Script not loading; website looks wrong

I made a website in dreamweaver (www.clbkompas.be)
When i look at the site in internet explorer, everything looks ok. When i look at the site in firefox, de dropdown menus don't show.
I just get some sort of a scroll thingy but it doesn't show the choises in my menu.
HELP!!!

That Spry menu bar script doesn't seem to be working in Firefox (and Google Chrome), so you may need to look for another JavaScript library if there isn't a working update for that script.

Websites look wrong (i.e. w/o formatting)

When I go to websites on Firefox many of them appear to be without formatting or really basic. For example on Yahoo there are no headlines or toolbars, everything is just laid out like you'd see on a site's site map. I can't access videos on Youtube because 1. the entire website looks messed up and there is no way to determine where the original buttons were and 2. videos won't load. The only websites that seem to avoid this problem are Mozilla.com, Wikipedia, and Google. Everything else is messed up and the styling is all wrong so I can't really navigate or use the site. I'm not sure what caused the problem because I've never had it before and early this morning there wasn't a problem, it appeared randomly later in the day today. Thanks for your help!

I have flushed my cache, cookies, history with no benefit! I have also, as I am now, started FF in safe mode band EVEN in SAFE MODE, with EVERYTHING disabled, I still get the bizzare responses and the left tab is still back.
Is there a way to reload FF completely with every thing set as itv it was BEFORE the last upgrade or to go back to an earlier version? What is it about 9.0.1 that is causing all these problems?
BTW, incidently, aabout the same time as upgrading FF, I also switched from Comcast cable ISP to ATT DSL ISP at a even higher speed - 18.0 Mbps. Not sure if that matters; I think the behavior was evident BEFORE the switch over.
Any ideas or suggestions? Are the setting in my config under "useragent" correct? The Ivp6 settings?

Yes, I am still having problems. I tried to load in the online site for my bank, Navy Federal Credit Union. I got the old "server not found" BS. I did as you suggested and executed a SHIFTED Reload and that worked, at least in the since that I was able to get the opening page.
However, when I went to sign on, the trouble appeared. Similar to the failed logons and recycling sign ons that I had seen on Yahoo and a few other sites, WHEN I logged onto NFCU's page (they have an unusual three part logon), as soon as I sign on I am IMMEDIATELY told I have "timed out" on the session and am kicked off. FIreFox is not loading websites correctly on Mac OS X Lion

Certain websites are not loading correctly using FireFox 5.01 with Mac OS X Lion. For example, Actionpackedbaseballleague.com and macrumors.com both are not loading images and the format is not correct. The sites look good on other browsers, but I want my FireFox

I fixed this problem by clearing the entire cache of Firefox. I went to private browsing and all the pages loaded properly so I figured it was the cache that somehow got corrupted or something.
Going to Tools>Clear Recent History> Selecting Everything in the time range to clear and checking the Cache box fixed it for me.

Firefox is not loading websites

I attempted to Google search some images, but the page stopped loading even though the tab said it was still loaded. I tried to do a web search instead, but Firefox wouldn't load Google at all. I then decided to restart my computer and run a disk cleanup and cleared my history, but even that didn't stop Firefox from not loading Google. Frustrated, I tried going to other websites, such as Facebook and InsaneJournal, but neither of these would load either. I'm absolutely certain that these websites are all running fine, but my concern is that Firefox's latest update -- not the beta -- is causing my problems.

Firefox is working fine on our PC.
I have taken screen shots of Google home page and Firefox home page in Ff and Safari to illustrate this point and can email these to you so you can see what's happening. Ff was working fine yesterday.
Entering extra information as requested I've noticed that the Default Plugin is showing as disabled in the Technical info under the Trouble shooting menu but is showing as enabled in the plugins list in the Ff drop down.

MacBook Pro not loading websites and performing very slow

LLast couple months my MacBook has begun to slow down and now it does not even load websites. Other applications also run very slowly. Any help? Let me know if you need additional information. Thank you SO much!!!

