Screen protector... need to buy one today, input?

Howdy. I bought a case mate case for the phone and love it. It came with a screen protector which works great until my nephew somehow managed to peel it back. now I have bubbles and fingerprints so I want to get a new one. Im traveling tomorrow for almost 3 weeks, so buying one online isnt an option.
If I go into an AT&T store, do they sell them there, and if yes, anyone point me in the right direction to the proper one to get?
Thanks

I have a case mate leather thing - but didn't like hiding the phone in it.
So I got a 'best skins ever' product (bestskinsever.com) - cheaper than and supposedly the same thing as 'Power Support's' product. Never used it before and had a power support film for my nano. This skin fits front-back-sides and only leaves a small portion of the corners uncovered.
Took a while to put on - but they give detailed instructions. And it looks nice (can see it if held at a certain angle).
The screen works fine with the skin on.

  • Screen protector needed?

I have a new iPad and I'm just wondering if I should buy a screen protector. I mean I'm pretty careful og my iPad I have a smart cover and a back cover to protect my iPad so is a screen protector needed? Any help woud be appreciated.

Its definitely a user preference thing. I have one on mine and love it, while others never have had one and never want one.
I think the one thing to consider...how do you use it? Just you in the living room where it stays in the house? Or do you toss it in your bag and carry it around with others possibly using it?
If you're in situations where you could damage it, then it may be a good idea. But if you're never out of the house, then you may be okay.
For me? It's a $500 investment and I want to protect it and keep it in good shape for as long as I can....so it's never anywhere 'naked', both front and back. But I also toss mine in my backpack and carry it around.

if your Photoshop is a part of Creative Cloud you can use "Manage your membership and payments|Creative Cloud" at

On the other hand I'm sure that you can use the recommended procedure with a "normal" PS too.

  • Is a screen protector needed for an iPad mini 3?

i Was told that they have them built in but can't find support info on that.

A screen protector (very thin plastic, user-applied screen coating) is not "built in" to any iPad (or otherwise).
A screen protector is not really needed if you use something like an Apple Smart Cover which will help protect the screen.

If you choose to purchase an aftermarket screen protector and have never installed one before, I highly recommend you have the store where you purchase it from install it for you. On large devices such as iPads, they can be very difficult to install correctly.

  • Hi which type of screen protector should I buy for my iPad

I have an anti glare monitor and I like the way it is, I want to buy antiglare screen protector but I heard that anti glare screen protectors kill the charm of the retina display is it true? Screen Ward is the brand I am going for is it good? Just want my iPad protected.

Some will say none. That they have never used a screen protector and never will. Others always use them. I'm one of the latter. I have a Zagg screen protector on my iPad. They are expensive but they come with a lifetime warranty, so if it gets damaged protecting your device they exchange it for free.
I have found that you get what you pay for with screen protectors. Buy a cheap thing off amazon, you'll get a cheap thing that probably won't stay on your device.

  • IPad2 screen protector needed

My device is scheduled to arrive at the end of the month and I need a screen protector. I am not that concerned about marks on the back of the unit.
Apple stores do not sell these.
I have one on my iPhone and it has been invaluable.
Has anyone located a quality, easy to install screen protector for the iPad2?

I have my Zagg Invisible Shield full body waiting for my iPod 2 to arrive. They are not simple to install by yourself but I have them on my phones too and have practice installing them but if you go to a retailer you can have one professionally installed for a fee. Its well worth it.

  • Is screen protector needed?

want to use iphone with clear view. But screen protector's problem is light scattering. Without screen protector, I can enjoy clear view of screen. In the other hand, I am concerned with small scratches on the screen.

    Personal decision. Look at these:

  • Please help. need to buy one tomorrow

If I buy the new ipad from UAE, Will 3g and 4g work in india?

I believe all miniDV cams sold these days have a firewire port, but ask the salesperson to show it to you. It may have the letters "DV" stamped near the port. You will also have to buy the firewire cable as most manufacturers do not supply the firewire cable, only a USB cable. You want a 6 to 4 pin cable - 6 pin end goes into your Mac.

  • Help Find Screen Protector (In Store Pl0x)

Hi, it's me again. I'm having trouble finding a screen protector. I got one at the apple store with the iPod Touch 4G, but it was for the 2G version, and didn't have the hole for the camera and didn't fit right. My sister got me one at wal-mart today, for iPod touch 4G, but it doesn't have a hole for camera, and it's the matte one.
My friend said the matte ones suck, they make the image quality horrible. So, I put it on, like an idiot, and yes, I hate it, and it makes it look bad. He said get the glossy screen protector. I can't find a glossy one for 4G, anyone know of one? Also, does it have a hole in it for the camera? This current one makes it all blurry without the hole .

