Screen stuck on iphone5 - password incorrect

I don't use a voicemail password but now my opening screen is stuck with the password incorrect box. I cannot clear it. Suggestions please? I am also unable to answer the phone or use text messages.

IPad 2 stuck in endless "Password Incorrect" loop

I haven't used my iPad 2 in a month or two. Since then, an email account that I used to use on the the iPad has been changed, and I don't have a way to answer the "Password Incorrect - Enter the password for the Exchange account "..."" question. This is a seriously poorly designed feature if the entire device is unusable if this question can't be answered.

BTW, I guessed when I listed 5.0.1 as the current iOS. I'd forgotten that this device had not been upgraded. I plugged it in, started iTunes, and let it do the upgrade to 5.0.1. After restarting, the iPad asked me once more for the email account's password. I hit 'cancel', then quickly went into settings to delete the mail account.
I'm lucky I had my laptop close by. If I'd been away, say on a business trip, I would've been screwed. I'm just amazed that not having the current password handy for one of the 4-5 mail accounts I'd configured on this device would cripple the entire thing. I don't believe my Android phone would ever do such a thing. Yes, I don't have an Android tablet, but I can't imagine that type of device would lock me completely out like this.

Try resetting the iPod. Nothing will be lost.
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

Lion Stuck at login screen,can't type password

My OSX Lion stuck at login screen,when I type password it just "beep" and I can only type few words.I just had those problem before..But since the battery ran out,and I gonna login...then I can't type the password...please help me....
P.S. My keyboard and trackpad is not working before,my keyboard can't type and my trackpadcan only do right click..

What year and model of MacBook Pro do you have? I'm wondering if the factory installed battery is failing due to age or use. A MacBook Pro battery can be recharged about 300 times before it becomes unuseable. Is this possibly the problem?

TS1398 Stuck on Password Incorrect for Exchange, wi fi has changed , cannot get to General Settings

I am stuck on a message Password Incorrect for Exchange (my work email). My Wi Fi password has been reset and it is trying to auto connect. I cannot get to General Settings to change the Wi Fi setting. Also stuck on FB app sitting behind the message. When I dbl clk Home there are no apps listed.

Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
After the iPad starts up completely maybe then the apps will appear in the task bar and you can close them or maybe you will be able to back out of the apps after the reboot.
You can also try force quitting the mail app.
Force quit the app by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears. Let go of the sleep button and then hold down on the home button until the app quits. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

Cannot Get Mail - user name or password incorrect

I'd been downloading my gmail successfully all day. At 3:19 pm I got the above message and no more emails have been loaded. Dozens have showed up on my desktop, but the iPhone just gives me this error message, even though it was working normally and I hadn't changed a thing. Tried resetting etc. A second gmail account still works. I've had the same user name and password since I bought the phone, and nothing new's been added lately. Help!

This is a new phone and because my new laptop is 6 weeks late I tried to access my e-mail account direct thriu iphone without using a computer in the setup. I didn't want to reset when my PC arrived.
The mail screen is now limited to "Mailboxes" or "Inbox", the other options such as Google Yahoo etc have been unavailable since the screen stuck.

The methods above don't work at all. Eventually I used a paid tool - PCUnlocker Live CD, and it successfully bypassed my lost admin password.

hi i just got the 8gb iphone an hour ago and already ive been having problems. when i press the phone icon a screen pops up and says password incorrect. well i havent set a password and when i try to it says old password incorrect. how do i get rid of my voicemail password or how do i reset it. thats my first and my second one is when ppl call me i cant hear it even though the ringer is on and the volume is up i randomly pick my phone up and the screen says incoming call and when i go to answer it is already too late.

hey thanks for the response i just posted this like 5sec ago. i recently posted that my 4gb iphone had a touchscreen deadzone u guys told me to bring it to apple they replaced it and gave me the 8gb model and i just brought it home and my friends said that they called my phone but it went to my voicemail and it didnt ring. then i noticed when i touch the phone icon a screen would pop up and say voicemail password incorrect type password and i would just press cancel and it would go away. but everytime i would press the phone icon that **** screen would pop up

10.3.9 Kerberos hand cranked : PASSWORD INCORRECT

After a long newbie ride of AFP548 handcranking Kerberos & Kadmin I now do recieve tickets for kadmin/admin@REALM and root@REALM - trying all other princs turns back: Password Incorrect.
My dns log has no complains.
How do I turn all my users and their advanced passwords into the Kerberos? ktadd and cpw from kadmin doesn't seem to help.

