Screen Layout with MIRO, FB50, FB60, FB65, FB70, FB75 ETC.

Hi,
Can anybody let me know how the screen layout of TCode= MIRO, FB50, FB60, FB70, FB65, FB75 etc. is changed?
I want to add the column "COMMITMENT ITEM" during posting with the above Transaction Code.

For Commitment Item - I have created one DUMMY Commitment Item with Financial Transaction = 50 (Clearing). (TCode-FMCIA)
I like to assign this DUMMY Commitment Item where I don't require the Fund Management Activities like Budget. I am doing this b'cos commitment item is mandagory in Fund Management.
I have assigned Commitment Item = DUMMY to all remaining GL Account in FS00.
When I am posting transaction with FB01 then it has no problem b'cos the field Commitment Item is visible and optional and "DUMMY" is automatically assign to the commitment item. But in case of FB50, FB60, FB70, MIRO etc where the Commitment Item field is not visible I am getting the error "No Commitment Item entered".
To avoid this error, to me there are two options
1. I can assign the "DUMMY" commitment item to each GL Account under FMDERIVE
2. To assign to "DUMMY" commitment item to each GL Account in FS00 and make the commitment item visible and optional in all T-Code like FB50, FB60, FB70, MIRO etc. But in this case I am not able to make the commitment item visible and optional during posting of the transactions.
Could you please help with your expereise?
Which option is more logical in this case?

hello,
I want to embedd three views in one window in a specific screen layout via three viewcontaineruielement´s .
On the left I want vertically embedd a Menü (M, as a tree) and close to M on the top I want to have a browser-view (B) and underneath I want to embedd a detail-view (D).
So M should fill out 1/3 of the width and B and D got 2/3 of the width.
B should fill out 1/3 of the height and D 2/3 of the height.
It should look circa like this:

How can I achieve this screen layout?

you are right neha.
I made 40 lines of example text in B and B takes the space which the content require (> 30 %) but how can I restrict the space of B to 30 % of height?
So B should fill out 30 % of height and for example show only 20 lines (in these 30 %) of text with a scrollbar.
Extending the web page depending on the content size is not a good solution...
EDIT: So I want to have for each view container a scrollbar if the content of the view exceed the fixed size ( for example B 33% of height).

How can I hide the field "Payment method" on header data of tcode MIRO??
I tried to use the OLMRLIST, but doesn't works! I tried all the possibilities!
Does Somebody know it?

FB60, FB65, FB70, etc - Sales Tax Code goes blank when we hit enter twice

We just implemented some Hot Packs and are encountering the following issue since:
For transactions FB60, FB65, FB70, etc the Sales Tax code drop down values get wiped off when you press Enter key more than once after filling required entries. Has anyone come across this issue. See steps below:
Step 1.
Execute Transaction FB60 and fill following info also select U1 in the drop down, Note the values in the Tax drop down are there.
Step 2.
Now Press enter
The field u2018INVFO-MWSKZu2019s value (U1) is getting exported here (Include LFDCBI01).
Note both fields INVFO-MWSKZ and SKB1-MWSKZ values are blank.
Note sy-subrc becomes u20184u2019 at the IMPORT STATEMENT (Include LFDCBFS0).
Hence the value for INVF0-MWSKZ is blank.
SINCE THE VALUE OF THE FIELD INVF0-MWSKZ is blank, the drop down becomes blank.
Note: This is happening only when we Press Enter.

After upgrade ecc5.0 to ecc6.0 "INVFO-MWSKZ" field its a dropdown list in fb60,after selected value its not appearing in that i/o field place.
For the query is there any customization we should check/any sap notes/any help.

Screen Variants disabled for FB50,FB60,FB70

Hello All,
The screen variants for FB50 FB60 FB70 disabled. These vairants can be selected as Edit --> Screen variant --> Select screen variant.
When any user executes transaction he gets some field missing (table control setting set as basic settings) and when he try from the above option for the desired screen then also screen remains same. It doesn't change
Previously it was not the case. previously when user executes these trasnaction screen was coming correctly.
Many users facing this issue.
If anyboday faced similer kind of issue then request you to please share your inputs.

Please refer to notes 546889 and 186961.
if user is calling transaction FB*0 the first time no screen variant
for items is selected. So in order to assign a user to a screen variant,
the user has to switch the tree on (SHIFT+F1).
In the folder 'Screen variants for items' the user has to choose your
'default' variant by a double click. After clicking on the button
'Refresh Tree' this screen variant is saved in the table TFBUF, which
contains the personalizations for ENJOY transaction. This table is
always read by starting transaction FB*0. Because of the user
personalization with table TFBUF the SET/GET-Parameters SCRVAR & STV are
not used in the FI-Enjoy transactions. It's the enjoy and personlization
system design that always the last selected screen variant of the user
is used by starting transaction FB*0 and not a default one.
But I can suggest you a modification, for setting your default screen
variant in FB*0 with the value of parameter SCRVAR until the user will
chosse another screen variant in the tree. Furthermore this default
variant is set if user is executing 'Reset screen variant' under
EDIT -> Screen variant. You can find the program changes of this
modification below:
Because it is only possible to set standard for transaction variants and
not for screen variants and due to user personalization goal of the
enjoy transaction It cannot change this system behaviour during
maintenance.

