Screen of my ipod touch blocked since he tried to save to icloud
When I switched on my ipod touch this morning, a message came on the screen: "sauvegarde icloud, because you have not saved your content to icloud in the last 2 weeks, you have to do so. Therefore, your ipod has to be connected to a socket, be locked and connected to a wi-fi network". Well, all of those are done, but still it's impossible to click on the "OK" button, so the ipod is totally blocked: can't switch it off, can't use it... Real crap !!! What can I do to unlock my ipod. Even when connected to my laptop with itunes open, there's nothing I can do !!!

- Then fo to Settings>iClold>Storage and Backup and manually make an iCloud backup to prevent getting that message

If you successfully restored to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes (Not via Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Setting) and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem. Could be the screen or something else.

How do I repair the white screen on my ipod touch. I have tried to hard reset the ipod, however every time I press the top button to lock the screen, it goes to a white screen.
Try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod.
There's more to try but let's go a bit at a time. -

I tryied to update the Ipod touch software, but when it's almost downloaded an error message appears and i connot downloat it and reset the IpodMake sure each track is checked in iTunes (next to track name), and also that each track or album or playlist is checked in the iTunes sync selection window. Only checked tracks are synced.

The screen on my ipod touch is stuck zoomed in. I don't know how it happened I just looked down and it was like that. I have turned it off and back and even reset it but it still keeps zooming back in each time I turn it on. I can't unlock it because I can't see the numbers and it won't let me move around the screen. Please help.

Hi, The touch screen of my Ipod touch is brocken( not responding), I can't enter my code to unlock it, so I can't make any backup of my data before changing the Ipod touch at the Apple store( still in warranty) . Is there any other way to cancel this code from my computer? thanks
There is no way to make a backup of your iPod.

The screen on my Ipod touch came away from the back.
The screen on my ipod touch came away from the back and then stuck back down a couple of days later. The battery seems to be weak now but everything else is OK. What could have caused this? Over chargibg in the car cradle?, Heat? Being held too tightly in the cradle?, Getting water inside?
Has this happend to any of you.

Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: Data will be lost. You may have to repeat the above many times. -
Sync problem - earlier today I updated both iTunes and my iPod Touch. Since then, I have tried syncing the two. The iPod Touch claims that there is no music on the iPod, however, when I connect it to my computer it says my full library is on there. At present, I am unable to listen to songs on the iPod when not connected to the computer. What can I do to fix this?
