Buenos días, la tienda es Banana Computer, oficial de MAC. En Santa Cruz de Tenerife, en la Rambla o Avenida Islas Canarias. De allí lo mandaron al servicio técnico. Por supuesto, los propios vendedores me han dicho que no lo pague, así que ellos han reclamado el ordenador al servicio técnico de Apple y llegará sin arreglo y sin nada, el lunes o martes a la tienda. Pondré las hojas de reclamaciones por este presupuesto abusivo, les he pedido que guarden una copia de la misma para entregarmela e iré al OMIC. De igual forma, tengo que enviar hojas de reclamaciones a Irlanda . Es tal el abuso de esto, que lógicamente sino de soluciona por estas vías tendré que iniciar trámites judiciales. Esto es una estafa. Yo soy responsable del imán que calló sobre el ordenador cerrado y apagado y dejo una marca, pero de resto no tengo la culpa, el ordenador no se ha caído, y me dicen que tiene golpes y que yo no he tocado nada, no tiene nada. Por debajo tiene unar marcas de un roce por debajo. Por dios, pero que yo no he jodido absolutamente nada.
Y gracias por tu ayuda, y disculpa pero que esto me parece un engaño y una falta de profesionalidad tremenda.

Hola Mailen, prueba con lo siguiente: Abre Ajustes > General > resetear > resetear ajustes de red. A ver si reseteando los ajustes de red consigues conectarte a la red de WiFi. Lo otro que también puedes hacer es reiniciar el router de Wifi que estés utilizando. Esas dos cosas deben ser suficientes para que recuperes el poder conectarte a WiFi.
En cuanto a la batería, una vez hayas hecho lo anterior, intenta resetear el iPhone. Aprieta los dos botones el de encendido que está arriba y el redondo simultaneamente y espera unos 10 o 15 segundos hasta que aparezca el logo de Apple. Entonces suelta los dos botones y espera a que el iPhone se encienda de nuevo.
Espero que estas dos cosas te ayuden a resolver el problema.

I am new to this community even though I have been a Apple user for years, so please forgive me if this question is not in the right section.
Has anyone encountered drastic shorter battery life both on iphone 5 and ipad since updating to iOS 6.1.2? I've always been happy with these two products until the update - now the battery life is considerably shorter which is extremely frustrating.
How can this problem be solved? Is there any way to go back to the previous version?

If you update using iTunes the phone is first wiped clean, then the new OS is installed, and finally the backup is restored. After this finishes if you sync your music should be restored. Music is not in the backup, because it is already on your computer and duplicating it would use up a lot of hard disk space.
An OTA update just patches what has changed; it does not disturb content.

This is regardless of whether I am in a good Wi-Fi zone or not. I like to use Find My iPhone to remotely track my battery charging status whenever my phone is charging in a different room. That's been really handy, which is why I really need to get this fixed. No matter what computer I use, the problem is always the same.
My device uses iOS 7. My question is: do I need to upgrade my device? If not, what should I do? I do not wish to upgrade my device, especially considering the bad things I've heard about iOS 8.

You don't need to update to iOS 8 to use Find My iPhone. If you haven't already tried, go to Settings>iCloud>Find My iPhone and turn it off, then reset your phone (hold the sleep/wake and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release). After it restarts, turn Find My iPhone back on and see if it works properly now.

Without more information, I have to say it sounds like the phone you have was not legitimately unlocked, but had been hacked. Updating iOS will re-lock it to the original carrier.
ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it.
Where did you get the phone?

Try changing the channel on your router to manually select & use,the highest number channel available. After I did that I no longer had the problem.
