Scorecard Dashboard Issue

Hi all i am placing an issue in the Score card.
I had created a Scorecard and placed the Strategy Tree, Strategy Map of the Scorecard in the Dashboard.
I had created the Users, Groups and Roles, also assigned the Users to the respective Groups and Roles.
I had set the permissions for the User to view the Scorecard Dashboard where I placed the Strategy Tree, Strategy Maps in the Dashboard.
With the Weblogic User I was able to see the Strategy Tree, Strategy Maps in a diagrammatical representation like the actual view of the Strategy Tree, Strategy Maps.
But when I had login as the User and opened Scorecard Dashboard then the Strategy Tree was displayed in a tabular view in the Hierarchical way, it is not displaying the diagrammatical representation like how the Strategy tree looks like.
I had created users, groups and roles in the Em and Console and trying to login but not able to view the Strategy Tree view in the Dashboard when i login as user.

Hi,
you should load or refresh your query before the compoents load
Queries or connections that are set to Refresh Before Components Are Loaded.
This is the default setting for a query.
If you have any queries or connections set to refresh before components are loaded the Initializing message phase stays up until they have all completed.
for this we can achive with two method
to achieve this while making query check
or in query refresh button or with the help or connection refresh button in there behaviour we can check that option

Bi Dashboards issue works properly some times and after not display pointers data and give un expected error and throw login window

I have toff situation where we deployed bi dashboards in our site and it works some time and some times not,
and some times it keep loading and throw a login window.
works when
we restart performance point service and if not work
we re create secure store service and generated new key and create new pps service application
before that we stopped secure store and pps service using c.a in application server
we are using ssas for datasource to connect from dashboard designer
we have seperate server for ssas dbs
seperate application server running: pps service and secure store service
two web front ends: one of running secure store
1 Domain controller + central admin service running
some times after 4 -5 hours bi dashboards works , we dashboards not display data and throw un expected errors,
also when we try to connect using a dashboard designer from a seperate client machine in same domain ,we have same issue , we unable to connect to ssas datasource server, and if connect some times unable to deploy dashboards.
we tried every thin icreased server time out values in ssas server

SAP BEST PRACTISE BI-Purchasing Volume Dashboard issue

Hello,
I am working on Purchasing Volume Dashboard (from SAP BEST PRACTISE BI package), I adapted Crystal Reports sources of this dashboard so that they connect to our local database and successfully generated the Export.xls, I Imported this Export.xls file into Purchasing Volume Dashboard.xls, added and configured Live Office Connections (ticking"Refresh before components are loaded" for each Live Connections.
The issue is that when I click on PREVIEW the four components (Charts and Scorecard) don't refresh simultaneously.
I have to click once on REFRESH button to have the first component refreshed with data then to click again to have the second component refreshed then click again and again !
I don't understand why those components don't refresh in the same time !!
Did one of you ever encountered this issue ?

Hi,
Make sure your web service URL correct in Live Office connection and also in Xcelsius data manager.
Did you check all connection in refresh button proprties? you may try selecting "Refresh after component are Loaded" in Refresh button properties Behavior tab.
I think Xcelsius refresh are serial refresh so it may be possible that first component refresh is still in progress but you are expecting other component to refresh.
Click on "Enable Load Cursor" in data manager's Usage tab, it will give you visibility of refresh. If anything refreshing you will see hour glass.

I installed Mavericks Recently on my Late 2009 i Mac.
When I go to use Dashboard I get an error. It directs to a web page as detailed below.

MIght be corrupted Dashboard preferences.
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following:
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dashboard.client.plist
Click Go then move the com.apple.dashboard.client.plist file to the Trash.
Restart your Mac then try the Dashboard again.

Live office based dashboard - issue in Exporting to PPT

We're currently developing dashboards on sap bw queries.
The architecture is SAP BW Query->WEBI 4.0 -> LIve OFfice->Dashboard
Everything is working as expected and we're able to execute dashboards on Infoview.
But, there seems to be some issue when we try to export the dashboard to power point.
We get a strange message "Error #2060".
When we export to pdf , it works as expected.
We have implemented all steps required to make the file/folder Trusted :

Aslo , we have updated the crossdomain.xml file in the root folder ,the new crossdomain.xml file is as below:

Sharing My Dashboard issues

I use OBIEE 11.1.1.6.8
I'm an end-user with no administrator knowledge/access to OBIEE. At my business, I had to change my log-in name which affected my ability to share a dashboard.
Under my old login name, the OBIEE system created a 'My Dashboard' which I posted links to several reports/analyses I built. I was able to share this bookmark link with other users. The administrators then transferred all of my reports/analyses under my new log-in name, and now when I go to share the bookmark link of 'My Dashboard', other users get an access denied message.
Any idea what happened?

