Screen enhancement in display measuring point (ik07) and ik02

Hi experts,
Can anybody please help in determining userexits for screen enhancement of ik02 transaction. I need to add block to measuring point details.
and also i need selection screen input parameters to display at the bottom of ik07 tcode.i had inserted the selection screen parameters at the top of screen in ik07 but i need it at last. how can it be inserted there.
PLZ HELP!!

Firstly a Measuring point is nothing but, a factor which you measure on an equipment/FL. (Temperature, Vibration etc)
Then, a measuring point is created either on a Functional location or on an Equipment.
IK01 is the T-code for creating it.
If it is for F/L you have to use IFL as measuring point object, when it is an equipment you use IEQ
Generally these two will be in use.
In the IK01 screen if you tick the counter checkbox, the MP becomes a counter.
Example for simple MP is temperature.
And example for a Counter MP is 'Litres of petrol consumed'
In the first case you don't need to add the temperature measurements, whereas in the petrol consumption you may wish to have the cumulative value of readings taken for a period of time.
The measuring position: Example : If you are measuring the temperature of a Motor on the Drive side, you may put 'Drive End' in this field, or similar many applications.
Category would group these MPs.
In case of need you may define in customisation a sep[arate MP category.
Then each time you read a MP through IK11 or other methods a Measuring Document is created.

Screen enhancement on PO tcode ME21, 22 and 23N w/o appending fields struct

Hi Experts,
I have a requirement to enhance the screen of PO ME21N, ME22N and ME23N adding a fields on Header and Line Item. I know how to do using append structure of additional fields in EKKO and EKPO. but this requirement should save on customize table. It was decided because it was more than 20 fields to be added. It might affect the performance of standard table if we would add this in standard table.
PBO for ME22N and ME23N i am only populating the EBELN and EBELP then extracting the data to customize table to display in the screen.
PAI for all transaction EXPORTING the data
after PAI populating the data again and again.
Is this effective or possible? any idea or solution?

Use extension MM06E005 "Customer fields in purchasing document", you do not have to append more than one field to standard tables, but you will have to manage the update of customer database yourself. (use some PERFORM AT COMMIT in the PAI FM of the exits)
The only field is required so that structure CI_EKPODB or CI_EKKODB can be activated and used as parameter of the exit(s) (e.g. put a single field 1 char like "customer data exists" or the fields that should be the most useful to select data from database, and put/get the other data from/to your specific database table(s)

Measuring Points are Not displaying in mobile devices(SAP WM 6.1)

Hi Experts,
In mobile devices the measuring pints for work order not displaying. When we select the "record point" option for particular work order it should display the measuring points for that WO. But it displaying '0 measuring points'. As shown in screen shot below.
But in SAP Bach end Measuring Documents are defined for Work Order.
can any one explain :To display measuring points in mobile devices, need any extra configuration in back end? or
What functionality need to activate? How to enable this?

Measuring Points assigned as PRT's in backend application (SAP ECC) should be displayed in Agentry Work Manager 6.1 by standard, if their corresponding technical objects are assigned to either the Work Order header or one of the operations.
Please check if this requirement is fulfilled in your case.
There is no need to modify anything in the Configuration Portal (as far as I know).
The modification we have made is only regarding Measuring Points belonging to other Technical Objects (and still assigned as PRTs).

Try with Screen variant(SHD0). Else, you can achieve this by implementing a proper BAdi/Enhancement, if there is one.
If not, you can achieve this by modification, but, it is <b>not recommended by SAP</b>.
Please check this sample program from other thread to find BADI and enhancement for a given transaction code. You just need to create a custom program in your system by cut and paste below codes.

Alternatively, you can do the following:
1. For what ever transaction u want the enhancement .. just check for the System-->status (menu) and find out the PROGRAM name....
2. Double click on to the program name and go inside the program (Abap editor)
3. Search for "Call Customer-function " ... and u'll get some search results .. If u get results then u have enhancement in that tcode .....
4. Then it actually calls a Function module .... copy the Function module name .... go to SE80 (object navigator) click on "Repository Information system" then Customer Enhancements .... Give the Function module name in the "Components" field and click Execute ....
ull get a list of Enhancements related to that Componene....
5. Choose which ever enhancement will suit ur business need ..
6. Go to CMOD... create a project .... assign ur enhancement ... and then code ur logic.... activate ur enhancement in CMOD ....... Ur Buisness need will be solved...
For a user exit......
Finding whether there is any User Exit or not for tcode VA42
1. For what ever transaction u want the user exit .. just check for the System-->status (menu) and find out the PROGRAM name.... ( The program name would be for our scenario "SAPMV45A" )
2. Double click on to the program name and go inside the program (Abap editor)
3. Search for the word "USEREXIT" .... u ll find all the user exits in the search result .. and find ur's then ...

Hi,
Measuring Point & Counters are used to capture the Important Parameters which should be captured on periodical basis.
Measuring Position => This is Number or Description which is used to describe the Measuring Point.
Target Value => Ideal or recommended Value for that measuring point
Measuring Point is Counter => If you want to define ODO meter reading, that kind will be counter.

Gap in measuring points

Hi forum:
I created measuring point 45 (internal), when I display measuring points list I realize the earlier number created is 39, meaning there is a gap of 6.
What can I do to avoid this gap in measuring points?

This happens in Measuring Points, because any attempt to create a MP and cancel it without saving, consumes one number. At the same time there is no significant disadvantage due to missing numbers in MPs. You may sort or search them by the Equipment numbers.

Huey Pro calibrator- error message display measurement Error

i am using this huey pro calibration.. it had been a year without problem... but now i am trying to calibrate my apple cinema display LCD 30 inch it keep saying error message- display measurement error.. and huey support never answer my e-mail. any idea? how can i fix it.. i did re install software many times but same thing happen.. so right now i can;t calibrate my monitor.. any help please

There are some reserved screen for you in sales order.
screen enhancement: for header is SAPMV45A 8309 and 8310.
for item is SAPMV45A 8459 and 8460.
you can add your table control in those screen.

Upper Limit - Lower Limit in Measuring Points

Dear PM Experts,
In my company we have an Equipment where the temperature of it has to be maintained in a certain range. if the temperature falls out side the range the maintenance team has to attend. In SAP I registered this point as a measuring point. And I'm aware of the fact that we can maintain Upper and Lower Limits of reading for a measuring point in SAP.
But I want SAP to automatically create a PM Notification/Order once the user enters a value out side the above specified range. I know that this is possible with conters when the reading reaches a certain value. But couldn't figure out a method for the latter.
Please provide me a solution.

You will have to activate exit: IMRC0003.
Then you'll have to create a maintenance plan, maintaining the equipment & the measuring point. Based on the call object: order/ notification- system will automatically trigger the object when the actual reading falls outside the specified range.

Not that I'm aware of. You just export JPEG copies to a folder that you can point iTunes to. For instance, I have created a folder in my Pictures folder called Apple TV. And within that folder I have other folders of pictures that I can choose from in iTunes to share with Apple TV. But there doesn't seem to be any way to share a Lightroom slideshow. If you have laid to create a video file that would probably work. Apple TV is a little clunky in my opinion. Some things are a little more difficult to do now than they were a while back. I probably haven't provided you with much help, but just keep experimenting and I think you will figure it out.