Try Best Buy and Amazon. They have several brands.
I haven't found one that sticks completely to the screen, although I've followed the instructions including the cleaning process.
I'm looking for a wrap around case. The only ones I can find have a belt clip which makes it too bulky for my purse. I've opted for the shell type case that just covers the back and edges and also use the screen protector that keeps coming undone at the edges. And they do show lots of fingerprints.

  • ZAGG screen protector warranty?

I'm not sure if this question is already answered since I looked online and found two forums that were posted in 2012 about this policy, but I'm not sure if anything's changed or if it's the same.
So on Saturday, Oct 11, I went to best buy and I bought a new ZAGG screen protector since my old one was peeling off. I of course buy a new one, and an employee was awesome enough to put it on for me. Sweet. But just today  (Oct 13) I look down on my phone and I see a faint scratch on the top left corner-side. I thought it was hair but it feels more like a scratch. It's really faint though so you can't exactly see it, but the thing is, it's the small things that bother me. I can't help but keep staring at it and it's constantly on my mind. (Stupid as some people call it, I know) So I was wondering if I can go to best buy to get this replaced. It's only been three days, I have the receipt and box still and on the receipt, they did charge me for a service fee. For a small, faint scratch, would best buy replace and re-install the screen protector for me? I know it sounds pretty dumb, but it seriously is bothering me for a faint scratch >.>

    Hi heyitsvivian,
A smart phone is a pretty big investment, so I can imagine why you'd be concerned! I'd be disappointed too if a screen protector I purchased and had installed started to show scratches so soon after purchase.
Officially, Best Buy does not provide warranty support for ZAGG InvisibleSHIELDs or screen protectors. Rather than visit their local store, customers seeking to file a claim under their protector's factory warranty coverage must instead file a replacement request through ZAGG's official support site:
    http://www.zagg.com/support/contact
Once you've received the replacement, in-store reps should be able to assist with installation. I'd also encourage you to speak with the staff at your preferred location prior to filing a claim as they may be able to suggest a number of alternative solutions.
    I hope this helps.

  • Using Laptop Screen Protectors like OWC brand

Does anyone use OWC's Laptop Screen Protector? I recieved mine today and put it inside my macbook pro but it seems like it shouldn't even be there because the laptop is rather hard to close, almost have to give it a good little push for the case to lock when the LSP is in there.
Anyways, I'm using it to keep my macbook mint while its running in clamshell mode. Also, i think my macbook pro is running hotter with the LSP inside the notebook but it could be my imagination. Is there a problem with the LSP sitting inside while its running? Should a LSP only be used when the computer is alseep/powered off and closed?
If anyone can comment from experience that'd be awesome!
    2.16 C2D MBP 2GB   Mac OS X (10.4.8)

I would only use it during transport. Mac are notorious for screen damage from vibrations while traveling as are many others laptops.
If it is closed while running you are already insulating it if I recall OWC is not a breathable fabric and these units are running too hot as it is.
If you absolutely must have something there while the unit is on your desk I would find something that allows for airflow in/out of the keypad. But I never travel without it. I just use the one that is shipped w/the unit.

  • Best iPhone 4 Screen Protector

So for a while now I have had Ghost Armor as a screen protector, but most recently my top left corner hasn't been sticking and I need to replace it. Anyone know of a good screen protector? I don't have a preference only that it lasts a while and that you aren't having to apply some weird sticky stuff to make the screen stick. Also, I don't want the protector to effect my retina, or my touch screen. Thanks!

    Phone Devil Magic Screen Protector
    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003VPT5U2
I have used a number of screen protectors and this is one of the best ones so far (from the 20 in a pack for 0.99 cents to the military/space grade ones). The anti-glare feature doesn't get any better than this. The other product that looks good too is the Power Support screen protector. However, the PhoneDevil/MediaDevil are a better bargain. I have the Power Support anti-glare on my iPad and the PhoneDevil/MediaDevil on my iPhone. After installing both I ordered another pack of the PhoneDevil/MediaDevil for my wife's iPhone and for 2 other iPads that we have. I use my iPhone/iPad to process credit cards and customers have to sign on them. It is nice to hand them the gadget without tons of finger prints on the screen. It is also easier for them to see outdoors.
As with any screen protector, the key is to ensure the screen is clean. I recommend that these are installed in the bathroom. Let the hot shower run for a bit so the bathroom steams up. Once the steam has cleared, clean the screen as noted in the instructions. Don't be in a rush. Take your time. Also, use the card provided to remove any bubbles.
