SCRAMBLE with Friends Crashes?
Does ANYONE have a problem with SCRAMBLE with friends crashing on your iPod or iPhone? I've tried contacting Zynga to no avail, and then it hit me . . . could it be that the iOS on the iPod 4G not be strong enough?
Mine crashes too. It does not even recognize it on my iPad as a purchased iPad game. It says iPhone game. I don't have a iPhone and I have been playing the game for weeks. Now I cannot play it and I have games to finish. Have you found a solution to this?

Is the app scramble with friends only for the I phone? I installed it to my new iPad and it kept freezing up. I uninstalled it and then installed it again, same thing happens.
it seems to be crashing for everyone - not only iPad's, but on my iPod Touch 4G, and my brother's brand new iPhone.... Zynga doesn't have any answers either. They are useless. The only thing that helped temporarily is when I deleted it from my iPod and reinstalled it.

I Deleted Scramble with Friends Free from my iPad because it was not working. It closed every time I tried to play a game. Then I tried to reload it. It's not in the App Store. Then I found it on my iPhone 6 and loaded it. It still doesn't show up on my iPad. I have not upgraded to the ios8 operating system as I heard it would make my iPad not work properly. where is Scramble with friends and why cant I find it in the app store on my iPad?
That app is made for the iPhone - the app will work on the iPad but is not specifically designed to take advantage of the larger screen.
When searching for an app, look at the top of the screen for a button that says iPhone Apps. Tap on it to switch to apps meant for iPhone and Scramble with Friends should show up.

Yes I am having the same problem. I can't find any info about it and nothing seems to help. I am just posting this in hope that if it's a wider problem, there will be a quick solution.

Scramble with friends tries to open and then simply reverts back to desktop. This is happening on both my iPhone and iPad.
Try quitting it completely by double tapping the homebutton twice and closing the app at the bottom of the screen. If this doesn't help:
Try deleting the problematic app and then re-downloading the app from the app store.
You can re-download content purchased from the app store using the purchased option which is revealed by tapping the updates option at the bottom of the screen of the App store app on your iOS device. -

Identifying iPod models -
Before iOS 7 you could select to play words or scramble in 1x (size of iPhone) or 2x (filled iPad screen). With the update, the games automatically open in full screen mode and I see no way to change it. I feel like I have to set the iPad on the other side of he room to play, the image is just too big! Any suggestions?
You want to just use Dropbox until the dust settles. To use it from iWork for iOS (assuming you have the Dropbox app installed on your device), open the document in Keynote (for example), tap the share icon (box with upward pointing arrow), choose Open in Another App, choose Keynote as your format, then choose Open in Dropbox and you will get an option to save it to your Dropbox account. To open it from Dropbox in iWork for iOS, open the document in the Dropbox app, tap the share icon, tap Open in Keynote (for example). It's a bit clunky, but works.

When ever I use words with firends it pushes me back to the main menu. I am able to use e-mail and links to intenet sites so it's not my wi-fi connection.
Have you tried closing out of the App? To do this, double click the Home button to bring up a list of your recently used/open Apps. Tap and hold your finger over any one of them until small minus signs appear. Locate your App and tap the Minus sign to remove it/close out of it. Then try reopening the App to see if that makes a difference.
If still no luck, try a hard reset of the iPod. Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.

My "Hanging with Friends" app keeps crashing whenever I try to open it. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app, restarted my iPhone, and even restored my iPhone all together, and nothing is working. How can I get this app to work again?
Can you start Firefox in [[Safe mode]] ?
You can also do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can initially skip the step to create a new profile, that may not necessary for this issue.

Can someone please help with constant crashes ?
I've had a tremendous issue with crashes for the last 2 to 3 weeks. I tried'' all of the suggested steps'' with no change. I send the report every single time and no response. Is there anywhere else I can send some of the report id's to and have someone look at them to see if they can narrow down my issue. Usually it happens if I leave the browser open and step away for 5 minutes, when I come back it crashed. Usually Facebook is open, Words With Friends, Pogo...But it doesn't have to be these 3 that I have noticed. This morning it wouldn't even open at all, went straight to crash. It will also crash randomly when I'm using it as well. I have well over 50 crash reports dating from 1-5-2012 which is when it started to become frequent. Anyone that can, please advise ?????????

It appears you are on the Beta channel but are still on version 10. The ordinary release channel itself is now on 10.0.2. Version 10 was crashing and had security issues that was why releases10.0.1 and 10.0.2 were released. I suggest you update to the latest release version from

Words with friends won't open on my IPad, it just shuts back down, what can I do to fix this?
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. I'm using the latest iOS 8.1 on my iPad mini and can't figure out how to turn off all sounds on Words with Friends. Does anyone have any experience on that?
ATT is the largest iphone network (Yes even more than Verizon) its NOT the largest network, just the largest usage for iPhones. Since words with friends is the 4th most popular app in the world you are most likely experience huge spikes in server lag and then it crashes your app. Just keep playing it will eventually work smooth
