Scrolling solution needed for pdf imported to Cp 8 Responsive on the iPad

Using Cp 8, Responsive Projects, I imported a pdf (through the library import button) and placed it on a slide. When published (for devices), the pdf can be viewed on a computer and an iPad (if the Acrobat Reader app is installed). However, it can only be scrolled on the computer (a PC). The iPad just displays the first page.
Does it need a scrolling button or slider for the iPad? Does anyone have a solution for such? Russ_E offered a solution for the TOC. Would something similar work to view a pdf on the iPad?

Not a problem when using iPhoto on a Mac, which the transfer of photos is primarily based on - not manually managing photo storage as seems to be common with Windoze.
The same should be available with a supported photo management app on a PC.

I don't think that you have to worry about arrow keys because they won't damage with their use (unless you hit heavily these keys). Using games, there are other things to worry, as the temperature of the Mac, but fans will turn on automatically when your Mac needs

You will need to install an App like Print Central on the iPad to try to print to the printer. It will allow you to print to most printers. Check with their support folks if you need more info.

No it's not stealing. They have an allowance that you can share with so many computers/devices. You'll have to authorize her computer to play/use anything bought on your acct. You can do this under the Store menu at top when iTunes is open on her computer.
As far as getting it all on her computer....I think but I am not sure (because I don't use the feature) but I think if you turn on Home Sharing in iTunes it may copy the music to her computer. I don't know maybe it just streams it. If nothing else you can sign into your acct on her computer and download it all to her computer from the cloud. Not sure exactly how to go about that, I haven't had to do that yet. I wonder if once you authorize her computer and then set it up for automatic downloads (under Edit>Preferences>Store) if everything would download. Sorry I'm not much help on that.

Theres a functionality in the material master...MRP view were u cld deifne theplant spcfc material status were u cld define the status and even u cld fnd it in Sales organisation data were u cld block for the particular functionality...

How much TEMP space needed for datapump import?

How does one accurately predict how much TEMP table-space is needed prior to starting a data-pump import (via impdp)? I need a way to predetermine this BEFORE starting the import. It is my understanding that in data-pump imports, temp table-spaces are primarily used for the building of indexes among other operations.

Yes, I could use autoextend but that just shifts the problem of checking the logical table-space size to checking the physical space to see that it has enough room to extend.
I was really hoping for a formula to calculate the amount of TEMP space it would take up. For example, RichardHarrison's post above about setting the TEMP table-space size to be twice as large as the largest index, but wasn't sure on the accuracy of that statement. I was hoping someone has encountered this kind of scenario before and found an accurate way to predict how much space is really needed, or a good estimate to go by.
I will try out the idea of setting the TEMP space size to be twice the size of the largest index and see how that goes, as it doesn't seem there is a practical way of accurately determining how much space it really needs.

Solution needed for open firmware problem

I've been helping a friend set up a G4 that another friend had given him, and the firmware got utterly trashed. Here's the problem, the donator wiped the drive for security purposes (which is completely unrelated to the open firmware corruption).
When I say that its hosed, I mean it. I've tried every boot key sequence known to man. We need to figure out how to re-install (re-flash) the firmware. Its so toasted that when the power on button on the front of the case is pressed it glows for a few secs, then when the o f is supposed to kick in, the button goes dark. There is no boot chime. When powering it down manually using the button it lights up again until the machine is off.
Let this be a cautionary tale that playing with p-ram is not the safest course.
System specs:
G4 2001 Quicksilver 733MHz
512 MB RAM.

There has never been a firmware update released by Apple for a G4 Quicksilver machine, so even if were possible to re-install one (which it is not), there is none available -

The temporary glowing of the power button (only when pressed) usually indicates that the PMU needs to be reset -

That article is written around a G4 (AGP) model; however, the procedure also applies to all G4s except the G4 (PCI) model, thus includes QuickSilvers. The location of the PMU button varies from model to model; the location of it for a Quicksilver is shown on this diagram -

Note the warning about pressing the PMU button only once. Holding it down for a few seconds (5 to 10 or so) is okay, but do not press it again until the machine has been power-cycled.
In addition, if the battery in that machine has never been replaced it is time to do so - it has an expected life of only 4 to 5 years under ideal conditions. A too-weak or dead battery can cause booting problems. You can get a replacement at places like Radio Shack for about US$16, cheaper on-line.

Suggestions needed for Export/Import Business Area Problem

I'm trying to export/import a Business Area from one instance to another and I get the following error during import processes.
Database Error - ORA-00001: unique constraint (EUL4_US.EUL4_EXP_PK) violated
The Business Area I'm trying to import doesn't exists in new instance. During the import wizard I've checked refresh existing object and match by identifiers.
I think my target instance has objects with same identifiers, so I went ahead and changed the identifiers in my source, but still problem persists. How can I correct this error?

Did you happen to copy the EUL from one database to another before you were importing/exporting the BA?
Discoverer recognizes EULs using unique reference numbers. However, if you use the database export and import utilities to copy an EUL, the new EUL (including its reference number) will be identical to the original EUL. When EULs have the same reference number, EUL consistency issues can arise if you do both of the following:
* If you modify objects in both the original EUL and in the new EUL
* Having modified objects in both EULs, if you then attempt to copy objects between the two EULs using the Discoverer Export Wizard and Import Wizard (or the Discoverer /export and /import commands)
To avoid potential EUL consistency issues, run the eul5_id.sql script as the owner of the new EUL. The eul5_id.sql script gives a new refererence number to the new EUL and thereby avoids any potential EUL consistency issues.

Virtru coming out with this "full encryption-no need for recipient to know a password", just clicks to affirm email address is correct. Works with Mozilla browser and email: Outlook, gmail, others.

Well, you have to ask Virtru why they don't provide an add-on for Thunderbird.
Thunderbird itself supports both cryptographically signing the message and encrypting it, based on the S/MIME. See [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Message_security this article] for details.
