SD selection button of BP is inactive

Hi Experts,
I have a problem with selection sales data of BP, I have all done to replicate Customer main data. But I cant select the Sales data from BP, The selection button is inactive and, comboboxes empty.
CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE generated true SD org, and I can display it in PPOMA_CRM. And checked Obj Permitted in Determination in Attributes tab. But SD selection button still inactive.
Please help...

Thnx for your reply, Yes I try it, but nothing s change.
By the way I realize that the SD data of products (initial loaded too) have the same problem ! Cant maintain any SD org. to product. I control trx CRM_ORG_PROUVE, all SD organization nodes have yellow light, But when I control it from PPOMA_CRM it looks correct. I think problems occurs from my generated SD organization.
Do you have any solution or recommendations?

Hi at all,
since a few days we faced a strange problem in our new Netweaver Portal which we build up at the monent to a new Q-System.
In the KM at every place where I must select users, groups or roles (e.g. for granting permissions to folders or for assigning users to a collaboration room) the selection button is inactive so that I cannot search for users nor assigne one. This feature has worked at the very beginning, but I can't say exactly when it worked anymore.
Has anyone any idea about this?

Hi Patricio,
thanks for your answer. We are lucky to have already found the problem. Once for testing we have activated the settings for the "Differentiation of User Data Display in External Portals" as decribed on help.sap.com which inactivates the people finder funtion. We have switched the settings and now everything works fine again.

HP Smart Web Printing Select Button does not appear

Just started to use Smart Web Printing. The Select Button as shown in the help file does not appear on the screen. Instead, a small box "x Select area to remove" shows within the area to print.

How can I just display the selected value of a listbox in a report without the reverse display and selection buttons?

I am using a table which contains a text field with a lookup. I want to use the selected value of this field in a form which is acting as a selection form. No editing of the field's value is permitted. How do I just display the value of the field (which
is considered a listbox on the form) without the reverse display and the up and down selection buttons.
I can provide an illustration of the condition I am trying to overcome, but this system doesn't accept it.

I found, after much experimentation, on a similar problem involving a multiselect lookup field, that if I make the field invisible, and add a textbox that displays the fieldname plus .column(0), it displays all the selected entries.
E.g.: staff.Column(0)
Staff is the field containing the last names of selected staff members.
staff.Value only shows the first name in the lookup list whether it is checked or not, so this is useless.
staff.column(0), however, (inexplicably) shows all the selected names, e.g. Jones, Smith, Wiggins.

If it is otherwise working, you can change the battery. If you want to do it yourself, you can buy the part on eBay and other online sources. Just make sure you know the type of iPod you have so that you get the right part.

You can also have a repair business do the work.
If it is just the battery, if you do a Reset (using the Menu and Select buttons) while it is connect to your computer, I think it should still be recognized by iTunes.

Select Button beside custom metadata field on Check In Form

In Oracle Content Server 10gR3, is there a way to add a "Select" button to User Alias Applet for a new Meta data field on New Check In Form? I tried creating a component but I don't see a select button being shown up. The button does shows up if it's a standard metadata fields but not for the custom one. Here is the component code. Any idea what I am doing wrong and how to fix it.

Then I tried using the same code as above but instead used the built-in dDocType to show a "Select" button. This works but the button obviously shows besides dDocType but when I try for custom metadata as shown above it doesn't. Here is the sample code for dDocType:<html>

You'll need a component. You already mentioned you had a custom metadata field. You will also need to add a counter to the counters table for your component. During a check in you will need to fetch the next value from the counters table, increment the counter and store the new number back in the table. The year portion of the id is easy, get the current year and grab the last two characters. Then, put this all togther to get the data for your metadata field.
The big question now is where in the check in process will you do all this? You will need something called filters probably. Maybe addFiles, maybe validateStandard, there are several that this could work with.

Scene selection buttons don't work in preview

I edited my movie in iMovie, provided chapter markers that work in iMovie. "Shared" the completed project to iDVD, which created scene selection buttons for all of the chapter markers and for the beginning.
Now that I have dropped loops onto the buttons, none of them works. Instead of starting the movie at the appropriate marker, they just display the loop that was dropped onto them.
I do not know if the buttons worked before I dropped loop files onto them.
How do I get the buttons to associate with the chapter markers?