ITSMobile - Problems when changing screen layout with CSS

I have a service ZLM00(SICF) with some public screens in the stile MOBILE4(Service of internet-se80), and I am trying change your layouts with CSS.
Steps taken:
    1 u2013 I activated the repository MIMES (/default_host/sap/public/bc/its/mimes);
    2 u2013 I copied the mobile.css from internet service standard ITSMOBILE for my service ZLM00(se80) with the name ZRF01.CSS;
    3 u2013 I added the parameter ~ITSMOBILECSSINCLUDE = ZRF01 in my service ZLM00(SICF);
    4 u2013 I published all screens and file ZRF1.CSS;
The problem:
      When I test the service in the browser, I see in the source code that the file CSS was added u201C<link rel="stylesheet" href="/sap/public/bc/its/mimes/zlm00/99/ZRF01.css" type="text/css" />u201D
      And the screens received some changes, however when I added a new line in file CSS for exemple

Tax code mandatory in FB60,FB65,FB70 and FB75

Hello,
We have a client requirement tax code field is a mandatory for given transactions FB60,FB70 and FB50.
We can do it this through eithter GL master level and field status group level.
Is there any other way we can restricting tax code is a mandatory.
Could you please provide your suggestions

In my opnion other way is by setting the tax jurisdiction code which functions on line item basis and which will provoke everytime for tax to be entered
secondly can set the tax code elgibility in creation of vendor which will again prompt for entering tax code

I wanted to know where can we change the screen layout at MIRO level i.e if i want some fields to be mandatory or supressed. I know one option can be through the G/L Field Status but just wanted to know if there is some setting at MM level also?

You can use transaction SHD0 to modify screen layout as per your requirement.

In the SAP Reference IMG, you can create transaction variants. Choose Basis Components -> Application Personalization -> Tailoring of Application Transactions -> Configure Transaction-Related Display Values for Fields (Transaction SHD0). Transaction variants allow you to preset values for fields in a transaction, set field attributes, or hide entire screens.
To execute a transaction variant, you define a variant transaction using the Transaction Maintenance transaction (SE93).
Once you have entered a transaction code and short description, choose transaction type Transaction with variant (Variant transaction).
To define a variant, enter the name of the transaction and the name of the variant. You can then use the new transaction code to start the special variant of the transaction.

Error : Object can only be created in SAP Package.
This situation would arise if you are using a diffrent naming convention except "Z' or "Y" .
Use the varient name starting with "Z" or "Y" , then you would see that the error wont crop up .

I´m going to give you some examples about what I want to do. First, I would like to used the special G/L indicator H security deposit which is configurated like as others special G/L transaction types. When I post with this Special G/L indicator the system shows me some fields in the accounting screen layout such as "Due on", "Invoice reference", "Assignment", etc. I would like to change this screen layout because I need fields like "Payment terms", "Payment block indicator", etc. What I did was to change field group status of the reconcilation account that this special G/L indicator has, and key accounting configuration that this special G/L indicator uses. It doesn't work because I make these fields optional and the system didn´t show me those.
Other I need to do It's make new special G/L indicators because I need to post with a different reconciliation account and I need to configurated the screen layout with fields such us Payment terms, Payment blick indicator, etc. I mean I need to create my own screen layout.
I don´t know if this gives you more details about what I want to do.

Start Screen Layout missing icon

One of the program I pinned to the Start Screen is missing. The program that's missing is the Opera browser. I created a custom start screen layout with all the programs I want in different namegroups. I put the AppsFolderLayout.bin file in the Default profile.
I am preparing a Windows 8.1 image. I do this so all users can have the same Start Screen layout. The first time I did this, it worked fine. I logged in as new users in the computers and I see all the programs I pinned to the Start Screen.
Right now, I'm doing the exact thing for a new Windows 8.1 image. I placed the AppsFolderLayout.bin file in the Default profile. I logged in as a new user and many. The Start Screen is empty, other than the Desktop and Computer tiles, since it's a new
Windows install, The programs that are pinned are not installed yet. When I install the programs, the tiles will populate to the Start Screen. All of them worked, except for the Opera browser. The Opera browser is not showing the Start Screen. I made sure
the program is pinned before I exported the layout. The program is installed for all user.
I checked the program is installed when I log in as different users. I
even deleted the user profiles that was installed on and logged in again, the icon is still not there.
Would a new version of the browser cause this issue? I even installed the version I had when I first had it working and it didn't work. Let me know what would cause this issue.

Please use the command “get-startapps” in powershell.
We have tested. Every time we reinstall the Opera, the AppID will change.
The AppID is the identifier of app. If it changes automatically, the Operating System can’t customize Start screen by different AppID.
Please refer to the following article to customize Windows 8.1 start screen.

If you change the AppID in xml file to match the ID in the PC you want to customize Start screen. The Opera will show out.
