Seamless PDF compatibility between iPad Mini 3 and Mac Preview?

First time owner of an iPad here - iPad Mini 3. Longtime user of Mac computers.
I read a lot of PDF's and I am constantly highlighting. I bought an iPad exclusively to do reading/highlighting of PDF's. I would like to be able to highlight PDF's on my iPad and then see the highlighted marks when pulling up the PDF on my rMBP's Preview. I use Preview on my laptop because it is really convenient and straightforward for highlighting PDF's.
Is this possible? I've just realized neither iBooks nor the Adobe Reader app allows highlighting of PDF's. I don't understand why Apple needs to make this so difficult?

To clarify, I am not looking for something that permanently alters a PDF document, but could be "un-highlighted" by the Mac Preview app need be.

Personal Hotspot not working between iPad Mini and iPhone 6 Plus

The personal hotspot function between my iPad Mini and iPhone 5C worked perfectly.
I am now using an iPhone 6 Plus with the same iPad Mini and cannot establish a connection at all.
Bluetooth and Wifi are enabled on both devices and the iPad says it has found my phone, displays the signal strength, 4G, battery remaining and 2 linked circles.
When I choose that hotspot it tries to connect then just keeps saying "Remote Hotspot Failure. Unable to start Personal Hotspot. Stuart's iPhone 6Plus"

Safari icloud tabs not working between ipad mini and iPhone 5

I have an ipad mini an iMac a MacBook Pro and an iPhone 5. All running the latest operating systems. The ipad mini and iPhone 5 can't see each others open I cloud tabs in safari. Anyone know why? Private browsing is off on the devices. Thanks.

Not clear to me whether an iPad mini can iMessage to non-Apple products. Or only mini to iPhone, another iPad etc?if, how to set up. Can't find way to enter phone #

IMessages works only with other iOS devices and Mac computers running Mountain Lion or Mavericks.
You can add an iPhone number to use as your contact address as long as the phone number is associated with your Apple ID. Settings> Messages>Send & Receive at>Yoy can be reached by iMessages at.
If your phone number is not showing in that settings, sign out of Messages on the iPhone and the iPad Mini, then sign in again on the phone first and then the number should be accessible for you to use on the iPad.

Although iTunes works with Windows XP, iCloud is not supported - so that does limit the functionality somewhat.

File Sharing between iPad 2 and Mac

Hello -
I have an iPad 2 (recently updated to the OS 6) and a fully updated MacBook Pro. My iTunes is also the current 10.7 version.
On my PC, I am able to locate the file sharing portion of the apps section in iTunes. (I'm particularly interested in sharing the created projects from GarageBand for iPad to the GarageBand on my Mac.) However, for some reason, the File sharing doesn't appear in the apps section of iTunes on my Mac. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'd really appreciate it if someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Folders I want to share from have been added in the box, eg Movies, TV etc.
Users: Myself - Read and Write. Everyone - Read Only
Share Files and Folders using SMB: Ticked
My name under 'Account' is also ticked
Note: I am the only user on this computer, and so I am administrator.
OK.... Now we've got the 'are you stupid' questions out of the way, hopefully someone can provide me a meaningful solution. Sorry if you can read the frustration in my words, i've searched a hundred forums all with 'solutions' that might as well be asking "is the computer switched on?"
So moving on. On the LG Blu-Ray player, under movies it does display the folders I want to share from, Movies, TV, etc, under DANNY-MAC-MINI. So far so good. However, once I try to enter a folder, it asks for an ID and Password. I've tried my login credentials for my Mac 10 times - it says incorrect, try again. What is going wrong here??? Does anyone know?

I have an IMAC, iPhone 5s and an Ipad all with the last IOS version and synchro does not work at all.
My iCloud address is not with iCloud but with hotmail.
I dod not get any suitable answer from the retailers in Budapest.

First check that all your settings are correct, that notes syncing (mail and notes on a computer) is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the notes you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' account and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud account (you can do this by checking in accounts on an iOS device, or the left side panel in mail on a computer), non iCloud notes will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your notes are in the iCloud group, you might try unchecking notes syncing (mail and notes on a computer) in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling notes syncing.

Apple fully evaluates returned or damaged units. Screen, cases, logic boards or batteries damaged are replaced.
Refurbished is as good as (some say better than) new.

I recently bought a 13 inch MacBook Pro Retina. Turned on airdrop to link with my iPad Mini (1st version) running iOS 7.0.4. They do not recognize each other. What model is your TC? What is the firmware?
I recommend you do a factory reset and use short names.. not apple recommended names.
Short.. 2-20 characters .. less than 10 even better.
No spaces.
Pure alphanumeric.
Set fixed channels for 2.4ghz wireless.. test with 11, 6, 1 at least.
That often helps.. if not and is old, ie Gen1-4 go back to 7.6.1 firmware which is far more solid.

Entourage is a third party app so stop down to the Microsoft support forums. In any case I would suspect in its preferences there would be a selection as to when (parameters) incoming mail should be deleted from the server.