Have you tried publishing to a server? Sometimes the javascript or flash being run requires your project to be running from a server. You can not rely on the preview mode to execute scripts which is fustrating because if you are attempting a java window close command it definately won't work when clients try it on their local machine... And still has a good chance of not working when published on a server

Torch Select Button Doesn't Work with Keyboard Out

Hi there, need some help.
Just recently (2 wks) the middle select button has quit working on my torch when I have the keyboard extended. I can still scroll around the screen with it, but when I push it to "select" it does nothing. The button works normally when I have the keyboard put away so this seems like a software problem or setting I have wrong but I can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated as this is driving me crazy! Thanks.

Please try if a clean reboot will fix it. Remove the battery while the device is ON, replace it after a few seconds and let it reboot itself. Let us know if this resoves the issue.

Middle select button not working correctly?

I have a nano second generation and the select button in the middle is not working correctly. I have to keep pushing it and pushing it to get it to work and now it's not working at all. Any ideas?

Try Restoring it. If that doesn't work you need to have it serviced. You can either take it by an Apple Store and make a Genius Bar appointment or send it here:

My click wheel and select button are unresponsive

I've had my iPod mini for just over a year now and I've had one or two problems in the past. However, I've been able to reset it by holding the select button and menu button. However, today my iPod's click wheel will not respond (and doesn't make it's usual noise) and my select button is unresponsive so I can't reset. Plus my almost full battery has just drained in less than 20 minutes. Are there any tips for restoring my iPod?

Try connecting it to the AC adapter after the battery is drained and resetting it. Also, is it turning on?
Finally, does it connect to your computer? Try resetting it while it is connected to the computer.

LinkBar: how to set a selected button's background color?

I was able to set the text color of a selected LinkBar button by "disabledColor" style of LinkBar. Accordingly, I expect to set the background color of the selected button by "backgroundDisabledColor" style, however, it didn't work; and except "backgroundDisabledColor", I didn't see any other style that could possibly achieve this. Solved this myself by writing a programmatic skin and set it to LinkButton's disabledSkin.

I'm having a little trouble understanding the part about your password having to be reset. Why is that happening??
Let's start with Firefox's settings:
(1) You can configure the password manager feature on this tab:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Security
There is a checkbox to enable/disable the feature.
There also is a "Saved Passwords" button to review and remove any passwords you do not want Firefox to keep.
That tab also has a feature to set a Master Password so that no one can use your saved passwords without knowing the Master Password. You may need to exit Firefox in order for Firefox to ask for that again.

(2) Site-specific permissions
If you want to use the password manager for other sites but NOT a particular site, you can configure that in the Permissions Manager.
In a new tab, type or paste '''about:permissions''' in the address bar and press Enter.
After the page loads, use the search box in the upper left corner to narrow down the list to the site you want to configure. Highlight the site on the left side, and on the right side, choose Block under Store Passwords.
(3) Form autocomplete suggestions
Separate from passwords, Firefox remembers entries you've made into forms (in most cases) and lists the matching ones below the form field in a drop-down.
To clear a suggestion, press the down arrow key to highlight it and press the Delete key.

Select button will not work

My 2gb nano's select button will suddenly not work. The rest of the clickwheel and buttons work find, but not the center select button.
I restored it to original settings. Then after it restarts, you have to select a language. The select button would still not work, but then I slid the "hold" button back and forth and the select button worked to allow me to chose a language. But at the next screen of options (Music/Photos/Extras, etc.) the select button will again not work. Sliding the hold button back and forth doesn't work. I cannot do a menu+select reset because I can't get the select button to respond.
I have made sure that I have the most updated softward for the nano.
Any suggestions?

My select button has not worked for a loong time.. It will occasionally work if I press for long enough or hard enough.. but not very often. This seems to be a common enough problem so there should be a way to fix it..I hope..
