Search for Opportunity with own partnerfunction

Hello,
i have in the opportunity one customer own partner function Z1.
Now i want to search all opportunities for partner XY in function Z1.
This means i have to add a search attribute to BT111S_OPPT/Search which is the BP_ID of partnerfunction Z1.
Could anybody please provide a kind of docu or the steps to get this done?

Hello,
As far as I remember you already have 2 standard criterias (partner_fct and partner_id) that answer this requirement.
Did you try to use them?

Saved search influences standard search for opportunity

Hello,
the search for opportunity (BT111S_OPPT/Search) i configured that the 7 most important search criteria are visible.
Now we created a saved search for opportunity where only 3 fields are used. This saved search works fine. But if i open later in the day again the standard search also only this 3 fields and not the configured 7 important fields are visible.
How could i change this strange behaviour?

Hi Manfred,
looks like your implementation is not clean. The view will keep the configuration as long as it is instantiated.
A simple check is in the view or window controller which Inbound Plug is called or if there is navigational data (the saved search data) supplied. The way to get the standard configuration from the config tool is shown in the DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT of CL_BSP_WD_ADVSEARCH_CONTROLLER.
Maybe play around with the variable INIT_QS...

Search for contracts with "ship to party"

Hi,
I am trying to search for contracts with a ship to party. We had a number of contracts input to SAP under one sold to party, now i I am trying to match sites to the contracts. I cannot seem to get a function to be able to search for them with just the "ship to party".
Any help will be usefull.

Are you searching for Contracts in CRM Web UI or in CS??
If it is in CRM Web UI - you can use the standard search with below search parameters.

Searching for scripts with Spotlight

I decided to ask this question on this forum because AppleScripters are the most likely to search for scripts with Spotlight.
*First, here’s what seems to be the normal behavior of Spotlight:*
If I open the folder “/Users/pierre/Documents/Loisirs/Informatique/Utilisation avancée/AppleScript”, type ⌘F and enter “Kind is Other” and “script” as the search criterion, I get 89 items in the +Searching “AppleScript”+ window.
On the other hand, if I replace the previous criterion with “File extension is scpt”, I get 88 items in the +Searching “AppleScript”+ window, which is normal since one of my scripts is a script bundle, whose extension is “scptd”.
Next, if I open my home folder, type ⌘F again and enter “Kind is Other” and “script” as the search criterion, I get 110 items in the +Searching “pierre”+ window, which again is normal since many of my scripts are outside of my “AppleScript” folder.
*Now, here’s what looks like a bug:*
If I replace the previous criterion with “File extension is scpt” in my home folder, I get only 3 items (instead of 109) in the +Searching “pierre”+ window, which obviously is nonsense.
I have rebuilt permissions and reindexed Spotlight, without any difference.
Any explanation?

Not a explanation, but a possible solution, try some of these ideas:::
1) Restart Mac
2) Rebuild the spot light index manually (I no you said you have done this, this is just a path to follow):
a) launch terminal
b) type this sudo mdutil -E /
c) type in your admin password when prompted
d) rebuilding index should commence (could take a while)
3) clear the spot light caches and prefs:
a) download "Yasu" from here and install
http://jimmitchelldesign.com/yasu/
b) enable "Reset System Prefs", "Clear System font Cache", "Clear local font cache", "Clear user font cache"
click ok
c) Restart Mac
4) Kill the SystemUIServer:
a) launch activity monitor, find process "SystemUIServer" highlight then click button quit process

Searching for pictures with 2 keywords

Hi guys, I was just wondering if there is way to search for files with two specific keywords.
Lets say that I want to find picture that contains both Nicol and Brandy keywords. Not just one or the other. Is there any way to that in Bridge CS5?

Yes, yes there is. You need to use the Find function (Ctrl F in Windows).
With the Find window you will see a + at the right edge of Criteria line. Click that and it will add lines.
Select the Match for "All criteria met".

Searching for images with no keywords in large catalogs - LR5

I have a catalog with several thousand images and 98% have keywords. Is there any way to do a global search for the images which I may have missed adding keywords to?

Are the lines in a text file? A RichTextBox? A TextBox? Some other control? A List(Of String)?

shows packages in the repositories you have specified in /etc/pacman.conf, whether they are installed or not
pacman -Q

for my custom search component i would like to search for an property. I will the user give the possibility to search for the Contenttype. For example PDF, html or Text.
I try this (but donts works)

Hi Patrick,
the namespace in question is "http://sapportals.com/xmlns/cm" (including "http://"), the alias is "default". The namespace you gave here cannot work in any case.
Behind "value", a "=" is missing.
If your "ContentType.TEXT_PLAIN" matches the real values of this property, one cannot see from the code.
To compose different queries through "AND", add an AND IQueryEntry to the IQueryEntryList and then your own IQueryEntry(List). See https://media.sdn.sap.com/javadocs/NW04/SPS15/km/com/sapportals/wcm/service/indexmanagement/retrieval/search/IQueryEntry.html for further details.

Searching for tracks with numbers?

most of my music is classical in nature, and occasionally I will search for a specific work, and forget that the ipod classic doesn't have numbers as a search option, or am I missing the numbers? It's far easier to look up a Bartok work by the S# than looking up "concerto for orchestra" it takes awhile to type out in the search function, is this my only option? or is there some way i can search with numbers?

Answered my own question:
Highlight the playlist or playlist folder
Put the track in the seach field
Uncheck Search Entire Library in search box
Search
Right click > Show in Playlist (will show all playlists featuring the track within that folder)

From what I can gather, it actually puts together a primitive
kind of where clause that I can trick to a certain extent (eg
entering a criteria of "ANY (value, value,...)" to simulate an IN
clause - because it will prepend the criteria with an equals
sign), BUT I can't get it to find NULL values, which requires the
IS NULL operator.

We've found a workaround, which is ugly, but works.
In the FindPanel, to successfully search for nulls, you can enter
a combination of two conditions joined with an OR operator. For
example, to search for members in the ACME_MEMBERS table with a
null MID_INITIAL, I could enter the condition:
= 'XXX' OR MID_INITIAL is null
and then the WHERE clause will be:
WHERE MID_INITIAL = 'XXX' OR MID_INITIAL is null
which will find the rows I'm looking for.
BUT, this is REALLY ugly, and there should be a better way.
If anyone knows of a better way, please let me know.

I´ve created some keywords, and some files in my folder are tagged with two, three or more keywords.
Is there a way to search for files using more than one keyword on the search field?

Use the Find command (menu Edit) and in criteria at the right side is a plus sign to add another criteria and set it to your custom wishes.

Search for photos with multiple keywords

I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to search for photos that have multiple keywords. When selecting multiple keywords in a Bridge search the default behavior is to find photos that have any of the keywords rather than all of the keyword. In other words I want to do an AND keyboard rather than an OR search.

You should be able to do so in the find menu of Bridge (Edit/Find or cmd+F)
With the plus sign you can add an extra (and) keyword to it.
A shortcut may be to first find one keyword and then use the filter panel
keyword section and select the other wished keywords by putting a checkmark
in front, only the selected files will show in the content window.
In other words I want to do an AND keyboard rather than an OR search.
