    giocando a cityville grazie

I have found that the problem could be caused by "addthis". In fact, now that I've uninstalled, I solved this problem!
But it's necessary to find a real solution to this problem because "addthis" is very helpful!

  • Why do i keep getting the msg unresponsive script Script: chrome://browser/content/tabbrowser.xml:1628 it would be helpful if I knew what this was

Running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Firefox 9.0.1 and at the time of the problem I was using Facebook. This problem makes it impossible to close any open tabs (though you can open as many new ones as you care to) and Firefox becomes unresponsive for a short time. When you close Firefox, it thinks that one more tab is open than in reality there is.

Actually Safe Mode should be used only as a temporary step. Safe Mode may sometimes help to isolate the cause. By default Safe Mode disables all the extra '''Extensions''', themes ('''Appearance''') and '''Plugins''' in '''Tools''' (Alt + T) > '''Add-ons'''.

  • Chrome://browser/content/tabbrowser xml:1608 stops working etc

chrome://browser/content/tabbrowser xml:1608 this script or another with the same beginning terms, has been stopping or freezing for a couple of months. It was doing this in both versions of firefox, I thought it was just facebook related but it is not. Why is chrome coming up in firefox?
I will say this once please here it as far as I know and as far as it is my ability to keep chrome off my computer I have.

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?<br/> ''A troubleshooting mode.''<br />
1.You can open the Firefox 4.0 SafeMode by holidng the '''Shft''' key when you use the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut. <br />
    2. Or use the Help menu item, click on '''Restart with Add-ons Disabled...''' while Firefox is running. <br />
''To exit the Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before using the Firefox shortcut to open it again.''

    MAKE IT STOP!!!

  • Running script chrome://browser/content/tabbrowser.xml:3003

    I have a running script, chrome://browser/content/tabbrowser.xml:3003
    How do I stop this?

It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
Delete the files sessionstore.js [2] and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
    * Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder
    * http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox
If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.<br />
Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).

  • How do i stop this? Script: chrome://browser/content/tabbrowser.xml:1605

    Script: chrome://browser/content/tabbrowser.xml:1605
keeps popping up and crashing all pages. it never used to happen and its driving me nuts!! very frustrating indeed.

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
*Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
See Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile:
There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files

  • Keep getting script error chrome:/browser/content/tabbrowser.xml:537

I keep getting the error message that a script is not working. This is the script that is responsible.
    chrome:/browser/content/tabbrowser.xml:537
I only get this message playing farmville on facebook.
I also notice that facebook will hang firefox quite easily.
I tried using IE8 with no problems at all. No hangs in farmville or while scrolling on my wall in facebook.

Please try the steps on this page: [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]]
If that doesn't help, please let us know and we'll try to figure out something else.

Do a clean (re)install and delete the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\).
If there are problems with updating then best is to download the full version and uninstall the currently installed version and delete the Firefox program folder to remove any leftover files.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
    * Firefox 8.0.x: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
Uninstall your current Firefox version if possible.
*Do NOT remove personal data when you uninstall the current version or you lose your bookmarks and other data in the profile folder.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
*It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.
It may not be necessary to create a new profile, so first try if it works with your current profile and if not then create a new profile.