1. This procedure is a diagnostic test. It changes nothing, for better or worse, and therefore will not, in itself, solve the problem. But with the aid of the test results, the solution may take a few minutes, instead of hours or days.
Don't be put off by the complexity of these instructions. The process is much less complicated than the description. You do harder tasks with the computer all the time.
2. If you don't already have a current backup, back up all data before doing anything else. The backup is necessary on general principle, not because of anything in the test procedure. Backup is always a must, and when you're having any kind of trouble with the computer, you may be at higher than usual risk of losing data, whether you follow these instructions or not.
There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional. Ask if you need guidance.
3. Below are instructions to run a UNIX shell script, a type of program. As I wrote above, it changes nothing. It doesn't send or receive any data on the network. All it does is to generate a human-readable report on the state of the computer. That report goes nowhere unless you choose to share it. If you prefer, you can act on it yourself without disclosing the contents to me or anyone else.
You should be wondering whether you can believe me, and whether it's safe to run a program at the behest of a stranger. In general, no, it's not safe and I don't encourage it.
In this case, however, there are a couple of ways for you to decide whether the program is safe without having to trust me. First, you can read it. Unlike an application that you download and click to run, it's transparent, so anyone with the necessary skill can verify what it does.
You may not be able to understand the script yourself. But variations of it have been posted on this website thousands of times over a period of years. The site is hosted by Apple, which does not allow it to be used to distribute harmful software. Any one of the millions of registered users could have read the script and raised the alarm if it was harmful. Then I would not be here now and you would not be reading this message. Nevertheless, if you can't satisfy yourself that these instructions are safe, don't follow them. Ask for other options.
4. Here's a summary of what you need to do, if you choose to proceed:

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
8. Launch the built-in Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
Click anywhere in the Terminal window and paste by pressing command-V. The text you pasted should vanish immediately. If it doesn't, press the return key.
9. If you see an error message in the Terminal window such as "Syntax error" or "Event not found," enter
exec bash
and press return. Then paste the script again.
10. If you're logged in as an administrator, you'll be prompted for your login password. Nothing will be displayed when you type it. You will not see the usual dots in place of typed characters. Make sure caps lock is off. Type carefully and then press return. You may get a one-time warning to be careful. If you make three failed attempts to enter the password, the test will run anyway, but it will produce less information. In most cases, the difference is not important. If you don't know the password, or if you prefer not to enter it, just press return three times at the password prompt. Again, the script will still run.
If you're not logged in as an administrator, you won't be prompted for a password. The test will still run. It just won't do anything that requires administrator privileges.
11. The test may take a few minutes to run, depending on how many files you have and the speed of the computer. A computer that's abnormally slow may take longer to run the test. While it's running, a series of lines will appear in the Terminal window like this:

The intervals between parts won't be exactly equal, but they give a rough indication of progress. The total number of parts may be different from what's shown here.
Wait for the final message "Process completed" to appear. If you don't see it within about ten minutes, the test probably won't complete in a reasonable time. In that case, press the key combination control-C or command-period to stop it. Then go to the next step.
12. When the test is complete, or if you stopped it because it was taking too long, quit Terminal. The results will have been copied to the Clipboard automatically. They are not shown in the Terminal window. Please don't copy anything from there. All you have to do is start a reply to this comment and then paste by pressing command-V again.
At the top of the results, there will be a line that begins with the words "Start time." If you don't see that, but instead see a mass of gibberish, you didn't wait for the "Process completed" message to appear in the Terminal window. Please wait for it and try again.
If any private information, such as your name or email address, appears in the results, anonymize it before posting. Usually that won't be necessary.
13. When you post the results, you might see an error message on the web page: "You have included content in your post that is not permitted," or "You are not authorized to post." That's a bug in the forum software. Please post the test results on Pastebin, then post a link here to the page you created.

If you increased the minimum font size then try a lower setting (default is none) as a too high value can cause issues like you described.

