running, the problem should be resolved.

That actually depends on the third party system you are having,like you are having file,mail,jdbc etc.And from adapter parameters you can understand what all features and parameters are required from the XI side.

Yes, you can have single sign on enabled on multiple essbase servers,
It works like using single userid and password across mulple servers. you can configure essbase server to read from active directory.

Activity Monitor -- Memory. Details Needed.

Could anyone point out what exactly the "Free" and "Inactive" memory spaces are??
I'm running on a 2GB RAM MacBook Pro. I don't run too many mem intensive programs. But quite often the "Free" mem would drop to 100-150 MB. But at that point, the "Inactive" mem would be around 500-600 MB. So what exactly a I looking at? Am I facing a mem crunch?
I'm new to OSX. from my previous experience with Windows OSes, how much ever RAM you give it, the OS will take a huge chunk and then free up as necessary. Is it something like that that I'm looking at over here? Or am I supposed to go for a mem upgrade?
And I know the next question is might be out of place, but, after quite wome time of browsing on Firefox, it seems to take 500+ MB of RAM. Is that normal??

The amount of available RAM for applications is the sum of Free RAM and Inactive RAM. This will change as applications are opened and closed or change from active to inactive status. The Swap figure represents an estimate of the total amount of swap space required for VM if used, but does not necessarily indicate the actual size of the existing swap file. If you are really in need of more RAM that would be indicated by how frequently the system uses VM. If you open the Terminal and run the top command at the prompt you will find information reported on Pageins () and Pageouts (). Pageouts () is the important figure. If the value in the parentheses is 0 (zero) then OS X is not making instantaneous use of VM which means you have adequate physical RAM for the system with the applications you have loaded. If the figure in parentheses is running positive and your hard drive is constantly being used (thrashing) then you need more physical RAM.
It's not abnormal for browsers to eventually use a huge amount of RAM. Use the latest version of your browser that's available. Emptying some of the browsers caches like the History cache will help somewhat, but the best way to recover the memory is to quit then relaunch the browser - or just don't worry about it and put more RAM in your computer.

Find history of concurrent request details

Hi ,
We have 6 concurrent programs scheduled to run everyday at some time.These 6 programs are not releated to each other,all are different programs for different purposes.
Requirement is whenever our auditors want to see the status of these conurrent programs from past 6 months or 1 year we need to give them details like
conc program name,request date,status code of each concurrent program.
We know that for every 30 days all the concurrent programs will be purged.
If i want to achieve the above goal what should I do I mean which from which tables I can get the data for the history.

The doc won't help you. It has queries to access fnd_Concurrent_Requests.
If you run the purge program, the data is gone from the table and your queries won't return data for requests more than a month old.
Your only solution is to create a custom table that mimics fnd_concurrentr_requests and write a custom program that runs daily/weekly (or any frequency that is more than once a month). The custom program will populate your custom table with records from fnd_concurrent_requests.
And when auditors ask, you get data from your custom table.

Skype login history for criminal trial? Need IP Li...

Hello,
I am in a situation where a forged skype message is being used in court as evidence against a close friend of mine. We know the message is fraudulent but we need the skype-ip-login-history in order to prove it.
Is there a legal department or mailing address/instructions for obtaining this information? We have obtained legal counsel to officially request the information, but I can't for the life of me find a way to contact the skype legal/security team to obtain these records.
This is very important- the entire outcome of the case currently rests on whether or not this message was falsified. The login credentials to the account were "saved" on several machines and we believe that using the saved information a 3rd party logged in and sent this message to blow up our entire case. An ip-based login history would prove/disprove this theory.
Can someone point me in the right direction? The Skype "community support" area and FAQs did not offer much help.

you can try sending an email to [email protected], and hope that they can point you to the right direction. however, Skype usually provide possibly sensitive information such as IP address to the proper law enforcement or similar bodies only.

Now the Mac won't automatically connect to the network. Genious Bar fixed my Pro, they said that you have to delete all the history, not just the network name. Yes, so...
I have also closed iTunes, reset network settings on the iPad, then shut down and restarted the iPad. Still, I end up with greyed out rectangular icons for all the movies I've ever streamed from my Mac Mini to my ipad via my home wireless router.
Again, I have watched all the way to the end of the movie, selcted the movie in iTunes and chosen "mark as watched", and then deleted it in ITunes.
Any ideas?

History of login time details

Hello Experts,
Is there any way to get the history of a user when he logged in and logged out of OIM?

OIM will not capture login/last login date & time details.
Hence, getting this type of history is not possible.

There are different steps to be done for that.
1. Create DIP Profile in ODP1 & check the consistency in ODP2 - DIP will be used to bill the customer based on resource (labor & material) usage. Creation of DIP profile has been discussed many times in this forum. Please check.
2. Assign the Quotation document type & Billing type used in DIP profile to your sales area - Your document type should be assigned to your sales organisation, distribution channel & division combination.

activateStateForUndo and passivateStateForUndo are ADF BC functionality, which can be compared to 'middle tier savepoints'. As the inline documentation explains, it is very important that this is done to ensure correct handling of deleted rows. If we would not do that, the end user would not be able to correct his mistake if he tried to delete a row that he was not allowed to delete.
From other posts you made I know that this situation only occurs in a very specific situation for you, namely when you throw a JboException on the 'remove()' method of the EntityImpl.
Before we can investigate this further, we'll need to know which JHeadstart and JDeveloper version you are using, and a description of how we can reproduce this situation in a standard HR application.

First make sure ur BI Datase and Oracle DB version are compatible to extract data.Ask ur basis to install DBSL in BI server if ur BI DB is other than oracle(they get DB manufacturer relevant SAR files from service market place.Once they are Installed shared library and DBSL ask them to make permanent connection with the oracle DB user name and password.Once the coonection estabilished between ur BI DB and Oracle DB you can create datasource on ur ORacle tables and views and extract data to BI.Post back if u need extra help.

First u need to register for SapTeched'08 (U will get details on sdn).For this u hv to contact SAP, Blore ppl. U need to get marketplace user id. After u do this, u will get a confirmation mail giving u a confirmation id as well as a resume format. U have to fill the details and relevant SAP experience in ur resume and mail them.Your confirmation id will be used for furthur communication. Once your resume gets approved u have to send them the exam fees ( ur company will do if they r sponsering u). After this u can register for exam day n date and give the certification.
Hope this helps. This was the procedure for us in SAPTeched'07.
