Screen Transfer with the IC Webclient

Does anyone know if a transferred call should also allow the current screen to be transferred from the original agent to the new transferred agent location? This would be simultaneously with the call transfer.
We understand that this should be available in Warm Transfers, Blind Transfers, Consult and Conference.

It turns out that this can be done, but is a customization of the vendor's IC. What happens is a signal is sent to the vendor's IC with the screen data and then sent back out as a signal to the new agents desktop. This signal to the Vendor's IC is the customized work. We are using Avaya and I would imagine that it is the same for most other vendors as well.

    You can never, never transfer an installed copy of PSE. It's just too complex and it strews stuff all over your hard drive in places the migration assistant is not programmed to look. Now you will need to download and run this:
    Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
    after which you can go around and manually remove all the bits from Applications, the library at the top level of your hard drive>application support>adobe, and your username>library>preferences. Spotlight will not help with this; it's programmed to skip these kinds of files.
    Then you can reinstall from scratch. Let us know if you need help finding the library folders.

    I work on two screens. With the new updates we cannot automatically open a new window on the second screen, but have to move them over manually. Not a huge problem, but because of the nature of the work, it gets tedious.

    Thank you for your question, I understand that it is annoying to have to move a new window to the second screen. Since it opens in the active screen this may have been a stored preference, however it is not the default.
    There is an add on called [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/monitor-master/ Monitor Master] that customizes settings like this. Check it out.

    - Try placing the iPod in Recovery Mode and restoring via iTunes

    Hey everyone in Apple world!
    I figured out how to fix the flashing yellow screen problem that I've been having on my MBP!  Yessssss!!!
    I found this super handy website with the golden answer: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1379
    I followed the instructions on this page and here's what I did:
    Resetting NVRAM / PRAM
    Shut down your Mac.
    Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command (⌘), Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
    Turn on the computer.
    Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys before the gray screen appears.
    Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
    Release the keys.
    I went through the 6 steps above twice, just to make sure I got rid of whatever stuff was holding up my bootup process.  Since I did that, my MBP boots up just like normal.  No flashing yellow screen anymore!!

    Your iPad has gone into recovery mode and it needs to be restored now. The instructions are in this kb article.

  • Photos didn't transfer with the new/reply email - how to recover them?

    Was sent these fabulous photos and when my co-worker replied to him, the photos didn't transfer with the new/reply email, unfortunately she deleted the original email.  I found this info instead of the attached photos - any idea how I can open these or get back the photos without asking him to resend?

    Avoid the dock connector and the headphone port. That's where the water sensors are located. Just apply a very small amount of liquid for the InvisiShield or whatever it is.

    Yeah, I've done that. And the I click the mail app to try to check my mail, and that screen that I described above shows up.

    Thank you, reducing the image size worked! I had used a low res file before, and with success decided to increase the resolution/size, and then it didn't work. the image did appear in small preview in the export panel, but wouldn't burn when all was said and done. the dimensions you gave worked fine. unfortunately, it makes the image a little bit fuzzy, but i dont think i can do anything about this. at least it burned it in there. thanks!

    As with the previous iOS versions.
    Press and hold the Home button and use the on/off or sleep/wake button as a camera shutter button for the screen shot.
    Or while pressing and holding the on/off or sleep/wake button before the slide to power of appears, use the Home button as a camera shutter button - this must be done before the slide to power off appears.

    So I enjoy my locked screen display with my chosen picture because it has the time displayed nice and big and its a cool nightlight but the locked screen display/wallpaper/time with date always goes black after 13ish seconds of locking it is there no way to let the locked screen stay on while charging? because it is awesome if it could stay on as a nightlight also so i dont have to press the lock button to see what time because the normal display is ugly am I just being super picky or am I not the only one who agrees or maybe it does exist im just stupid please respond when you can also thanks for reading much appreciated.

Many clock apps have the ability to disable autolock just within that app. Whether there is one that lets you pick your own background, I don't know but I wouldn't be surprised if there were, based on the number of clock apps out there.     Does anyone know of an app which places a limited number of phone numbers along with the name of the person being called on the screen of the iPhone?  Our grandfather is 95 years old, and can not operate the small buttons on most cell phones, and has trouble navigating around the phone to make calls.  We just want 3 phone numbers displayed, along with who is being called, so he does not have to navigate to anything except the main screen.  Thanks.