Flash player not loading websites like pandora or memrise

On those websites, the flash player just continues to load until the website times out. I've done the pandora troubleshooting, and I've reinstalled the flash player multiple times. The only thing that worked for awhile was uninstalling and reinstalling chrome. However, if I happened to close chrome, it would not work the next time I started chrome. I have no idea why. I tried firefox and internet explorer and went through the adobe page on proper installation for them as well. I've deleted all cache data, and changed my settings in chrome to clear browsing data, I disabled ad block, I have plugins set to run automatically, I have memrise and pandora allowed in the pop up blocker.

I also tried disabling my avg and spybot from running too, but that didn't work either.

My experience is my own, but this may work for you.
Opening Pandora in Chrome a link to download Flash v10 or higher appears. Huh? It worked last week before I re-installed and slimmed down the add-ons/bloatware on my laptop. Turned off and allowed EVERYTHING including plug-ins like Pandora suggests as a test. Still nothing. Tried again but on a whim instead of allowing all plug-ins, I clicked "disable individual plug-ins" and found my post-install slimming last week wasn't being reset on the previous page so incrementally I re-allowed each one individually and found allowing the Shockwave add-in fixed it.

Will not load websites such as youtube, hotmail correctly - all text

Just starting yesterday, my firefox wont load certain websites properly. Hotmail.com, Youtube.com, Netflix.com - they're all coming through only with text along the left hand side - like the entire website is missing expect for the text, which has been crushed against the left side of the screen. Updating my plugings has not solved this problem

Try un-installing and then re-installing. Sometimes uninstalling first helps.

Safari/Preferences/Advanced - enable the Develop menu, then go there and Empty Caches. Quit/reopen Safari and test. If that doesn't work, Safari/Reset Safari.

Will not Load WebSites after Upgrade today. Most of the plugins errored & were deemed incompatible with the new update.

Will not connect to ANY website - my other Browsers (IE & Safari are still working)
I downloaded & reinstalled Firefox but this didn't fix the problem.

A possible cause is security software (firewall,anti-virus) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

Firefox Not Loading Websites After Update

Firefox has stopped working after latest update. I can open it up but then it wont load any websites. It just keeps loading. After if I close it and try to re-open it I get the following error message: "Firefox is already running, but not responding. The old firefox process must be closed to open a new window" and it never opens. If I try to end the process in task manager I can't as it doesn't do anything when I attempt to end the process. Then the only way I can get back on firefox is to restart my computer. This is happening on both my PC and my Laptop both running Norton Security Suite.
Please HELP! as I have tried everything and nothing fixes it. I have tried the following troubleshoot solutions with no luck:
1) Reinstall Firefox
2) Refresh Firefox
3) Removing Firefox from the list of accepted programs in firewall and then adding it back (this was done through Norton as it is managing my Windows Firewall)
4) Creating a new profile and using that one instead
5) Starting Firefox in Safe Mode
6) Updating firefox
7) Updating Norton
Nothing seems to be Working and I'm starting to get frustrated. Any Help is appreciated. Thanks

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test.

One script not loading...please help.

Hi,
I am a CS 6 Premium - user and have now also used Adobe Story (the free version, considering the Pro - version) for a while - happily.
- However, today - one script wouldn't open - it just keeps loading and loading and is never opened. All the other scripts I have opened though, and they seem just fine.
Nonetheless - This same script will open on my iphone - app (where I also made some notes, this I did not do on any of the other scripts - don't know if there is a correlation..).
I am on a Macbook Pro and using Adobe Story in the Safari - browser.
Would be very thankful for some help - a rather desparate situation.

File was quickly fixed, de - bugged, and sent to me by Ratnesh - so many thanks! I am breathing in a slightly different manner now.
Problem was this: The script was unloadable after I had made comments on my Iphone (as far as I can understand - did some tests). These comments were not synced to my browser - project either. I hope this bug will be fixed.
If any others have been able to do comments with their Iphones without any trouble like this, I should be curious to know how/why it works in other cases.
- For now I am not making any comment to myself while on the go - other than dictation...:)
