SD card empty or missing

Hi everyone,
I have have a z3 compact and i'm having issues with the SD card. I put some media in there via file commander like music or videos and some time later the SD card appears to be empty or missing. It's a 64gb card class 10.
I've been transferring media to card over and over. I Don't know what to do.

Can you advise if a Computer can see the SD card contents? if it can I suggest backing up the data and formatting the SD card.

Contacts deleted, SD card empty. Can I restore to earlier date?

I have Backup Assistant and went to the Verizon website to Manage My Contacts but there were the same remaining ones as in my phone - - all of the others are gone. My SD card appears empty. Assuming you have the galaxy s3 or other android phone, go to your google account(gmail.com) from your computer and sign in. Then in the upper left corner you will see gmail with a little red arrow pointing down. Click on that and choose contacts. See if your contacts are still there. If they are sync them back to your phone. If they have been deleted you have so many days to restore the contacts that you had. Search the site to learn how to do that. Hope this helps!

IPhone 6 Plus and Lightning to SD Card Camera Reader - Missed Opportunity?

Apple definitely missed an opportunity to tighten up the DSLR/GoPro photography/video workflow with the iPhone 6 Plus. Currently the only way to transfer images from a DSLR or GoPro camera is through an extremely slow WiFi/Bluetooth transfer process. This is fine for someone is moving 1 or 2 images. But, for a batch of 50 to 100, this approach is way too time consuming. Android devices are way ahead of Apple in this regard and I'm fighting the urge to break-away from the iPhone once again, for something that is very solvable.
Enabling the the Lightning to SD Card Camera Reader to work with the new iPhone 6 Plus solves this workflow issue.
Why not enable it?

I was gonna buy the 128GB iPhone 6+ until I read this. Now, nope. I may still have to get an iPhone because of the tons of apps I'm already invested in, but since the 6+ will be useless for photos, it'll be the midrange regular 6. Maybe.
Meanwhile, I'd love to get an Android device in about the same size as the 6+, storage and screen-wise, but don't need the cell capability. At 128GB it would make a great photo vault and something I could do some metadata entry on. Any suggestions?

[Athlon64] k8n neo2 pci cards not working, missing onboard lan + firewire from bios

So while after putting the htt to 2x in the bios trying to isolate the highest htt my new cpu couldd handle by board apparently died a few days ago. Resetting the cmos and removing everything didn't help. I ordered up a new board and a few other things. I took the neo2 out of my case today and decided to give it one more shot. Then i remembered that my psu (enermax 470w) had a loose connection on a ground in the 4-pin connector that i had a bunch of trouble when i put the system together last year. Anyways, i fandangled around with it,plugged the motherboard back in and got everything up and running.Well, almost everything. My pci-wifi card and sound card weren''t showing up in windows. Thought it might have somethingto do with the onboard sound and lan since i had forgetten to disable it while getting the system up and running. Went into the bios and now the secondary lan and firewire were missing from the integrated peripherals menu where you enable/disable them. Like, their names aren't even there. Thought maybe flashing the bios backto an earlier version might help, i had just flashed to the newest for the new cpu. No luck there. Tried resetting the cmos after that, and moving around the pci cards, but no go. Anything else i might try?

Rdweb empty blank missing icons

Windows 2008 R2 gateway and rdweb on same server (RD)

After some time the website rdweb with the published programs (RemoteApp Programs) is empty for the users. I have tried everything and it allways fix itself with a restart. But i know see that when this problem occur, if i then on the TS server only starts
(doubleclick) on the RemoteApp Manager under Administrative tools - Remote Desktop Services then it takes some time before the programs open, but when it opens it shows a grey box with something like connecting to local host, and when that box dissapear
and the RemoteApp Manager starts up then the icons on the rdweb on RD server is showing and working. After some search on google i see that there are lots of this type of problems and that there isnt any solution to it. But since its enough to start the RemoteApp
Manager program on the TS server, what does that program do and is there any services that is restarted when starting that program or is it possible to add something in the Task Scheduler to start and stop that program once a day?

You may use Process Monitor to get a more detailed process/thread view.
I suspect the issue could be caused by after long period idle time of web page access, Windows System would clear some cache which leads to the blank page.

Yes, it is possible. After located the service name, run commands below are enough:
Netstop servicename
Netstart servicename

For iPad, iPhone or iPod touch:
Open the App Store app. When you do there's the blue thing that pops up asking log in with apple id, create new apple id or cancel. Hit cancel. Find a free app. Open it. Click the "free" option in blue. Then click "install app" option in green. This will bring back the blue thing to sign in with current apple I'd or create new. Click create new. Follow steps. When you come to payment method, "none" is listed in the credit card section below discover.

Cannot continue : SD card is either missing or not formatted Fat32

I am trying to do an update of my Treo 700WX via the SD card because I do not have a synch cable. After about 90 minutes of trying this and that I finally gave up. I know for a fact that my 256 mb SD card is formatted with FAT32 and the files are there. The autorun file fires off when you put the SD card in the phone but that is as far as it goes. Any ideas?

No, I did not try that, excellent idea. I did go by the Verizon Wireless store in Summerville SC this weekend and they had a tech support center. The tech attempted to update the phone via the synch cable and he was unable to do it. He thinks there is a problem with the phone itself and I would tend to agree since it locks up periodically. He is shipping me a replacement unit this week so hopefully it will come with a synch cable and Windows Mobil 6 already installed.

I'm considering buying CC but need to know does it allow me to store photos taken while on location via a laptop and then once I am back home retrieve them in my pc through CC, thus enabling me to keep memory cards empty at the end of each day shooting?

This would be the main reason for purchasing CC but I can't seem to find the info to answer my question if anyone can help?

You can place photos in the Creative Cloud Files folder on your computer and they will be synced up to the file storage. You can try a free trial with 2 GB of file storage to see if the system works for you before purchasing.

Best Buy Gift Card was charged twice.

I recently placed an order on Best Buy.com and it said there was an error. After I tried again, it went through, but I noticed that I had only $3.28 left on my gift card. My gift card balance before the transaction was around 77 dollars. I thought that was peculiar. The trade-in I made a couple weeks ago on 12/26/14 gave me 77 dollars for trading in Assassin's Creed Unity and Call of Duty Advanced Warfare on the PS4 for 26 and 21 dollars respectively. Additionally, there was a 50% bonus trade-in that week for video games and on top of that I have Gamer's Club Unlocked, which gave me an extra 10% on video game trade-ins. All that would have came out to $77.55.
I think that BestBuy.com charged my card twice, but there is no way to confirm it. Either that or Best Buy had given me less for my trade-in.