Dashboard issues on OS v10.8

Since upgrading my OS to v10.8 my Dashboard and buttons work maybe 1 out of 50 times I try. Therefore, I am unable to add or delte any dashboard widgets. Is anyone else having this issue? Is this a bug?

OBIEE 11g: Export to entire dashboard issue

My dashboard contains four pages and each page contains one report.
if I export to entire dashboard then am getting first 25 rows from each report only.
How to get all rows from each report.
Note: Each report contains around 2000 rows. That's why I didn't put display all rows by default.

Hi,
Edit the each dashboard and check Print properties.
1. Edit the Dashboard
2. In Tools select 'Print Options' i.e down to 'Dashboard Properties' option
3. select Print Rows 'All' instead of 'Visible'
4. Now save and export the dashboard.
Now you will be able to export all the data from the dashboard report.

After adding some action box Trabs Group, I can't see my agent dash board anymore. I have checked all the slots. Even after swtiching back to the defualt Action box, I still don't see my dashboard. I'll appreciate your comments and solotion.

CC Dashboard Issue

I'm trying to add a new team member to the dashboard as I have done before. The dashboard seems to work fine with a "pending" status for the team invitation. However, the user never receives an invite and when I re-log back into the dashboard the invite does not exist.

Dashboard issue after installation

Since upgrading to Leopard, I have had only one glaring problem inside of Dashboard. WHen attempting to select a widget, or interact with one, I get the sound byte that informs me I can't perform that action. I can remove any of the widgets, but any other interaction has thus far no occured.

Dashboard ISSUE, blank or white widgets

I've recently upgraded to snow leopard 10.6.1 but dashboard widgets go wrong since then. Some widgets are blank and some are partially white.
Calendar shows only a table without dates. Clock shows arms without the name of the city. It's quite strange and if I click info, everything goes fine. So every time I use dashboard I have to click the Info to ACTIVATE each widget.
I'm not sure if it's caused by syncing via mobileme. I tried removing com.apple.widget..... and widget-com..... plists but it doesn't work. Even reinstalling snow leopard on the same disk(without erasing) doesn't work.
I'd be happy if you could provide some solutions.~

I'm seeing the same in 10.6.2, what helps for me is disabling Quartz Extreme with the Quartz Debug application. For me the Cmd+Tab icons are white and the dashboard widgets are white. Also, I see image corruption on the desktop and in window shadows ("backdrops") from time to time.
I'll go check if I have any 'hacks' /Library/Preferences/com.apple.windowserver.plist from when I was fiddling with QuartzGL. Pretty odd though for it to only show up now.

SCOM and SharePoint 2010 Add-In for Dashboards (Issue)

I have an environment with SCOM 2007 R2, all working fine. I have installed ans new test server to integrate SCOM and SahrePoint 2010. On this server I have installed Visio 2010 (Yes, I know, never install Visio in a server, but this ins juts for test).
I have installed Visio Add-In and SharePoint 2010 Add-In.
All my dashboards created in Visio to reflect health state are working fine on Visio, in fullscreen. But, When I import this Visio file, (in . VWD), to SharePoint, I can see normally the Visio in my Webpart, all showing fine (I have used the step by step
to configure SCOM and SharePoint integration). But, after my first Refresh for the diagram all Health State Icons becomes a FAIL Icon (like image below). This sounds like some permission problem, because on Visio all Health State Icons works fine.
Someone can help me?

The easiest way to configure this is to make the account that Visio Services is running as a Read-Only Operator on the RMS.

Create domain account
Run the Operations Manager console.
From the Administration tab click on User Roles.
In the User Roles list double-click on the Read-Only Operators role.

Obiee 11.1.1.6.11 - dashboards issue

we have installed obiee 11.1.1.6.11 on windows 2008 r2 (64-bit)
Node 1 (Windows 2008 R2)- Database
Node 2 (Windows 2008 R2)- obiee 11.1.1.6.11 and OBIA
We have started all the WebLogic and OPMN Services and all the services are successfully started. We are able browse and connect to Enterprise Manager, Console and Analytics web site without any issues.
From back end - all the OPMN Services are UP and running

The variable DISABLE_CACHE_HIT is used to enable or disable Oracle BI Server result cache hits and not the presentation server cache. So the behavior seems to be correct. You can manage the presentation server cache settings in hte instanceconfig.xml file.
