Scroll down programmatically the vertical scrollbar in hierarchical trees

I manually select nodes in the tree. When the node is expanded the leaf nodes doesn4t appear on the screen. Then
I have to scroll down the vertical scrollbar to see it.
Is it possible to scroll the tree so that the selected node
appears on the screen ??
My forms version is 6.0.8.19.2

You can make use of the property "Index Vals" and write a new value to the Table as shown below

Styling the Vertical Scrollbar of a Tilelist

Is there any way within flex to style the vertical scrollbar of a tilelist rather than using the boring default scrollbars? What I have in mind is to have an up and a down arrow at the top and bottom of where the regular scrollbar would actually be then when my tilelist has more items than it's heaight these arrows will enable and act like a scrollbar.
Is this possible?

How to create a button which scrolls down with the page automatically?

Hello,
I wanted to create a button which takes u back to the top of the page when pressed on, but I was wondering how to make it scroll down with the page on the right side automatically when some1 scrolls down the page.
An example I saw was on tumblr.com
P.S I'm a newbie, so please explain it clearly ;d.

Create a button, position it as fixed at the top right say,

Just be sure to set the id home on an element at the top of the page

PDF opens fine, but when I try to page down or scroll down with the mouse, it hangs the file

Pdf files open fine in Acrobat 9 pro. I am having problems in page down or scroll down on the document. Only way to close the file is to go to task manager and end the program. In task manager it shows that there are 2 adobe acrobat files opened and not responding. What can I check or do about it? I have tried to disable all plug-ins, but that didn't help.

Unable to scroll down to the end of my playlist with i tunes

I must say that I could not be more disappointed with the new i tunes 11. I have been using if for four months and have had nothing but problems which, as I am a professional DJ who uses it everyday, is really bad news. Unlike the old itunes creating playlist is a laborious process. I just bought a load of tunes from the Itunes store for a podcast I have to do but, to create a playlist and drag from another playlist (i.e.purchased) seems impossible. Once one clicks on view sidebar the plalylist disappears so you have to search for every single tune. Can anyone help ? Is there a solution ? I have read the tutorials and have used I tunes for over a decade.To add, now I can't scroll down to the end of my playlists even to click on create or get to any playlist past those beginning with the letter S. I hope someone from Apple sees this as the old I tunes was a far better product. Creating a seperate window for playlist and drag and drop is far easier. If I could find another application other than I tunes I would drop this like hot bricks.Apple have taken a huge leap backwards in my opinion.

Open the playlist. Click View > Show View Options, and set "Sort By" to "Manual Order."
Then you will be able to move songs up or down your playlist by drag-n-drop.

Yahoo Mail scrolls down to the bottom of the page every time I am in my inbox

For the last couple of months, every time I use my Yahoo Mail account, the page automatically scrolls down to the bottom, forcing me to scroll back to the top to see my e-mail. It sounds very minor, but over time, it has become extremely irritating. I know this is a Firefox issue, because I do not experience this problem when checking my Yahoo Mail using IE or Chrome. Cuatom Forms: Loosing the Vertical scrollbar when resizing the Window

Hi All
I have developed a Custom Form. In that there is a Content Canvas and on the top of that I have put a Stacked Canvas so that i can get both the Horizontal and Vertical scrollbars. the form has more than 40 fields to display.
Folder tool functionality has also been added to the Form.
The form works absolutely fine and scrollbars too.
But when I am resizing the window (making the window size bigger or smaller by dragging the window on the Oracle Apps screen), at that time I am loosing the vertical Scrollbar. Other than Vertical scrollbar everything works fine.
Is there any way (any code) by which the Vertical Scrollbar will not disappear.
I would really appreciate if any one could guide me on this.

That having been said, I encountered this about a year ago. If I remember correctly, we were able to resolve the issue by applying a Forms server patch to the Apps Tech stack. Please check Metalink to verify.

JEditorPane always scrolls down to the bottom, how can I prevent this?

Hello, I have the following code that contains a JTable and JEditorPane in a panel. When I click on a headline on the table, I have some text showing up in the lower pane. My problem is that the lower pane (that is inside a JScrollPane) always scrolls down to the end of the text, but I want to to always point to the beginning.
Does anyone know how to do this?

SQL window keep scrolling down to the last line

Is there a setting that will keep the SQL window from always scrolling down to the last line in the window? This feature is very annoying when trying to review code that is longer that the window size.

You'd have to give more details as to what's your environment and what exactly is failing, but FWIW my tables' SQL tabs behave the same as all others; they start up scrolled up, and can be scrolled as you whish...

Why the vertical scrollbar bar is automatically scrolled to the bottom pos.

I created a JScrollpane to contain a JTabbedPane. The JTabbedPane has two JPanel and each of them has a number of GUI components such as JCheckbox and JTextField. They have different size because their GUI components are different. The 2nd panel is about twice the size of the first panel.
When the JScrollpane is shown, its vertical scroll bar is automatically scrolled to the bottom position. However, it is the first panel that is initially visible to the user. So, the user will see no GUI components of the first panel because the auto scrolling of the vertical scroll bar.
Can anyone tell me how to disable the auto scrolling?
I just want to let the scrollbar knob stay at the top so that the GUI components of the first panel (the smaller one) can be seen initially!

Your question is somewhat confusing.
You ask about the selection screen, but the question seems more related to the report.
You say vertical scrollbar, but the report seems to need a horizontal scrollbar.
In ane event, try adding:
LINE-SIZE 255
to the REPORT statement.