I'll have to ask around. Look in /etc/MailServicesOther.plist and see if the
following keys contain the correct info:
smtp_principal, imap_principal, pop_principal.
I don't know where entrys for
pop/realm@REALM
imap/realm@REALM
should be placed?
they should be pop/fqdn@REALM (though the fully qualified domain name could be the same as the realm)

App Store Login Apple ID Not Found/Password Incorrect?

So every time I go to install an application, I enter my password and I get this error:
"The Apple ID or AOL screen name you entered couldn't be found or
your password was incorrect. Please try again"
So I then go to iTunes on my Mac, click on "Account" in the iTunes store, and I get the exact same error. I'm 100% positive I'm entering the correct password.
I click "Forgot Password" and then reset it back to what it is EXACTLY, and everything is fine, until the next day.
The password will work on anything else (mail, apple.com login, etc.) just not anything to do with the iTunes store.
Why do I have to reset my password every day!?

I have been dealing with the exact same problem. Trying to access my account (in iTunes, or the myinfo site, or ESPECIALLY from the AppStore app on my 3G iPhone) results in the standard "account doesn't exist or password incorrect" error. Occasionally I get the "account disabled for security reasons" error. I assume this is because sometimes while frustratedly trying to use my account I exceed the max # of failed login attempts and Apple locks the account.
The only workaround (which is no workaround at all) is to do as you have: reset my password every few hours. I experimented with checking the interval before the password is mysteriously invalidated - it seems to be between 3-4 hours after a last successful login (I don't know if this is an absolute interval, i.e. your password is invalidated after this time period regardless of your successful login activity or if there has to be a period of inactivity to trigger the password invalidation).
I talked with phone support and after the usual reset-your-password flowchart walk-through was directed to the iTunes email support page. Typed in my problem details and 72 hours after the absolutely guaranteed reply time of 24 hours have yet to receive any reply.

Baffled - 9300 setting up email - user - password incorrect error message

I hope someone here can shed some light ofn this because I've spent 3 weeks trying to resolve and I'm still stuck after literaly hours on the phone to the network provider and exploring every possible potential cause.
About three weeks ago I upgraded my BB from Curve 9300 to 9380. I copied settings using desktop software and transferred over to my new device. All apps reinstalled fine and I set five email accounts including 3 (business emails) provided through a hosting account with Media Temple. These all work fine and still do.
My old phone was to be given to a colleague, so I reset the device and put all setting back to default and followed the process indicated for a new SIM. When we tried to set up email on the old device (9300) it wouldn't work giving an error message stating unable to verify account contact email provider. I am the administrator of the email accounts so I know that the settings are correct., the network provider reset all settings for email etc and BIS account details etc are all correct. The email account works through outlook and can be accessed via webmail and we've tried password change and even deleted and set a new email account up but still the same problem - error message stating user or password incorrect.
I hoped that this was a problem with the settings on the old device (9300) which we could pin down and resolve however it seems not to be as now when I try to set up a new email account on my new device (9380) I get the same problem!! User password error - when the details entered are 100% correct and on a device which I successfully set up the same type of email account !!
I'm completely stumped and if anyone has or is experiencing a similar problem and has any info on this or has managed to resolve, I'd like to hear from you as I've explored everything I can think of with network and email hosts.

You need to call your provider to inquire if the 9300 is properly registered on their network and to the SIM card account in the device. They need to confirm the correct BlackBerry Data Plan on that account, it is not uncommon for them to mistakenly not do this or provision the incorrect data plan,.

Did you try deleting the mail account, then adding it back? I've read a lot of times that is what needs to happen in order for it to work properly.

After I upgraded to Mavericks I was also having this message when I tried to update. There was a previous post about this problem which offered this simple solution which worked for me:

Got it! Thanx. What I did was go to my account, check that they had my new ID and Password which they did, then hit reset button. All fixed.
